Qué recordar
Nadar con delfines no está incluido en el programa Silver. Para participar en el programa, es necesario saber nadar.
Los niños de 8 años o más y que midan más de 140 cm / 4'7" pueden participar por su cuenta, pagando la tarifa de adulto.
Es obligatorio el uso del chaleco salvavidas en todas las actividades acuáticas.
Para participar en las actividades de natación con delfines, los niños deben tener al menos 8 años y medir más de 140 cm / 4'7".
Los niños de entre 1 y 5 años solo pagan el traslado y pueden participar de forma gratuita acompañados de un adulto que haya pagado la entrada; un niño por cada adulto que haya pagado la entrada.

After having to wait for the afternoon session - coach failed to pick myself and my daughter up despite being at the designated pick up point - the experience with the dolphins made up for this. Good things definitely come to those who wait.

De ophaaltijd was veel te vroeg, werden om 8.30 uur opgehaald. De tijd wanneer het echt begon was 10.30 uur, er kwamen nog meerdere mensen deelnemen aan de excursie, prima pas dan de ophaal tijd aan. Locker huren is 10 us dollar, absurd veel geld. De verzorging en de tijd die er werd genomen om ons als gasten mee te nemen in het werken met dolfijnen was super. Achteraf werd er wel wat gehamerd of je echt niets wilde kopen uit de shop. We hebben de foto’s mogen ontvangen na de excursies.

L’esperienza di poter toccare da vicino un delfino è molto bella. Ma i delfini sono in cattività. Mi aspettavo di uscire in mare con una barca e nuotare in mezzo ai delfini, non li avrei toccati ma sarebbe stata un’esperienza più vera. Così sembra di stare in uno zoo.

More communication needed between reps and trip organisers Should have started at 10:30am didn’t start till approx 11:00 am waiting for other guest Time spent in water with dolphins was great but was rushed to enjoy all the interaction experienced The time allocated for the whole trip is not long enough & I’m sure this is not the first time it’s been mentioned. They were other activities to partake in at the cove that we didn’t get chance to do, very disappointing

The dolphin experience was great and we all enjoyed it. However, we didn't have enough time to enjoy our lunch and the opportunity to feed the birds and ostrich. We also couldn't look around the shop. This was mainly due to having to wait a long time for late comers. As a result we didn't start on time. If we had eaten our lunch then we wouldn't have been able to get our photos. Having paid for a full experience and missing out on parts was disappointing

The driver from hotel was one hour late (10am) and made it clear we need to leave at 12.45pm. The dolphin experience itself was amazing, went beyond my expectations. Venue in a safe location, great staff and great for families too. However after the dolphin swim there wasn't much time to do anything else, it felt a bit rushed. We skipped lunch (long queue), quickly browsed gift shop and registered our photos. Did not see anything else at venue, which was a big disappointment.

Absolutely fantastic experience loved every minute. Purchased the gold swim with dolphins and was well worth the money paid. Spent 45 mins in the water with the dolphins and received 75 photos within the price. I can’t recommend this enough. The trainers are fantastic and made the experience so much fun 🐬

This is the best excursion I have ever ever done loved every minute Booked with Tracy our TUI representative at the hotel she is amazing very nice lady and wasn’t pushy at all made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. We paid for the encounter / interaction and Tracy gave us a complimentary upgrade to swim with dolphins and included the photos and lunch and it only cost £110 each. Lifetime memory.

Overall a fantastic experience and well worth doing. Food at resort was also good but honestly the only downside was how people at resort would not allow people who had paid admission to observe and pass a restricted gate to take personal photos of family of such a fantastic day.

De ontvangst was chaotisch en onvriendelijk waardoor wij te laat waren voor de instructies. Het bassin (100 x 60 meter) was veel te klein voor 10 dolfijnen om in te leven. De dolfijnen schijnen om de dag "vrij" zijn, maar het dagschema is wel erg druk met de ene groep direct na de andere. Op het terrein staat ook een vervallen volière en een véél te kleine afrastering met een struisvogel, dit verbrak ook compleet het zogenaamde diervriendelijke imago.

