The west coast of Boa Vista usually provides stunning sunsets across the South Atlantic. Admire the colours of dusk with your special someone over a delicious dinner, followed by some live drumming and mellow tunes on the beach. Carlo, one of our expert local guides, says: ‘Cape Verde's music is one of the most important strands of our heritage and culture. There are a variety of styles unique to the islands, and you will hear a mix of some of our traditional music together with international tunes performed after dinner by local musicians.'You'll be whisked off to the island-renowned Morabeza Beach Club well before the sun begins its descent over the water. Take your seat and while away the time with a glass of the local cocktail, Ponche, in your hand and the sound of the waves in your ears. The beach club has a natural theme and a stress-free vibe, with tables directly on the beach. The beautiful tropical sunset would be all the visual entertainment needed, but there are plenty of treats to come.As the light dims, a bonfire is lit and African drummers start to provide a soundtrack of infectious beats giving you a flavour of the local culture. Then it's time to sit down and enjoy a delicious buffet dinner, with a selection of grilled meats, vegetables, and freshly-caught fish - plus a drink to wash it all down. A live band will play laid-back music during your meal, and up the tempo later on, so you can dance the night away with the sand between your toes. What is the itinerary for this experience? The itinerary for this experience is… - 17:00 to 17:30 – pick-up from your hotel - 17:45 – arrival at Morabeza - 18:00 – welcome drink and briefing - 18:15 – starter buffet commences - 19:30 – bonfire is lit - 19:45 – African dance performance - 20:15 – dinner is served - 20:40 – live music begins - 22:00 – transfer back to your hotel Please note, the times and schedule may vary on the day

The dinner was very over subscribed for a Saturday night. Not enough staff to serve so many people - TUI trip (coach and a half worth) normal customers looking for a meal, plus the locals for a normal Saturday night. Unfortunately the service suffered as they just didn’t have staff to deal with it all. Felt expensive at the price. Personally I would get a taxi to the restaurant and order from the main menu. The music and fire show are done many nights a week for all customers- not just Tui

Without question one of the best nights available on the island. You have your own table, not sharing which we thought it might be. Not a problem but own was better. The food was best we have had all week. Drinks 1 double gin 1 v large beer €12 so not overpriced. The dancing was fun, the Dude singing Bob Marley tunes during and after the meal. Brilliant all round.

No atmosphere, they had local radio playing for beginning of evening, felt pressured to have photos taken by their photographer, food is same as hotel as is the wine… African dancing not great, made us sing free Uganda over and over again, very political, felt very pressured into giving tips to dancers. Not really worth the money.. food not even African

The setting was gorgeous, the staff super friendly, the food amazing. The entertainment.. well what can I say. Great music, fabulous energetic dancing and the fireman! Well you just have to see it to believe it. The only thing that I would improve is seating everyone closer to the time of the show. We were sat for quite a while on hard seating. Otherwise a perfect evening

Klimatyczna restauracja nad oceanem. Personel świetnie przygotowany do przyjęcia gości. Świetny pokaz taneczno - muzyczny w cenie oraz Muzyka na żywo 🤩 Jeśli chcecie coś więcej z restauracji ponad to co jest wliczone w cenie wycieczki to musicie przygotować się na ceny Europejskie ale idzie wytrzymać ;) Jedyny minus że nie zawsze zachód słońca faktycznie będzie można oglądać ... należy od pogody i zachmurzenia. Wycieczka ta była świetnym zwieńczeniem naszego pobytu na Boa Vista. Polecamy

Food ran out and was very poor quality like very bad frozen food. No plates halfway thru and felt sheepered around like sheep. Completely disgusted with this trip for 65 euro a head . Ended up taking a cab back home to hotel to get some food so missed entertainment second act. Will post review on social media accordingly

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. A beautiful beach setting/venue. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. Entertainment was amazing making it a really good atmosphere. There are photographers to take memory photos, which are very reasonably priced. Our table was decorated as we are celebrating our Golden anniversary, which was a lovely touch. All in all an excellant evening and good value. Highly recommend.

