Prepárese para regatear en los zocos y tiendas de estas dos encantadoras ciudades costeras. Contraste las tranquilas calles del pueblo de Hergla con la vibrante medina de Susa. Entre las artesanías tunecinas clásicas que podrá ver destacan las coloridas alfombras de Kairuán, los tejidos bordados, las lámparas de cobre, las babuchas de cuero y las piezas de madera de olivo. Los artesanos bereberes utilizan la hierba Halfa -una planta seca que crece en la región- para fabricar artesanías tejidas a mano, como las cestas que utilizamos para guardar fruta, verdura y pan. Son un recuerdo estupendo y no pesan nada en el equipaje".Comenzaremos con un paseo por el pueblo encalado de Hergla, situado en lo alto de los acantilados costeros. Es un lugar encantador donde el azul de las ventanas y puertas se hace eco del mar. Pasee por las callejuelas para ver la antigua mezquita y observe cómo trabajan los tejedores de cestas. Tal vez sorprenda a los barcos de pesca volviendo a puerto con sus capturas.El entramado de callejuelas de la medina de Susa, que rezuma carácter del viejo mundo tunecino, rebosa actividad. Esta medina, una de las mayores del mundo islámico rodeada de murallas, fue declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 1988 por su magnífica arquitectura árabe, que no ha cambiado en siglos. La Gran Mezquita y la fortaleza de Ribat son mis monumentos favoritos". Además del mercado principal de Bab Jadid, no se pierda Bab il Gharbi, una zona ideal para ir de compras, observar a los artesanos locales, probar la comida callejera o parar en un café.

Die Tour wäre wesentlich schöner gewesen ohne den 2 stündigen Ausflug nach Hergla und die absolut überflüssigen Informationen über die einzelnen Hotels. Statt dessen in hergla kein wort und erst recht kein stop bei den Ausgrabungen, statt dessen Kaffeepause. Unnötig. Wir hätten statt dessen entweder 2 Stunden später starten oder 2 Stunden eher in Sousse sein können. Leider auch in Sousse nur wenige wirklich gute Informationen zu den historischen Bauwerken. Viell statt Hergla lieber Ribat anschs

The guide catered more to the 4 French speakers in the group out of about 30. We were taken past fake designer shops and no actual local stores during the madina part of the tour and deposited at a tourist souvenir type shopping centre for an hour. He spent 5 minutes telling us about car number plates. I expected to see more authentic local shops and produce not fake Nike trainers. Nothing mentioned of local textiles despite walking past a weaving mill and stopping outside a museum for a moment

Die Guide war super, viel über tunesien und dere Geschichte erzählt... Die Stadt Tour war nicht so berauschend, hatte uns anders vorgestellt, Sehenswürdigkeiten sehen, eine moschee Besichtigung wäre zb gut gewesen... Zu wenig Freizeit in der Stadt....

What we did enjoy was walking around looking at some of the old buildings and houses and seeing the main city. What we dident enjoy was how smelly, dirty and over crowded it was. You will spend more time on a coach than looking about

We didn’t get told when booked that would be a walking guide in extreme heat in village also the guide when we was in medina was walking away fast whilst we was trying to look at things I think he needs an umbrella or something to put up so future people know what to follow also I don’t think that 1 hour is long enough personally scrap the village as many people fell sleep on the minibus when guide was talking and give more time in Médina for people to shop for gifts.

Spent more time on the coach. Was told when we got to the medical that it wasn't suitable for people with limited mobility and was sent to a shopping centre on our own. No tour. No guide. Waste of money

Enjoyed the visit to the Médina. Our guide gave us a quick walk round to get a feel for where everything was which was useful and pointed out a great place with a toilet and refreshments of needed. Didn’t enjoy Hergla as much as there isn’t really much to see and do and the time there was short. Would have preferred more time at the medina.

The guide knew i was using walking aids and asked if he was going too slow, I said no going too fast as able bodied people were struggling to keep up so he went at a faster pace. I struggled even more to keep up and so did others.

Wycieczka, w której uczestniczylam, byla dobrze zorganizowana: od transferu, przez zakwaterowanie, az po program wycieczek fakultatywnych. Przewodnik Pani Malgorzata byla kompetentna, pelna entuzjazmu i potrafila by zainteresowac grupe nawet mniej oczywistymi atrakcjami. Wszystko odbywalo sie zgodnie z planem, a jednoczesnie panowala przyjazna, swobodna atmosfera.

Hergla soll einen Kunsthandwerkermarkt haben, wir haben 3 Stände gesehen mit Miniangebot. Es gab 5 schöne Häuser in Blauweis. Die Fahrt hat sich wirklich nicht gelohnt für das wie super der Ort vom TUI Guide ausgelobt wurde. Die Führung durch die Medina von Sousse war Mini, lag aber auch an der Hitze.

Great intro to a Berber Village and Tunisian history. A local area tour with a safe guide through a Medina without being hounded back onto a coach. The microphone or speaker on the coach needs replacing as it was hard to hear and understand the tour guide.

Super Tour, obwohl wir deutsche Tour gebucht haben und in der englischen Gruppe gelandet sind, war unser Guide der Hammer, konnte fließend vier Sprachen Englisch Französisch Deutsch und Arabisch. Es war informativ und gut organisiert. Wer gerne etwas von dem Land erfahren möchte ist da gut aufgehoben und was uns gut gefallen hat war die Dauer der Tour bis zu 4 Std war vollkommen ausreichend. Empfehlenswert!!!
