Relaxation is the name of the game on this downtempo nautical excursion. Spend a morning exploring the west coast of Boa Vista and the islet of Sal Rei aboard your catamaran before heading for a beach restaurant lunch. Then, spend an afternoon on the golden sands of Praia da Chaves.As your skipper steers you out of port, you'll sail to the islet of Sal Rei and around it before gliding back to port – spending about three hours at sea. You'll then be transferred to the virgin sands of Praia da Chaves on the west coast of Boa Vista – just in time for lunch.You'll be served a tasty lunch at the popular Perola de Chaves Beach restaurant. The rest of the afternoon is dedicated to relaxing on the beach, soaking up the sun and swimming in cool and calm waters.

Es war eine wunderschöne Tour zur kleinen vorgelagerten Insel. Dort konnte man Baden oder Schnorcheln. Am Katamaran bekamen wir Snacks und Getränke. Außerdem herrschte supergute Laune! Mittags gab es ein gutes Essen in der Pergola de Chaves... Ein tolles Lokal mit einem herrlichen Beach. Hier hatten wir drei Stunden zum Chillen. Ein fantastischer Abschluss eines tollen Ausflugs ????

Cameraman trip was really good, very clean boat and staff was really helpful and happy. I just think that being at the beach in the afternoon was a little too long with the heat. But overall great trip!

Transfer vom Hotel hin & zurück soweit gut. Katamaran aufs Meer war toll. Mitatbeiter sehr freundlich + fürsorglich. Zwischendurch 30min schwimmen. Nach insgesamt 3h zurück gefahren ohne Info oder Erklärung zurück in den Bus gestiegen und zu einem Strand gefahren der alles andere als schön oder sicher ist. Dort erneut ohne Erklärung einfach ins Restaurant zum Essen gesetzt, dann vom Veranstalter einfach ebenfalls ohne Info da gelassen. Knapp 3h gewartet. Schlimmster Strand überhaupt!!!

The restaurant was not organised on where the Tui group would sit in the restaurant. Complete lack of sunbeds after our lunch to be able to sit and relax on the beach as there were other paying customers using the restaurant and sunbeds

Nous étions 2 . Le temps passé sur le bateau est trop court. Cela s’appelle une croisière en Catamaran donc la plus part du temps on doit naviguer et s’arrêter pour nager et non aller s’allonger sur une plage 4heures ? . Le temps passé est de +-2 heures . L’après midi c’est la plage. Ça je sais le faire à l’hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cette excursion. Nous (14 personnes ) avions crus que l’on repartait en bateau de 14 heures à 16 heures. Dommage.

L’esperienza è stata molto deludente nessuno ci aveva informato che saremmo stati Asolo tre ore ********** katamaranonper poi andarne in bus in una spiaggia per stare 4 ore al caldo senza ombra per tutti. Abbiamo dovuto pagare un taxi per rientrare prima in hotel essendo in situazione disagiata. Se la gita si chiama katamarano dalle 9 alle 17 ci si aspetta che la giornata sia interamente in barca

A longer time should have been spent on the catamaran. The cruise was too short in comparison to the time spent at the beach in the afternoon. The rating for the staff relate to the staff on the catamaran and not the TUI staff. Too long was spent on the beach and everybody couldn’t wait to be collected. Also, the TUI staff should have given some indication to when we would be collected from the beach. Restaurant staff were trying to work around us whilst setting up for the evening.

The Catamaran part of the day was actually quite good but it was the “beach afternoon” that was horrific. I also feel we were missiold the trip by our TUI rep who said it was a full day Catamaran trip and beach lunch. Not a 2.5 hour catamaran trip and then 4 hours being abandoned on a baking hot beach without any drinks and where I have been eaten alive by flies/mosquitos.

The service and staff and catamaran itself were brilliant. However TUI completely missell the experience. The main picture of the excursion is someone drinking prosecco with only a few other people in view. This is not the experience. There’s no prosecco and the catamaran has 70+ people on it. We booked an adults only cruise but there were many children on the boat. 10/10 for the boat and staff. 0/10 for TUI and how they lie to sell you it.

