It was a great day with Angel and boat Antonio, he was a fantastic guide and very good with the information. Plenty to drink on board and the lunch had a large variety of buffet food, with excellent service. The golf buggy was a trip up to Punta sur and then drive back, not much of a tour really but still enjoyable. Overall a fab day out

Very poorly run.. 40 mins late pickup,boat overcrowded,no local information,rushed at all times,poor food and location for lunch and exceedingly DANGEROUS buggy ride which turned into absolute chaos with one buggy losing a wheel causing a crash which the occupants needed hospital treatment,more buggies breaking down and buggies being sent in the wrong direction and guidance whatsoever .Glad to get back to hotel..

Excellent trip. Catamaran crew were brilliant, great fun and very attentive. Lots of short activities made the day really enjoyable. Only 12 on the trip so a great number. Cart trip was great fun - highly recommend. Good food, not too many on the trip so great service. It's quite a long drive from TRS Yucatan so be prepared but worth it. TUI may need to reconsider there transport to the trip - driver was late picking up at many stops even though he picked up 1st stop early. Speeding & texting

We felt that the trip was very expensive for what we got The bus air con leaked over us both ways The boat was very hard to get on and get off I have 2 knee replacements. Was told easy boarding As for the food lunch No meat. Only salad pasta or rice Every body on our bus was moaning about the buffet Very limited of choice unless u wanted trays of mushy Mexican dishes In all very disappointing Would not recommend to people

Vi blev 40 min försenade då de hade beställt en för liten buss så vi fick inte plats. De tyckte att en av oss skulle stå hela resan. Båtturen var bäst, snorklingen gjorde vi inte då det var väldigt stressigt, på öppet hav och båten flyttade sig så det kändes inte tryggt. Trodde vi skulle ligga i en lugn vik. Turen med golfbilen var verkligen inget att ha då vi bara åkte på stora vägar och stannade endast på ett ställe. Maten var sådär. Turen var i stort helt ok men jag skulle inte göra den igen.

Trip is far to rushed to enjoy Boat stopped after 10 min for snorkel activity. Extremely rushed (allotted time 25 mins) no free snorkeling, had to remain attached to a rope with guide. not explained when we booked. Back on boat for 20 mins, then off again for 1 hour free time in town. This allows you to walk to end of street & back, no time to shop/look properly at anything. Back on boat for half an hour then beach stop at beach no beds!! Sea rubbish & overcrowded. Reboard at 2.30pm!! Expensive!

i had never done snorkeling before and i asked would i be shown I was not. Everything appeared to be rushed. We were dropped off at Isla Mujeres, to visit the shops. Back onto the boat, dropped off again for lunch, if you dont get off the boat 1st, there is not much food left. The Golf Cart was good, we knew we had to double with another couple which was fine, but was very rushed and short with only one stop to visit more shops. Minibus was to small for the group with metal bar in the seat

Too rushed, the golf buggy was not an hour we drive for about 20 minutes in total as they drove us to a point where there were stalls and views . Stayed there for 20 minutes then drive back. The beach club was very long q for food, then struggled to get served a drink at the bar as the bar staff were only serving the staff who were getting drinks for tips. The beach club beach was small and not very pretty compared to the other side of the island which had a beautiful beach. Not as advertised

This was our second trip to Isla mejures with TUI, but the best by far. It turns out that mid week in December and adults only, was far better than July at the weekend, far less people and easier to see what the island has to offer.

Lovely catamaran trip spoiled by the journey home. Our minibus didn’t turn up so we were crammed into other buses. What should have been a 2hr journey turned into just under 4 hours due to the driver having to constantly double back along the motorway in heavy traffic to drop off at hotels which weren’t on his original route (not the drivers fault). Maybe taxis should have been called as a backup (or use a coach with toilet facilities in future) 4 hours is far too long with no toilet or water.

Boat was really well organised and very enjoyable but transfer absolutely shambolic driver late in the morning and driver on way home clueless. After saying we would be on second bus after 15 min wait called my name to get on bus. Coukd not give the order we would be dropping off. Then way back missed a hotel from and had to turn back. The whole scenario would take to long to type but I can say 3 and half hour journey home and complaint made to rep on hotel

Der Schnorcheltrip war leider etwas zu kurz. Der erste Stopp war nicht so interessant, dafür hätte man länger schnorcheln und in der Beach- Bar verweilen können. Das Essen in der Beach-Bar war sehr lecker! Insgesamt ein schöner Tag!

Het transport trok op niets. We zaten in een te kleine taxi met 20 pers. We konden ons niet meer bewegen zaten verpakt als haringen. Sorry maar vind wel dat je bijna 2u in een busje moet zitten dat het comfortabel mag zijn. We betalen er tenslotte veel voor.

Super Guide, super Crew auf dem Katamaran. Schnorcheln war der beste Teil, könnte aber länger sein. Der erste Stopp an der Nordseite war auch in Ordnung, der Strand dort super schön. Liegen leider nur gegen Geld erhältlich. Leider muss man alle seine Sachen vom Boot mit nehmen, dadurch muss man aufpassen wenn man ins Wasser geht, weil das öffentliche Strände sind. Der zweite stopp am Beach Club ist okay, Strand nicht so schön wie der erste. Essen ist okay. Die Golf Buggys katastrophal.

