Surin Islands National Park is where snorkellers go for their fix of rainbow-coloured corals and white sandy beaches straight out of a catalogue. This early risers full-day tour features a speed catamaran ride and a day of snorkelling at some of the finest spots in Thailand. The day kicks off with an early start to beat the crowds. A tropical cocktail of bright blue waters and neon coral reefs, the Surin Islands are an exotic escape inhabited by the Moken – a group of people who have a totally distinct culture thanks to their life on the sea. Meet these fascinating seafaring folk, before your first snorkelling stop at Chong Kaad Bay. Then, it's time for lunch at the National Park's restaurant.You'll continue the day with two more snorkelling stops at the likes of Bon Bay, Tao Bay or Pineapple Bay. And in between spotting marine life, you'll have time to relax, sunbathe and soak in the views on deck.

Trevligt koncept med bra service o god mat. Vi fick frukost, mellis, lunch o frukt. Avslutade med glass efteråt. Så vi behövde aldrig vara hungriga. Den engelska guiden var bra. Snorkling på två platser, lagom länge. Vi hade egen utrustning så jag vet inte hur de delarna var, men skönt att vi fick låna handdukar. Marknaden var ok och en intressant upplevelse. Enda minuset var toaletterna - det var riktigt sunkigt.

Vorweg: die von TUI organisierten Touren sind allesamt sehr gut organisiert. Es gibt immer genug zu essen und zu trinken. Beim Schnorcheln gibt's Schnorchelausrüstung und 1 Handtuch Bitte Trinkgelder für die "kleinen" und sehr hilfsbereiten Leute bereithalten. TUI = sehr gut! Die Surin- Tour startet mit einem gemeinsamen Frühstück, dann 90min Fahrt zum 1. Schnorcheln, anschließend Besuch im MOKEN-Dorf, danach Mittagessen auf der Nachbarinsel + 2 Schnorchelspots = vom Feunsten! 90min Rückfahrt

We enjoyed the whole day it was amazing,however when we arrived at the gypsy village their was quite a lot of litter where the boat pulled in which was quite a shame for such a beautiful place. I am sure we as tourists have contributed to but could be cleaned up quite easily.

Opas JJ oli mahtava. Vene millä menimme, oli todella mukava, kannatti maksaa hieman enemmän kuin mennä pitkähäntäveneellä. Veneeltä sai virvokkeita ja vettä ottaa vapaasti. Satamasta kesti noin 1,5h ensimmäiseen snorklauspaikkaan. Odotin hieman enemmän värikkäämpiä koralleja, mutta snorklaus oli kivaa, näimme erilaisia kaloja. Olimme noin 45 minuuttia ensimmäisessä paikassa. Merimustalaispaikka oli upea. Seuraavassa snorklauspaikassa noin tunti. Päivä kesti noin 10-11h matkoineen.

Det var två bra snorkelstopp, men hade hellre gjort ett tredje snorkelstopp än att lägga så mycket tid på stranden. Bra guide som förklarade Moken-byn och folket som bodde där på ett bra sätt. Det gav mervärde och var intressantare än jag anat. Helt OK mat även för en med glutenintolerans.

Personalen var helt fantastisk! Vi reste med våra barn på 4 och 3 år och fick så mycket hjälp att vi verkligen kunde slappna av och njuta. De var otroligt omtänksamma, särskilt mot barnen. Under dagen fick vi frukost, mellanmål och lunch samt obegränsat med dryck. Vi snorklade och fick se “Hitta Nemo”-fiskar, vilket barnen älskade. Havet var helt magiskt. Rekommenderas varmt, särskilt för familjer!

Im Großen und Ganzen ein gelungener Ausflug Perfekt organisiert Handtücher und Schnorchelausrüstung waren vorhanden Sogar eingeschweißte Mundstücke Nach dem eintreffen in der Marina gab es erst mal ein schönes Frühstück Die Fahrt mit dem Speedboat ein kleines Abenteuer Dann ging es zum ersten Riff Dort war es sehr schön Danach zum Strand und Mittagessen Strand war super und Essen war gut Danach ging es zu den Moken Dort hätte ich mir mehr Zeit gewünscht da das zweite Riff nicht so schön war

Breakfast was supplied at the pier along with sea sickness pills. Once on the boat ear plugs for the noise of the boat, towels and water bottles were handed out. Snorkelling equipment supplied and soft drinks available all day. So you don’t need to take much with you. Staff informative and helpful. Would recommend this trip.