Wasn't much of a catamaran experience and felt misold. Staff and paparazzi as they call them were friendly enough but the boat was overfilled meaning the very small space you could sit on the nets at the very front were filled. Everyone else had to sit at the back on upright seats which were not comfortable at all. We had one stop on the catamaran and you had to either snorkel or take a dingy to a small beach with nothing on it. Spending less than 3 hours on a catamaran is not what we wanted

I had a lovely day. The boat staff were very nice and made everyone very welcome. The time on the catamaran was great fun. The lunch was fine. Could have been better but was adequate. The beach was lovely. The pickup and drop off was very smooth. All in all a very good experience.

Catamaran was nice but not long on board, Beach part was far too long, esp when you were only allowed one drink….one of the options water so if you would of liked a beer or soft drink you couldnt have water meaning you spent a fortune on extra drinks over the 4 hours left, we also had to pay to sit on beach chairs, sea was rough and no life guards close if anyone in trouble, wouldnt do again but huge shame as could be fab!

In weather conditions that trip should be cancelled. Lots of waves that u couldn't just lay down and chill was more like scary. All inclusive drinks in the bottles bit poor like for expensive trip and only soft drinks or beer was available. We had just 3h on boat when we bought the trip it was saying full day catamaran. Then in the restaurant everything was so rushed All service just to kick us out been told on entry we have to be gone by 4pm. I have received row chicken leg no sunbeds available

We hebben het als top ervaren was goed geregeld al het halen bij de Toureg daarna op de Catamaran kregen meteen uitleg over veiligheid , zéér vriendelijke mensen. Kregen drankjes en lokale hapjes aangeboden. Na de Catamaran gingen we met de bus naar een PRACHTIG STRANDPAVILJOEN waar we konden kiezen uit meerdere gerechten en 1 drankje wou je meer drankjes voor eigen rekening . Eten was heerlijk En om 18 uur was de bus v.Tui keurig opp tijd en bracht ons naar het Hotel . Het was geweldig

Enjoyed the 3 hours on catamaran was not expecting to go on a coach to the beach which was nice but a minimal meal and drink and was not the beach in the picture. Sea looked nice but was not easy to get in,too many rocks.Result was we was glad to get back to the hotel.

Rezerwujac ta wycieczke bylem pewien ze na katamaranem poplywamy okolo 6 do 8 godzin z przerwa na plywanie i kolacje na plazy. Wielkim rozczarowaniem bylo to ze to byl bardziej rejs rodzinny bo bylo pelno dzieci, nastepnie ze po niespelna trzech godzinach zostalismy wysadzeni na lad i zabrani autokarem do restauracji. Kolejne rozczarowanie to to ze zostalismy zostawieni w restauracji na plazy na 4 godzin gdzie do dyspozycji byl tylko 1 drinki pozostale platne a bylo opisane ze sa w cenie drinki

Lors de ma reservation , l'agent en charge de m'inscrire sur cette excursion ma mise à la journée sans m'en informé alors que ce n'est pas ce que j'avais demander. Sachant que je ne parle casiment pas anglais ce dernier en a profiter. 2h30 de catamaran , ensuite nous nous retrouvons dans un restaurant qui certe ete tres bon. A 14h j'ai du appler un taxi afin de rentré a lhotel car le guide n'avais dit qu'au premier descendu quil ne reviendrais qua 16h 3h sur une plage a rien faire non merci. Nul

Expérience beaucoup trop cher pour un petit tour en catamaran pour ne rien voir . La même vu que se que tu peut voir de la plage de l'hôtel. Le restaurant pour le repas est à 10 mn. A pied de l'hôtel....pour avoir fait d'autres sorties catamaran dans d'autres pays je trouve celle si vraiment assez lamentable.