The trainers and photographers are fantastic . They allowed us to get the most out of our experience. The only part of the experience which wasn’t positive for us was our transport. There was some disagreement with which driver was meant to take us back to our hotel, one of which told us we’d need to be ready after 2 hours (4 hours experience). This left us feeling in limbo. Overall the experience was incredible and we would definitely recommend.

The guide was amazing, guiding you what and what not to do. Gave us a lot of information about the dolphins. Made us feel safe. The food with the package was good. The driver was lovely but felt he wanted rush us back as he had another pick up. We didn’t wished to be rushed as the package said 4-8 hours so we wanted to stay to alt least the four hours from pick up. We stayed and it was arranged that we would be taken by one of his colleagues as our resort was only 10 minutes away.

Such a fabulous experience. My husband and I took our children 3.5 and 6 yrs old for the encounter experience. We originally booked the entrance fee only via the app but after speaking to the rep she recommended we opt for the encounter. Although more money, these centres rely on tourists visiting. The price for the encounter experience included all photos taken by the photographer which had we have booked directly with the centre would have been 250 dollars extra so good value for money.

The whole experience was amazing. The guide was sensitive and caring. He (manny) also ensured I was safe and talked me through everything I needed to do to stay safe and make sure the dolphins were safe also. His knowledge, love and care for the mammals was very endearing to see. This encounter was a dream come true, since my childhood I've always wanted to swim with dolphins.

I feel I was completely missold this excursion. We had no welcome drink and when it was asked for the staff had no idea. There was nothing to see/show with the dolphins unless you paid a lot of money to swim with them. With admission you should be able to at least view them. It’s a lot of money to feed a couple birds and one ostrich when the purpose was to go and see dolphins. This was highly disappointing and we had to sit around for 3 hours unable to enjoy anything of the dolphins.

I feel we’ve been missold this experience. Once booked for admission only we could only see part of the dolphin enclosure. The kids couldn’t see them at all. Very limited views. One tiny bird cage to hold birds and and ostrich in a very small enclosure. When booking it was sold as a welcome drink included, when we asked for this they told us they don’t give welcome drinks and to take it up with who we’ve booked with. Overall a waste of £140 for the kids and adults to sit and do nothing.

Overall we had an unforgettable experience and we done the gold swim. Trainer was great and we got some nice photos. A few issues did leave a source taste for us. Food wasnt necessary and they served lunch at 10:30. I feel food was only added as a way of justifying the very high price point. Yet drinks not in included, staff telling people off for drinking own drinks. Some staff had terrible attitudes. All saff we encountered directly asked for a tip, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Loved every second of the experience. The driver/guide was a blast and made sure we were all booked in before he went back to the bus to wait for us. The actual swim with dolphins is soo worth the money. We paid for the Royal swim and we had cuddles, dance and kisses from two dolphins. Then later we got to be pulled along by the dorsal fins and then a door push! For me it was a dream come true! The trainer made sure we knew all about our dolphins and their lives

The dolphin interaction was lovely and the highlight of the experience. However, the tour felt rushed due to transportation timing. It was advertised as a four-hour package, but we were asked to return by 11:30am, which didn’t align with expectations. Traveling with two small children made this more challenging, as we couldn’t fully enjoy the activities. Additionally, the transport left without telling us when it would return, which caused unnecessary stress. Better communication needed.

Das Schwimmen war sehr gut erklärt und toll. Zum essen könnte noch ein Getränk sprich z.b. Wasser inklusive sein. Hier 8 dollar ist zu viel. Die Umkleiden sind zu wenig und nicht sonderlich sauber. Insgesamt aber hat uns der Ausflug gefallen.

Picked up at 7.30 am didn’t open til 0900 then had to stand in gift shop! No welcome drink I was told I would have to pay and couldn’t drink my own water. Love bird house very poor and delapidated, the man working there asked us for a tip we were only there for ten mins. At 0930 we were herded like cattle into dolphin experience, there were ten of us with two dolphins and we got approx 5 mins each with dolphins, the photos were the best bit. The dolphin guy was great, funny and knowledgeable photos were included with our package and was straightforward and simple the photos are fantastic. My only gripe is the lack of direction when you first go in, you’re not quite sure where to go or what you’re waiting for. And the food doesn’t cater for non meat eaters but this appears to be a thing all over Jamaica not just dolphin cove. Dolphins were amazing, a fantastic experience and one I thoroughly recommend.

