The while experience was brilliant, staff were amazing on the boat, the welcoming at the harbour was second to none, right through to departure. My only criticism would be that the transfer via taxi there and back was very scary. The driver was extremely reckless and aggressive. We did highlight this to our rep once we returned back to our resort, and the rep was amazing. We just don't want anyone else to experience the drive there and back like we did. Other than that, highly recommended

We were picked up on what can only be described as a sharrabang of a bus that was surely not roadworthy. 30 of us clambered on a boat specifically designed for no more than 20. The opening was frantic with no room to move & the visitor stops were no more than a money making exercise for the reps. A bad experience was had and definitely not worth the money we paid.

The staff were amazing. The whole experience was very worth and enjoyed the swim, the beach club and the golf buggy tour, with the added bonus of a great lunch and all drinks included. My only minor negative was the first stop at the north of the island felt a belt pointless unless you specifically wanted to shop for souvenirs. Within 20 mins I was happy to get back on the boat but we had to stay put for the alloted time.

The whole day was excellent, staff, catamaran, food and golf cart experience were all amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend this excursion. Only issue was the suspension on the bus was not good it made a lot of noise and was not comfortable especially if sat at the back of the bus

Great timee, although wasn’t aware of the shopping stop where you weren’t allowed back on board. Golf buggies lots of fun, however were quite unsafe sitting on the back, hand rails were not secured at all. Having said that the guide, crew and even the bus driver back were absolutely amazing. Golfkartocht was heel leuk. Wel weinig zitruimte voor de deelnemers op de catamaran. Er werd ons aangeraden bij de lokale winkels niets te kopen daar zij woekerprijzen zouden aanrekenen maar onze ervaring was jammer genoeg anders. Bij de winkel waar we aankwamen die door jullie zo werd aangeprezen ging de prijs van een doosje sigaren van6000 peso’s naar 2000 peso’s en bij de lokale winkel konden we identiek dezelfde kopen voor 800 peso’s ! Waar is dan de eerlijkheid ?

Viel zu lange Wartezeiten z.b. beim Einchecken ca 45 Minuten Der Katamaran war doppelt belegt so konnte man seine Sachen nicht zurücklassen. Das Schnorcheln war gut aber zu kurz. Die Golfwagenfahrt wurde uns verkauft das ein Wagen zu zweit genutzt würde. Unsere Gruppe musste zu viert in einen Wagen. Während zwei Wagen jedoch zu zweit besetzt waren. In meinen Augen ein falschen Werbeversprechen. Der Service an Bord und auch das Mittagessen waren top. Schade das TUI mit falschen Angaben wirbt.

Die Busreiseanreise zum Katamaran war sehr unangenehm. Die Musik so laut dass man dem Fahrer nicht mal sagen konnte er soll leiser machen. Die Temperatur im Bus viel zu kalt . Mit dem Busfahrer konnten wir der Lautstärke wegen nicht kommunizieren. Der ganze Ausflug erscheint mir total überorganisiert, mit vielen Wartezeiten. Aber klar Safty first.

Once we were on board the catamaran everything was excellent, the staff were great, very attentive. The location was beautiful and we had great fun on the buggies, made new friends. Lunch venue was amazing with lots of food and drinks. Stunning scenery. The negative was the minibus to and from hotel. 2 hours of mako discomfort with everyone crammed in like sardines. As this was an adult excursion there was lots of drinking and there were no toilets on the minibus. Should use a proper coach.

Das Schnorcheln war viel zu schnell und wurde schnell abgefaertigt es waren viel zu viele Leute auf dem Katamaran man hatte kein richtigen Platz und konnte die Fahrt nicht genießen das war schade auch das wir nochmal in einer kleinen Stadt rausgelassenen wurde war unnötig dann lieber länger schnorcheln oder eine längere Fahrt mit dem Katamaran

This experience was disappointing ,one because it was raining and the snorkeling was cancelled and we couldn't go in the sea . They didn't bother telling us till we embraced over a 2 hour journey in a freezing bus because the air con was on full with broken caps. Then stood us under a straw shelter in the rain waiting 45mins for another bus . The catamaran didn't serve hot drinks and started serving alcohol at 10am , and the worst part we got told not enough buggies and team up with other couple

We enjoyed the catamaran and the staff were great. The golf carts were fun but the golf cart tour could have been longer as we only drove around the south part of the island and not the whole island which is what we were expecting, and they need to give the carts a full service as the steering and brakes were not good. the food was questionable.

Great day and the buggies around the beautiful place were great. Food plentiful. Mini bus was a bit packed with little leg space but okay. The guides and boat staff were very friendly and looked after us.

This was a fantastic excursion. From the minute we were collected till we returned. The staff were all amazing, helpful and funny. The time on the island was great and the food was good as well. I am vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for me. The golf cart trip is fun watch for the speed bumps (lol). Just go you will have a great time.

