Un día repleto de cultura, espiritualidad y sabor. Visitará tres de los templos más importantes de la provincia de Phang Nga: la Cueva del Dragón, la Pagoda de Bang Rieng y Manee Sri Mahathat.El primero es el templo de la Cueva del Dragón. Construido dentro y sobre cuevas de piedra caliza, es tan impresionante como hermoso. Sus monjes elaboran remedios curativos. El siguiente es el templo de la pagoda de Bang Rieng, en lo alto de las montañas. Es una mezcla de influencias tailandesas y chinas, y su ubicación ofrece unas vistas asombrosas de la zona.El último templo es Manee Sri Mahathat. Cuenta con una colección de estatuas de cera de deidades indias, chinas y tailandesas. Pero la más popular de todas es la de Phor Than Klai, un monje conocido como "Boca de Oro" por su capacidad para predecir los números de la lotería. Y para rematar la excursión, cenará en un restaurante situado en un manglar, donde podrá degustar manjares tradicionales.

The temples were beautiful but very quiet. Transport was very cramped and not fit for purpose. Combined with a very fast driver, this was a forgettable experience. Also no PA system in the transport so we missed most of what was said to the other guests.

A thoroughly enjoyable day in which we learned about the Buddhist philosophy and Thai culture generally. Our guide was Jasmine who was extremely knowledgeable, personable and entertained us with stories and humour for the whole day. Our driver was efficient and courteous providing us with an endless supply of drinks and cool hand wipes on what was a very hot day. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend with Jasmine as the guide

An amazing excursion that we thoroughly enjoyed, our guide Mark was fantastic and very informative about the temples, Buddhism and thai culture, answering any questions with ease. Lunch at the restaurant we were taken to was excellent and a lovely setting. Whilst it wasn't an issue for us, I think at the time of booking it should be made clear the number of steps to climb at the first temple (approx 500) with the last ones being more like steep ladders, so certainly not suitable for everyone

A very long day visiting three temple sites that in my opinion are not authentic, they are set up purely for tourism. Monks are sitting on their phones, taking 'donations'. It felt very Disneyland and not worth the long day of driving. Plus our tour guide admitted he was working illegally and was a very patronising and bitter ex monk himself. I would suggest the true path to enlightenment is to stop being so angry that you never found it.

Les temples choisis étaient, très beau,x le repas dans un magnifique restaurant et très bon, le troisième temple est un peu sportif, monter 235 marches et plus, n,'est pas à portée de tous. Seul point négatif, la guide ne parlait pas français ( alors que j'avais demandé et payé pour ça) et les4 autres touristes, non plus, seul bémol à l'excursion.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about each temple and the history and current day usage of it. They understood the religious implications and and the day-to-day way that monks lived. The lunchtime meal was one of the best we had when we’ve been on excursions and the view over the river was incredible lots of travelling between the temples but this was safe and gave us great views of the rainforest the last temple visit to the cave temple does involve lots of steps and in the heat isn’t easy.

Det första templet i grottan var över förväntan. Grottan är unik o väl värd att se. Det är många trappsteg men inte jobbiga att gå i. Det finns stegar som man kan låta bli om man är höjdrädd som jag. Andra templet var också väldigt fint och värt att se. Sista templet kunde förkortas lite. Det stora buddan och de fascinerande vaxdockorna är dock sevärda. Guiden var mycket trevlig och kunnig. Mån om säkerhet och att alla hade det bra. Maten god men lite smaklös/turistanpassad.

Otrolig guide men en massa kunskap. Kan dock vara bra att ni skriver på hemsidan att ett tempel kräver mycket gång i trappor/stegar då den är i ett berg och kräver viss fysik.

Ich war erst unschlüssig ob ich diese Tour buchen sollte, aber ich bin so froh es getan zu haben. Die Tour ist einfach einmalig und unsere Tour Guide Jasmin hat so viel Wissenswertes berichtet. Zudem war sie und auch der Fahrer rundum darauf bedacht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen diese Tour zu machen, sehr beeindruckend und für mich das beste Erlebnis.

The staff couldn’t really speak English. Struggled with words on the tour so you couldn’t even ask questions. You also couldn’t hear here so missed out on a lot. Ended up having to pick bits up from other tour guides and doing own research.

Are rep was very knowledgeable, and interacting. A very spiritual and calming day out visiting some fabulous temples around the region. A lovely lunch over the river, and some fabulous sites along the way. You do not have to be a religious person to enjoy this experience. A very enjoyable day!!

Eine sehr schöne Tour. Die Tempel sind wirklich sehenswert. Unsere Reiseleitung Yasmin sprach sehr gut deutsch und hat alles mit Herzblut erklärt. Der Fahrer war stets mit Erfrischungstüchern und kalten Getränken in der Nähe. Das Mittagessen mit wunderschönem Ausblick war sehr lecker. Allem in einem ein schöner Ausflug mit tollen Eindrücken.

Visite des 3 temples autour de Khaolak très intéressante . Dommage que tui ne propose pas de groupe en français , c’est dommage quand même (même si nous avons eu une super guide qui prenait son temps pour nous expliquer dans le détail l’histoire de chacun des temples ).