Das Event an sich war schön, aber der Preis ist albern. Wenn man sich ein Taxi für je €5 pro Stecke nimmt und alleine zum Morazebza Beach Club fährt kann man sich für das restliche Geld dort sehr sehr viel zu Essen und Trinken bestellen. Die Show und Band sieht man dann auch, die ist jeden Abend kostenlos im Beach Club - dazu benötigt man TUI nicht.

The staff were very friendly, the food provided was very good and there was plenty of it. The african music, dancers, fire eater and evening band were superb. Great experience & lovely atmosphere. The only negative was that we were picked up from the hotel too early. (4.45pm) and after another hotel pick up & arrival at the beach bar there was way too much hanging around before the meal & whilst waiting for the entertainment to start. This experience doesn't need 4.5hrs!!

The experience was great, would definitely recommend, get to see and be involved with local culture, staff very welcoming and friendly, food was great. Only advise I would suggest is inform guests to ensure they look out for the sunset as this could easily be missed if sitting inside and as there is no reminder or guidance when to go outside to see this.

Fantastic location and atmosphere. Great food, plenty of it! Very enjoyable entertainment. Perhaps the experience could be improved by a trip guide/ leader? The guy in the restaurant was trying his best, but it was a bit too much for him, while taking care of food service. However, he was very well organised with the food and drinks order and service.

Enjoyable evening with good entertainment and food. The staff at Morabeza Beach Bar & Lounge were great, very friendly and attentive. The fire dance was a great evenings entertainment. Only one negative comment, the TUI driver forgot to collect us at the end of the evening and the manager of the establishment had to call TUI to resolve the situation.

The African dance was good however the food and drinks were absolutely dissapounting. I have a egg and nut allergy which was not catered for and even though Emily (the tuu rep) had mentioned this to the supplier, they knew nothing about it on arrival. The drinks were also very weak. I was given a huge salad bowl initially with egg which I had to remind them that i had an allergy. They removed the egg and gave me the same salad bowl. For dessert I was given a fruit salad with syrup@

Rachelle recommended both experiences to us and wow she was right. Amazing place to eat, watch the sunset and see the dancers. The place is a little over 40 minutes with pick ups, but if you got your own transport around 20 minutes, great value for money and we would highly recommend it

Food was cold and mainly inedible drinks were weak and of poor standard. The return coach driver did not do a head count. Some seat belts on the coach were stiff and not operating along with armrests unable to use on the aisle being a safety concern.

Tolles Ambiente und Restaurant! Das Angebot von TUI ist jedoch maximal überteuert! Durchführung in Eigenverantwortung per Taxi hätte uns ein deutlich besseres Essen statt Massenabferigung beschert.(Wir hatten bei einem anderen Anbieter wenige Tage zuvor eine 8stündige Inseltour mit gleichwertigem Essen und vielen Erlebnissen mitgemacht - grandios! Und ebenfalls für 65.00 EUR!) Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, von TUI hatten wir eine bessere Leistung erwartet. Keine Weiterempfehlung!

Eten was OK. Organisatie in restaurant was rommelig en uitleg over verloop van de avond gebeurde in een onverstaanbaar Engels. Afrikaanse dansshow was meer dan de moeite.

For the price i was amazed, transfer, cocktail, starter, main, sweet, 2 drinks, fabulous entertainment and brilliant staff .... for 55 quid each ..... get that in England KFC or Curry !!! Amazing we'll worth it. 100 % go again ! So entertaining and so attentive, lovely staff . Very much enjoyed thankyou

Het was géén prijs/kwaliteit. Te duur, voor wat we kregen. Het eten was niet lekker. De show??? Te druk en langdradig. De fotosessie was niet handig achteraf. Géén tastbare foto's. Ik had er meer van verwacht.