Did this trip for hubbys birthday, he had a wonderful day from start to finish, the staff were wonderful. Loverly boat not to crowed, they even opened a bottle of champagne for his birthday just enough time shopping, golf carts were a bit scary, especially with hubby driving. Lovely lunch and time at the beach club. It was a long day but throughly worth it. If your over 60 you have to write a disclaimer to go snorkelling

I didn’t like the buffet food on the beach. It was all Luke warm and I hardly ate anything. Was annoyed that we were taken to a diamond shop. Felt very awkward standing there desperately trying to go outside. The staff on the boat were amazing and kept us entertained and supplied with drinks the whole time. All very attentive. The beach was beautiful and got plenty of time to wander around. The beach buggies were great fun.

catamaran was overcrowded, snorkelling was in the middle of the sea with a 350 metre swim back to the boat, some the party unable to snorkel which was main purpose. beach club -overcrowded, queue for food & drinks, no space to sit & eat, food was poor. The beach was not white sands & crystal waters as sold to us. Golf buggy not road worthy, falling apart in places and brakes not working properly. Transfer very long and uncomfortable. The only positive of trip the crew were good

I’d read reviews alluding to long waiting times between activities & when they started they were rushed. Our experience was much different. The only rush was between the welcome drink arriving & let’s go snorkelling. Other than that very minor observation a great day. Crew were very accommodating & insightful. Safety was paramount with fun a close second. A great trip & if reading the previous negatively slanted reviews take them with a liberal dosel of salt.

Trip was excellent, the staff were very attentive and friendly and gave good guidance and knowledge of Isla Mujeres. The boat could have had more seating as a lot were just sitting on wooden flooring. No netting to sit over the sea like pictured by the rep when selling the tour.

Booked trip for my birthday to go snorkelling on the reef that was the main attraction for us to go on the boat when we stopped to go into the water everybody was told if you were over 60 years old you could not go into the sea I am a very strong swimmer and fit then the guide told us that it is federal law and I could not go swimming over the reef when sold trip we were not told we would not be allowed to swim I have looked into this and there is no such law told Tui rep at hotel she said she

The whole trip from start to finish was amazing the staff were amazing all I can say is don't hesitate just book it but always make sure you book with tui because I spoke to people who booked and thought they were getting the same package but it wasn't nor was it all inclusive for them like us the island is beautiful overall a fantastic experience that I personally would do again

The atmosphere on the boat was amazing from the captain to our guide Angel. Nothing was too much and they fully allowed everyone to enjoy themselves and were not holding back on serving drinks to everyone. The trip and getting on and off the boat was great with everyone being helpful and the buffet, as buffets go was second to none with all tastes catered for. The golf carts were fun addition and to saw the island a little more but felt like a bolted on extra that distracted from the beach.

This trip should never have gone ahead. A trained captain would have known the challenges that lay ahead. From collection at our hotel we feared for our lives. How we managed to arrive back alive is a miracle. There is not enough room here to tell you all that was wrong. There was no good but about this trip. It left us feeling totally ripped off. I shall be making a separate complaint

The trip should of been cancelled from arriving at the dock they hurried you on to the boat black clouds all on the horizon everything was rushed few drinks served the rest got nothing unless asked give half the snorkeling gear out again the rest fend for your self guide already in water shouting hurry follow me water very choppy huge waves 10 mins back on boat then the storm hit rain lashing couldn't open our eyes not asked to go inside our dry cloths soaked through then lightening disgusting

Al aan het begin van de excursie was het heel hard aan het regenen en waaien. We hebben slechts korte tijd gesnorkeld wat niet fijn was met de hoge golven. De reis op de katamaran was gevaarlijk. Mensen vlogen van het boven dek. Deze excursie had bij die weersomstandigheden geannuleerd moeten worden. Wij dienen hiervoor een officiële klacht in want dit waren geen weersomstandigheden die je overvielen. Zeer slecht dat er niet voor veiligheid wordt gekozen.

The crew were hospitable, friendly and tried there best to be good hosts. The catamaran is a standard catamaran, nothing luxury with not enough standard external seating for all. Also I did not see any offer of premium spirits as advertised. Beach club is tired, small beach area and the food offering was basic, not labelled and the staff literally begged for tips...made dining very uncomfortable.

Long time waiting to get on the boat. Everybody was there waiting. Was if keeping you there as long as possible so you would spend money on there stock. When we got sailing the staff from start to finish were excellent. Even the rain didn't spoil the day.