What a fantastic adventure, we had the gold package and it was worth every penny . Our driver was jolly and on time. But the highlight was the Dolphins, Rodney the trainer was amazing, you could see his love and care for the Dolphins. We had great interaction on a 1 2 1 basis, fantastic memories, great photos included in the package. If there was a downside , there wasn't much else to do after, which was a shame. But overall 10/10 for the Dolphin experience. Thank you Tui.

Heb bij de hostes in het hotel alles betaald en moest 100 dollar en 6.50 voor water bij de lunch betalen en in het hotel terug gekomen zei de hostes van Tui nee dat hadden ze niet mogen doen je hebt voor alles bij mij betaald.de hostes zegt dat ze het geld gaat terug vorderen ik ben benieuwd. En tot slot wij vonden de mensen zeer opdringerig met van alles aan te smeren zelfs toen wij daar in de winkel al t shirts gekocht hadden

Well what a morning i was a bit nervous as I can't swim, all I can say is what a happy place it is the staff were just smiling chatty the lady that took our pic's was great, the pictures fantastic. The guy we had with the dolphin were both fantastic ?? ?? I will never ever forget that day just to be able to go in the water with the dolphin what a magical, so thankyou for making me fell safe??.we then went on see all the other fish, went & had lunch which was nice.would defo recommend 10/10 ????x

Our experience with the TUI reps Kerry Ann and Tamica was really good. They were very informative and helped so much with helping us pick what we wanted to do. Kerry Ann guided us through it all. Dolphin cove was lovely. The staff there were incredible and really nice.

Would’ve given a 10/10, however, the server at lunch was horrible and she really let the place and other staff down. Her explanations regarding lunch were abrupt and rude, making guests feel rather uncomfortable about even eating the food she served!! Please Dolphin Cove, hire someone more pleasant with customer service skills and this excursion would definitely be 10/10.

This was a fantastic experience!!!! We absolutely loved it. The dolphins were fantastically well looked after and the staff really friendly and knowledgeable. The bus driver was lovely. My only criticism is we had to wait for others on the experience at a hotel for half an hour as the driver couldn't find them, which meant we arrived with only 5mins spare to get sorted. Also meant the the people at the last pick up had made their own way the venue when we got there. Maybe needs wait time limit?

The experience with the dolphins and the trainer we had with us was absolutely fantastic and friendly and everything you could want. However on the whole we were left feeling a bit short. It was advertised as a 4 hour trip but excluding paying on entry, it lasted about 90 mins at most including getting a safety briefing. We then had to wait around for nearly 3 hours doing nothing. We were also told free drinks on arrival but didnt get any drinks. We then had to pay to come back to the hotel.

We absolutely loved this experience, however the food was very basic and can not believe for 250 dollars drinks...even tap water wasn't provided, for the sake of a few dollars which should be included it ruins the day and feels like you're being ripped off for 5 dollars a drink shame on you Tui

The whole experience was amazing and very good value for money with a good lunch and photos.The encounter with dolphin was more than what I expected in getting up close with a dolphin. The guide was friendly and explained everything clearly and we had the opportunity to do different things with dolphin. I do think the guide should have had a bit more empathy for people that were nervous and not continuously tell his paying group that they were boring, did have a good time and conquered fear.

This experience was great. Dolphins are beautiful as is the place. Staff are great and very helpful. Tui needs to shout about the fact you get the photos included if you book either package with them. 75 photos sent to you by email in 24hrs you do have to download an app but tui rep told us this before we set off. Great few hours out

Fantastic experience, staff all very knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much effort. Photographer took 135 photos between the 4 of us, all were great. Nice and clean, friendly staff and amazing experience had by all our party. Don’t forget to take water shoes with you or buy some once there very reasonably priced..

Brilliant day out. Just the lady in the shop tried to get us to buy water shoes for 30 dollars but your not allowed to wear them for swimming with the dolphins