This trip is awful, there is no guide, zero information about the area/coastline/isle! We were dropped off at the harbour where we got on catamaran, chap told us where the life jackets were and offered us a drink, another chap takes photos to sell and that’s the total of their input! When we returned to port we had to wait forty minutes for our transfer to the beach for lunch. When we arrived lunch stop again no information other than we’ll pick you up at 4pm! Don’t waste your money!

We had a similar trip 12 years ago, which was great, with an entire day on the catamaran. Unfortunately, with 1/2 day on the catamaran, we had a completely differrent experience this time: - lack of comms and synch between the driver and rep as we arrived in the port (we drove around the port to find the rep!) - quite old (and small?) catamaran - no flippers for snorkling - very little engaged / engaging team - pointless 'beach retreat' afterwards, with only 1 drink included for 3 hours of sun??

A tale of two halves. The initial catamaran trip was excellent, if a little rushed. Them taken by bus to a beach 'restaurant' for a very average lunch which included a choice of one beer or one soft drink. No wine on offer? . This was advertised as a chill out beach afternoon. The beach had about a dozen sun chairs in poor condition & upright wooden chairs left over from a Victorian reform school. With the sun chairs already taken, no shelter & the 'fish in a barrel' bar prices - taxi for two!

The catamaran trip was ok, however if you don't like beer then it's tuff, you have to drink soft fizzy drinks or water. The photographer was great and all the natural photos he took of us, most we didn't even know he took, were only €20 for all! They were sent to my email and I downloaded them all.

Vraiment pas conseiller de faire du catamaran avec autant de vague et de vent . Tous le monde se protégeais et c’est pas faute d’avoir demandé au guide plusieurs fois si c’était ok… mais bon pour vendre… On nous a apporter sur un bout de plage remplis de verre pour avoir moins de vent mais pire. L’après midi la c ´était dans un bel endroit sur une belle plage. Bref trop cher pour ne pas avoir profiter du catamaran. Et de plus 20€ la photo !!!

Komfortabel Transfer im grossen Bus. Nur englisch. Menschen alle freundlich und umsichtig. Schlauchboot zum Badestrand vom Katamaran aus nahm Baby unter einem Jahr ohne Sicherung oder Weste mit den Eltern mit. Strand Chaves war traumhaft, Essen und Service auch.

Catamaraani oli oikein hyvä ja henkilökunta hauskaa, osaavaa ja palveluhenkistä. En missään kohtaa reissua oikein käsittänyt kuka on opas. Meidät haki kuski jolla oli Tui-paita, mutta en tiedä oliko hän opas. 3 h vesilläolon jälkeen bussi nouti meidät ja jätti ravintolan luo rannalle. Ravintolahenkilökunta kysyttäessä kertoi, että se ranta oli se missä olemme. Opas/bussikuski ei kertonut meille sitä, eikä noutoaikaa. Kävelimme itse hotellille kesken retken. Ranta ei ole koskematon.

Jullie bieden deze excursie aan als snorkelen op de catamaran. Maar jullie weten dat het winter is en er helemaal niets te snorkelen valt omdat er teveel wind staat er geen zicht is. Dat vind ik een behoorlijk misleidend verkooptrucje. Dus dat viel ons zwaar tegen.

Heerlijke rit op de catamaran. De lunch was goed en ook het luieren op het strand was lekker. Bij het boeken gaven we aan dat we graag wilde snorkelen. Er werd ons geadviseerd om dan de catamaran trip te pakken. Helaas bleek bij het snorkelen geen enkele vis te zien maar alleen zand. Snorkelen zonder iets te zien kunnen we in het zwembad ook. Aangezien dit de reden was voor ons om de trip te boeken, waren we erg teleurgesteld. Voor het snorkelen moet je deze trip zeker niet pakken!

Die KapVerden vom Wasser bestaunen zu können und auf dem Sonnendecks die Sonne zu genießen ist toll. Leider haben wir beim Schnorcheln keinerlei Unterwasserbewohner gesehen. Das Mittagessen war superlecker und die Strandbar als Location war traumhaft.