Es war eine tolle Tour. Unser Guide Volker hat uns unglaublich viele interessante Details zum Buddhismus und Thailand näher gebracht. Die Tempel waren sehenswert, besonders der Königstempel sehr beeindruckend. Es gab genügend zu Trinken und das Essen direkt an einer Lagune sehr schmackhaft. Volker ist durchweg tiefenentspannt und hilfsbereit!

Fin tur, vi besøker 3 veldig ulike templer, en av de var kongelig tempel i provinsen, så der måtte man også ha noen ekstra forberedelser til (ingen sokker, lange bukser, dekket skuldre - også for menn). Siste tempel krever at du klarer å gå 300 trapper opp i alle fall, men fantastisk opplevelse med en grotte tempel + veldig fin utsikt på toppen.

Der Höhlentempel hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, die anderen zwei Tempel sind wunderschön. Das Mittagessen im Mangrovenwald war sehr gut, auch die Lage des Restaurants hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Die Reiseleiterin hat zwar viel geredet und sich viel Mühe gegeben, leider konnte sie nicht fließend deutsch sprechen, das war sehr schade, weil dadurch Informationen nicht so gut verständlich waren.

The trip was very long . It was long time between temples to be sitting on a hot bus . People should be made aware how many stairs they are expected to climb before booking . The guide was really informative and knowledgeable There were plenty of drinks given through out the journey . The food for lunch was amazing . There were vegans on our trip and the guide made sure food was prepared for those people as well as the people who ate meat and fish. The trip is long so be aware of that . .

Great guide for the tour. She was wonderful and knowledgeable. The first temple requires lots of steps! Please warn people of this before they pay/book. It also is not suitable for anyone who struggles with heights. We had a great day other than the decrepid old minibus we had to endure with almost no air-con or suspension. It made travelling in the back very uncomfortable for the number of hours we travelled.

Der wundervolle zweite Tempel war sehr sehenswert. Nach unserem Geschmack wären eine Zwreitempeltour völlig ausreichend, da man doch länger als erwartet im Auto sitzt. Das ist auch anstrengend. Das Mittagessen war sehr lecker und wir wurden stets mit Erfrischungstücher und kalten Getränken versorgt und hatten die Möglichkeit eine Toilette aufzusuchen.

Überraschenderweise war dieser Ausflug kein typisches Touristenspektakel. Mit unserer kleinen 12-Personen-Gruppe waren wir in allen drei Tempeln immer fast allein. Es war alle pünktlich. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr beeindruckend. Es wurde vor allem ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis durch den Reiseführer Twan. Er vermittelte uns seine Erlebnisse als Mönch. so konnte er sehr authentisch über den Buddhismus berichten. Diese Tour sollte jeder machen, wenn er direkt Wissen vermittelt bekommen möchte und mit den Tempeln beindruckende Gebäude sehen möchte.

Jib, the guide, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. The driver was fantastic and the actual tour was fantastic. One point to note is that the details on the app didn't mention the number of steps required to access Dragon Cave Temple. Not an issue for the majority, however; another couple had booked without being aware. They had mobility issues and could not take part in that part of the tour.

Diese Tour ist unglaublich toll! Wir hatten in Volker einen wirklich sehr sympathischen Guide mit einem unerschöpflichen Wissen und der die Besonderheiten jedes einzelnen Tempels sowie die Religion und Kultur dahinter uns allen Nahe bringen konnte. Auch unsere Tourgruppe ( insgesamt 12 Personen) war sehr harmonisch und wissbegierig, was interessante Fragen und noch interessantere Antworten hervorbrachte. Ein super Tag!

Unser Reiseleiter Volker war einfach hervorragend! Von Anfang bis Ende war die Tour perfekt organisiert. Er hat uns mit seinem umfangreichen Wissen über die Kultur, Geschichte und die beeindruckenden Tempelanlagen begeistert. Besonders beeindruckend war seine herzliche und freundliche Art, die uns sofort wohlfühlen ließ. Die Stopps an den Tempeln und den Aussichtspunkten waren gut geplant, und wir hatten genug Zeit, alles in Ruhe zu erkunden und tolle Fotos zu machen.

Jenny vores turguide var virkelig go’ til at forklare om de forskellige templer, kulture og skikke. Lange distancering bus imellem templerne bør nævnes. I turbeskrivelsen står at man ved det sidste tempel møder aber. Det er ikke korrekt. Vi var ved et helt andet tempel og sted. Men alt i alt en dejlig tur.

Opas ja kuljettaja olivat ystävällisiä ja palvelualttiita. Oppaalla oli valtavasti tietoa ja hän kertoi kattavasti tarinoita. Ensimmäisen luolatemppelin rappujen/tikkaiden kiipeäminen tuli meille yllätyksenä ja tästä pitäisi ehdottomasti mainita etukäteistiedoissa ettei sovellu liikuntatajoitteisille 300 jyrkän portaan vuoksi. Lisäksi oli pettymys että kolmanteen temppeliin ei päästy sisälle. Muuten retki sujui hyvin ja lounas oli maittava.

Our guide, Gift, was amazing and really informative. We really enjoyed seeing the temples and the lunch spot was lovely, would recommend this trip to others.

Wäre toll gewesen, wenn alle Tempel geöffnet gewesen wären. Ansonsten sehr sehenswerte Tempel mit toller Aussicht.

The tour guide was fantastic and the tour was really informative and enjoyable. The Dragon temple has a lot of steps that don't have treads which some of the group struggled with. This wasn't mentioned when booking.