Really enjoyed the trip from start to finish, good hospitality, good knowledge from the staff, great snorkelling spots. My only downside of the trip was to the island with the nomadic tribe, yes it is good to see the culture but there was plastic everywhere which would have been better tidied up by the children if as the guide said they were being educated. Also a child had a poo on the sand in front of us, again educate them to go elsewhere.

Frida gjorde en kanoninförsäljning av denna utflykt. Och Pretty Party guiden var super. Maten toppen och mellanmålen likaså. Tempot var utmärkt! Snorklingen suverän (även om jag personligen drabbades av fototoxisk reaktion på händerna pga antibiotika konsumtion och för mycket sol på händerna). Vi fick simma länge med en havssköldpadda. Saknade solskydd på försäljningsgatan, de skulle säkert få mer sålt om de spände upp nåt tyg eller nåt över nån del av den gatan.

Alle stops waren traumhaft Ich fand es schade das wir bei Fahrt im Boot sitzen musste und nicht raus ans deck durften Und als tip wenn eure Mitarbeiter unter Wasser Videos und Fotos machen,könntet ihr noch ganz viel Geld extra verdienen Ansonsten war alles ein Traum (Am national Park habe ich viele Plastik Wasser Flaschen gesammelt wäre schön wenn dort mehr drauf geachtet wird ) Ich bin Robinson Mitarbeiterin und kenne es normal das man Rabatte oder Prozente bekommt diesmal leider nicht

Oceanovan osaava tiimi hoiti koko päivän todella ystävällisellä ja huolellisella otteella. Englanninkielinen naisopas oli aivan mahtava. Lähtösatamasta tarjotusta aamiaisesta lähtien koko päivän ajan saimme juotavia ja syömistä riittävästi. Kaksi riuttasnorklausta oli mieleenpainuvia, kuten vierailu Mokin kylässä.

Early Bird är verkligen värt det. Vi var enda båten vid snorklingen på fm. Fantastiskt bra snorkling. Jojo m personal var toppen. Mellis och dryck på båten väldigt bra. Lunchen var OK men inget att klaga på egentligen. Miljöerna superfina och byn med Mokenfolket intressant. Vi såg både flygande hundar och makaker. …. och alla sorters fiskar man kan fantisera om.

Ich fand es toll, dass man kurzfristig zu einem anderen Schnorchelplatz gefahren ist, weil bei dem ersten Platz schon 3 andere Schnorchelboote geankert hatten. Auch dass man nach dem zweiten Schnorchelgang abgeduscht wurde, war ein besonderer Service. Die Crew und die Guides waren super nett und hilfsbereit und die Verpflegung an Land und an Bord sehr gut.

A very enjoyable day. The collection times from the hotel were exactly as expected, the catamaran was clean and fast. Soft drinks and food was all included and plentiful and good quality. Longer snorkelling time would have enhanced this trip further. The guide and company we used were excellent. This and most of the similar excursions are quite expensive.

Der Ausflug war großartig! Die Guides unserer Tour waren J.J. und Nick. Beide waren sehr gut...ganz großes Lob!!. Sie erklärten uns vieles und konnten auf Fragen kompetent Auskunft geben. Der erste Schnorchelspot war der beste: viele unterschiedliche Korallen, Unmengen Rifffische. Super! Dort sollte auch beim 2. Mal geschnorchelt werden. ABC-Equipment super, 1a Support durch die Crew. Im Anschluß noch Kaffee und Eis am Pier, so was hatte ich bislang nicht. 100 % Weiterempfehlung!