The trip started well, the staff were very friendly and helpful but the sea was a little rough so when we got to the snorkelling destination we were told to only stay in front of the boat due to currents, which was disappointing, so I opted to go to the island which was good but not what i had come for. The meal was very nice, only a main meal, no dessert but again the sea was rough and the 3 hour stay was long and drawn out as the sea was too dangerous to swim in , in my opinion.

Der Ausflug war insgesamt gut organisiert, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zeit auf dem Wasser war toll, die Zeit zum Schnorcheln war gegeben, jedoch sollte man hier nicht zuviel erwarten. Der Strand (dort wo wir gegessen haben) war, durch die wenigen schattigen Plätze welche zur Verfügung standen, schon eine Herausforderung. Hier fehlen definitiv mehr Sonnenschirme, Liegen und/oder Sitzgelegenheiten um nicht dauerhaft der Sonne ausgesetzt zu sein. Das Essen war gut.

Tijdens het eten in de , overigens mooie, strandtent gaf ik al aan mijn vrouw aan dat de groente raar smaakte. Ik ben nu,2 dagen later, weer voor het eerst van mijn kamer af met medicatie van de dokter. Bacterie van besmet voedsel. Overigens was er ook geen mogelijkheid tot wassen van de handen op de toiletten. Kranen werken niet. Detail: de koks maken gebruik van diezelfde toiletten.

Everything was lovely with cruise and the beach time afterwards. The only thing, I feel a rep should be on this trip as the coach was late picking us up at the port after the sailing and we had no info regarding times for collection after the meal.

The staff were great, it would have been better if they could have told us about what we could see from the boat, share some of the island’s history also we didn’t need 4 hours at the beach, our rep had told us we would be back at the hotel by 3.30, we didn’t get collected until 4.

Boat to coach transfer very poor. No one telling us which bus to get on. We asked, they waved their hands at a bus. We got on. Turned out we'd been put on the wrong bus.

Really enjoyed the catamaran sailing and chance to snorkel from the boat before resuming the trip..the staff were v good and snacks and drinks were also..the beach restaurant was good..food was good but as we came from the toureg hotel where we pretty much do beach everyday ,didn't like doing more beach on a day out that's supposed to be a change..the beach didn't have parasols for this many people so for me that part of ot scored 2 out of 10.more sailing less beach or take us to look at sal rei

Catamaran was excellent. The lunch was not. There were not enough seats and we had to be seated on the beach. There was no information given regarding the afternoon, no tour guide/rep to tell us what was happening. The beach was too long . There were no checks onto the bus to ensure everyone was there (several families had already left via taxi). Overall a lot of money for only 1 1/2hrs on the catamaran.

I've scored 10s across the board. I'm actually disabled and the help I received getting on and off the catamaran was excellent service. I obviously couldn't go swimming but I enjoyed watching others enjoying themselves.

The catamaran was perfect! The host were amazing! A little bit down hill from there. We weren't told what was happening next just all bundled into a land-rover and dropped at a beach. Told to meet back there at 4 then they drove off. After walking to the restaurant had food ( which was nice!) with 1 drink then still had 3.5 hours to wait! If there was more drinks served or a bit more comfy or leave you there less time it would be perfect. We all got taxis back instead of waiting

Staff were rwalltgood and friendly. Drinks were offered regularly. Snacks were not so good and no plates available only some kitchen towel. A good trip though

Leider war die Tour ohne deutschen Guide als wir die Tour gebucht hatten sollte sie auf deutsch sein auf Grund von den Wetterverhältnisse wurde sie verlegt und somit mit keiner deutschen Reisebegleitung und eine andere Gruppe hatte sehr viel mehr Auswahl an Getränken ( Sekt usw). für das was mir geboten wurde fande ich den Preis zu hoch

Le représentant Tui n’a pas été clair sur l’excursion qui ne durait pas une journée mais 3h à bord du catamaran avec la même destination qu.une autre excursion que j.avais déjà faite puis on nous a laissé passer l’AM’sur la plage ce que j’aurais pu faire à l’hotel
