Main concern was the transportation- old bus broken seats both daughter and self got bitten whilst on bus… driver was dangerous in his driving both ways - speeding, dangerous overtaking and no regard for passenger welfare. Lot of time stood waiting at attraction with no clear direction as to what happening, hard sell to spend £30 dollars on limestone… very little time actually doing any rafting. Post experience the 2 tuitions were a complete waste and didn’t see point of them.

Was told pick up was at 7.10 am from another hotel where as it was 9.10 from our own hotel if we hadn’t have asked at reception at other hotel we would’ve just gone back to our hotel

Wij hadden de trip geboekt waarbij eten en frisdrank voorzien was dit was alle niet aanwezig plus wij betalen 256 euro en de andere passagiers betaalden 186euro voor 2 personen voor hetzelfde ????maar de ervaring was goed maar veel te kort je zit amper 25 minuten op het vlot en de rest is gewoon commercieel!gids was er niet plus wij hadden superdeal betaald en wisten eigenlijk niet wat hiervan de inhoud was

Activiteit was zeker de moeite waard. Score zou hoger zijn geweest als we een niet chagrijnige buschauffeur hadden gehad. Deze man had niks te melden en gaf alleen maar negatief commentaar omdat wij te laat zouden zijn geweest (ophaaltijf 9.15 uur en volgens hem 9.05 uur). Uiteindelijk om 9.10 uur vertrokken bij het hotel. Deze heer heeft dan ook geen fooi gekregen.

We have been in Nigril for three days booked a trip for rafting for my wife’s birthday, been cancelled then rescheduled for next day, no bus arrived, was told in 5 minutes that bus would arrive as it was already 30 minutes late . Then was told the trip wasn’t going ahead, advised to see TUI rep,

The experience was great, but I would say it's overpriced. Lots of waiting around while filling out the waivers too, something that could have possibly been done on the way there on the bus.

We had email confirmation that pick up was 7.40. Got kids up and out of bed, had a super quick breakfast and then waiting at correct time. Still no transport by 8am to see a TUI rep who then said pick up is at 9.40 so we rushed around for nothing. When transport came we got to the venue and had to wait around 1 hour to do the tubing. The tubing was amazing and cannot fault them at all for the experience however disappointed with TUI. We were also told we could get lunch there which we couldn’t

Op voucher stond 6.15 uur maar dat was half 9, zonder echt een antwoird te krijgen van Tui. Het tochtje met de bamboevlothes was heel leuk, hoewel we geen kokosnoot en rumpunch hebben gekregen. Wel erg massaal! Maar 2 uur heen en 2 uur terug was voor 45 minuten varen wel veel. Ook moesten we terug lang in de bus wachten om andere mensen mee te nemen. Pp de weg terug gingen we ook nog extra mensen op een andere locatie ophalen die straalbezopen en lallend opstapte en niet genoeg plek voor was.