Mycket trevlig heldag med bra och intressant information om Moken-folket. God mat och personalen såg till att vi fick både tillräckligt med mat och dryck under hela dagen. Båten havererade på väg hem 15min ute till havs där det saknade mobiltäckning. Personalen löste detta på bästa sätt. Efter ca 1 timme möttes vi av en speedboat som vi fick hoppa över till och som kunde ta oss in till piren. Lite senare ankomst till piren men där väntade ändå fika och transfern tillbaka till hotellet.

The staff at oceannova went above and beyond to make the trip not only enjoyable but safe as well, the consent offers of drinks our own water bottles and towels was fantastic. JJ went above my expectations by helping me to experience snorkeling, I dont swim very well , and panicked with the thought of it. But she made it her mission to help and got me a float and she swam with me . And also other staff were helping other people. The staff made the trip extremely enjoyable.

Right from the 6am start, this tour went like clockwork. The guide was superb, and she took us by bus about 10-15 minutes to the Surin Islands pier, where a very nice breakfast was waiting for us. They then handed out fins for those wanting to snorkel Then, we went on the covered power catamarran to the Surin Islands. It took about 1 hour 15 minutes to get to the first site, and not too bumpy at all. The snorkeling at both sites was lovely, the lunch was great and the Moken village was lovely.

Wir hatten mit J.J. und Martin die weltbesten Guides am Start. Schon die Hinfahrt war ein Erlebniss, unser Captain hat Delphine entdeckt, darauf zugesteuert und jeder hat die Chance gehabt sie in ihrem natürlichem Zmfeld zu sehn (1000mal besser als ein Delohin in Gefangenschaft) Die Insel selbst war schon ein Erlebnis. Leider vom Tourismus beherrscht aber anders kommt dort kein Geld an.

Es war ein gut organisierter Trip Es wurden super Hinweise im Vorfeld gegeben,damit man nichts falsch mach im Umgang mit den Moken.Auch das schnorcheln war sehr schön und durch die zwei Stops auch abwechslungsreich und für mich ausreichend.Auch die Versorgung war super organisiert und sehr lecker.Beim Lunch hätte ich mehr Thailändische Küche erwartet, ansonsten aber gut

Enjoyed: staff, boat, snorkeling, facilities, drinks and lunch. Didn't enjoy: breakfast was a scrum fest, children under 12 on boat, only 2 snorkeling sites and could have been more, gypsy village was ok but certainly stayed too long.

Super Ausflug,sehr gut organisiert,tolles Essen.Was uns sehr gefallen hat war,dass jeder bei der Schnorchelausrüstung ein neues Mundstück erhalten hat.Sehr hygienisch.????Auch ein Badetuch bekommt man,das eigene kann man gut im Hotel lassen.Der erste Stopp zum Schnorchel hat uns besser gefallen als der 2.Schönere Korallen und mehr verschiedene Fische.Ist aber nicht mit dem roten Meer oder den Malediven zu vergleichen.

Hele turen var god. Fin morgenmad og turgennemgang af teamet. Snorkling var fantastisk. Kunne godt have undværet turen til moken folket, men det var egentlig en ok oplevelse.

The overall service from tour guides and the boat crew was excellent. The boat itself was comfortable although very noisy when travelling (ear plugs were provided)

Positive - Great guides - JJ had the best English of all the guides in Thailand. Surin had crystal clear water and the coral was beautiful. Please improve - I got food poisoning from the seafood dish at lunch. I vomited and had diarrhea for the next two days. I think the seafood was left in the heat too long and bacteria developed. If I had been healthy, I would have booked the Similan Island tour. - octopus in the seafood dish was so hard, it was like biting onto my snorkel mouthguard.

Jättebra arrangemang. Bra och engagerad personal, bra frukost, lunch, snacks och frukt höll energin på topp hela dagen. Fin snorkling vid korallreven med mycket fisk. Upphämtning och lämning fungerade utmärkt

No instruction or information at the beginning of the day.it was follow like sheep. When I asked at tour center, the main guide was excelant and for the rest of the day. Once back at tour center once again no info as to what we should do. Main lunch good, snacks breakfast rubbish. Toasters did not work. Fruit excellant. Drinking water, warm best part of the day. Equipment good instruction excellant experience excellent. Language good