Trip was brilliant, the transfer from and back to the hotel wasn’t the best though, not enough seats on the way out which ended up with a young couple sharing the passenger seat! We were assured this would be sorted for the return trip but we had the same issue with one of the party having to sit on the floor for the 1.5 hour journey back. Having said that the actual trip was great

From the start of the day, everything went as planned. When we arrived at the destination, From check-in to boarding the catamaran was smooth and well planned. Once on the catamaran the staff was excellent from looking after your welfare to making sure you had plenty of drinks. Amazing experience. Crew were so polite and helpful. Our glasses were always full. Food on the island was outstanding.. Golf buggy ride was fantastic. Only down side was being hassled on the streets, but I do understand that the locals rely on visitors trade.

My partner stayed in the Adult Scene section—perfect for a child-free, fun vibe. The staff were amazing, especially around the pool, with drinks brought to us constantly. Shoutout to Nando from the entertainment team—he made sure we were always having fun. The food was great, even for a fussy eater like me, and the lazy river was a personal favourite. Every night had great entertainment and good vibes - Thank you!!

Mini bus driver expected a bigger tip than we gave on the way there, tips are optional. We had to go through 1.5 hours of selling new sun cream/hats/etc before we were allowed on the catamaran. The start of the hard sell . The catamaran was great once we were on it. The staff on the catamaran were really good. The snorkel bit was poor, hardly any fish. All the places we stopped were tourist traps, everything was really expensive. The golf buggies were poorly organised.and in need of repair.

The waiting around was not good, after a 2 hr bus ride your wait at the port for a long time and in this time they are just trying to sell you things like suncream etc.. The wait time is just not needed at this length.

Found the service of drinks on boat good but boat pick up late instructions on island very un clear left stood waiting for boat to come pick up . Pick up in morning kept waiting for guest due to being told incorrect time not a premium trip at all sorry to say and not happy for the cost of trip would not recommend

Was an enjoyable trip overall, only had one brief snorkel stop shortly after leaving dock. Was taken to the north of the island first and felt spent too long there for ‘shopping’. Gets back on the boat and taken to the south of the island for lunch at the beach club and golf cart tour. Would have been happy spending all the time at the beach club instead of the shopping stop. Crew onboard was lovely though and made it a great trip overall

It was a very enjoyable experience. The team was very professional and attentive. The lunch offered was ok. The golf cart activity was fun but the brakes on our buggy failed a one point. The DJ on the beach was "on point". The only thing that disappointment was the number of people on the boat at one time. It was a bit squashed, fortunately, we all got along and had a great time.

Being directed to a shop by staff, and then being ripped off to the sum of £260 over the agread price. Snorkeling was rushed staff were rude during that part of the excursion. All other aspects of this trip was great, unfortunately the above issues let this trip down from being a 100% perfect trip.

An enjoyable day overall with good customer service albeit a rather expensive trip. For £125pp I had high expectations and felt these were 70% met. It could be improved by having nicer transport to and from the dock, the small buses were cramped. The departure dock lacked facilities too. The boat and staff on board were great. The forced photographer on board was ok but at $45 for a few digital snaps I felt was extortionate. Great service on the Atlantis 2.

Ik had een catamaran verwacht nu was hetgedete waar normaal een net hangt vast gespijkerd met planken , de snorkeltocht moet de persoon volgen die een bekertje met brood uitstrooit waar visjes opafkomen, je word vol drank gegoood waardoor je wat makkelijker word om op de volgende plek bij de winkeltjes gedropt te worden de buggy was het toppunt een rondje om de kerk en de buggy had geen rem je moest tijdig van het gas om optijd af te remmen vervolgens werd er een steen onder gelegd lot anders we

Simply the best trip of the holiday. Well organised, great communication throughout. Good value for money. If you do no other trips consider this one. Drinks flow, food is great, golf carts good fun, great snorkelling. Look after from beginning to the end.

Der Strand am beachclub war eine einzige Katastrophe Dreckig ohne Ende Haben sogar ein kondom immer wasser gefunden Besser wäre es gewesen auf diesen 2ten stop zu verzichten Der erste halt war dafür perfekt aber viel zu kurz Und wenn es adults only heißt ärgert es mich noch mehr dass man in eine massenabfertigung mit Kindern in den Beachclub geschifft wird Würde gerne mehr bezahlen und diese Probleme nicht zu haben

Altijd heerlijk om tijdens vakantie met een boot het water op te gaan, lekker drinken, lekker relaxen. Dat was dit zeker! Aan drinken en eten geen tekort op de boot en het eiland. Zeker top! Snorkelen was waardeloos. Als een kudde met zwemvest achter snorkelleider, 2 handsculpturen van t museum zien en de snorkelleider duikt naar schildpad om hem aan te raken, wat juist uit den boze is daar. Op eiland winkelen in 100 dezelfde winkeltjes en vergast worden met de golfkarretjes. Het was t net niet.