The while experience was brilliant, staff were amazing on the boat, the welcoming at the harbour was second to none, right through to departure. My only criticism would be that the transfer via taxi there and back was very scary. The driver was extremely reckless and aggressive. We did highlight this to our rep once we returned back to our resort, and the rep was amazing. We just don't want anyone else to experience the drive there and back like we did. Other than that, highly recommended

We were picked up on what can only be described as a sharrabang of a bus that was surely not roadworthy. 30 of us clambered on a boat specifically designed for no more than 20. The opening was frantic with no room to move & the visitor stops were no more than a money making exercise for the reps. A bad experience was had and definitely not worth the money we paid.

The staff were amazing. The whole experience was very worth and enjoyed the swim, the beach club and the golf buggy tour, with the added bonus of a great lunch and all drinks included. My only minor negative was the first stop at the north of the island felt a belt pointless unless you specifically wanted to shop for souvenirs. Within 20 mins I was happy to get back on the boat but we had to stay put for the alloted time.

The whole day was excellent, staff, catamaran, food and golf cart experience were all amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend this excursion. Only issue was the suspension on the bus was not good it made a lot of noise and was not comfortable especially if sat at the back of the bus

Great timee, although wasn’t aware of the shopping stop where you weren’t allowed back on board. Golf buggies lots of fun, however were quite unsafe sitting on the back, hand rails were not secured at all. Having said that the guide, crew and even the bus driver back were absolutely amazing. Golfkartocht was heel leuk. Wel weinig zitruimte voor de deelnemers op de catamaran. Er werd ons aangeraden bij de lokale winkels niets te kopen daar zij woekerprijzen zouden aanrekenen maar onze ervaring was jammer genoeg anders. Bij de winkel waar we aankwamen die door jullie zo werd aangeprezen ging de prijs van een doosje sigaren van6000 peso’s naar 2000 peso’s en bij de lokale winkel konden we identiek dezelfde kopen voor 800 peso’s ! Waar is dan de eerlijkheid ?

Viel zu lange Wartezeiten z.b. beim Einchecken ca 45 Minuten Der Katamaran war doppelt belegt so konnte man seine Sachen nicht zurücklassen. Das Schnorcheln war gut aber zu kurz. Die Golfwagenfahrt wurde uns verkauft das ein Wagen zu zweit genutzt würde. Unsere Gruppe musste zu viert in einen Wagen. Während zwei Wagen jedoch zu zweit besetzt waren. In meinen Augen ein falschen Werbeversprechen. Der Service an Bord und auch das Mittagessen waren top. Schade das TUI mit falschen Angaben wirbt.

Die Busreiseanreise zum Katamaran war sehr unangenehm. Die Musik so laut dass man dem Fahrer nicht mal sagen konnte er soll leiser machen. Die Temperatur im Bus viel zu kalt . Mit dem Busfahrer konnten wir der Lautstärke wegen nicht kommunizieren. Der ganze Ausflug erscheint mir total überorganisiert, mit vielen Wartezeiten. Aber klar Safty first.

Once we were on board the catamaran everything was excellent, the staff were great, very attentive. The location was beautiful and we had great fun on the buggies, made new friends. Lunch venue was amazing with lots of food and drinks. Stunning scenery. The negative was the minibus to and from hotel. 2 hours of mako discomfort with everyone crammed in like sardines. As this was an adult excursion there was lots of drinking and there were no toilets on the minibus. Should use a proper coach.

Das Schnorcheln war viel zu schnell und wurde schnell abgefaertigt es waren viel zu viele Leute auf dem Katamaran man hatte kein richtigen Platz und konnte die Fahrt nicht genießen das war schade auch das wir nochmal in einer kleinen Stadt rausgelassenen wurde war unnötig dann lieber länger schnorcheln oder eine längere Fahrt mit dem Katamaran

This experience was disappointing ,one because it was raining and the snorkeling was cancelled and we couldn't go in the sea . They didn't bother telling us till we embraced over a 2 hour journey in a freezing bus because the air con was on full with broken caps. Then stood us under a straw shelter in the rain waiting 45mins for another bus . The catamaran didn't serve hot drinks and started serving alcohol at 10am , and the worst part we got told not enough buggies and team up with other couple

We enjoyed the catamaran and the staff were great. The golf carts were fun but the golf cart tour could have been longer as we only drove around the south part of the island and not the whole island which is what we were expecting, and they need to give the carts a full service as the steering and brakes were not good. the food was questionable.

This was a fantastic excursion. From the minute we were collected till we returned. The staff were all amazing, helpful and funny. The time on the island was great and the food was good as well. I am vegetarian and there was plenty of choice for me. The golf cart trip is fun watch for the speed bumps (lol). Just go you will have a great time.

Did this trip for hubbys birthday, he had a wonderful day from start to finish, the staff were wonderful. Loverly boat not to crowed, they even opened a bottle of champagne for his birthday just enough time shopping, golf carts were a bit scary, especially with hubby driving. Lovely lunch and time at the beach club. It was a long day but throughly worth it. If your over 60 you have to write a disclaimer to go snorkelling

I didn’t like the buffet food on the beach. It was all Luke warm and I hardly ate anything. Was annoyed that we were taken to a diamond shop. Felt very awkward standing there desperately trying to go outside. The staff on the boat were amazing and kept us entertained and supplied with drinks the whole time. All very attentive. The beach was beautiful and got plenty of time to wander around. The beach buggies were great fun.

catamaran was overcrowded, snorkelling was in the middle of the sea with a 350 metre swim back to the boat, some the party unable to snorkel which was main purpose. beach club -overcrowded, queue for food & drinks, no space to sit & eat, food was poor. The beach was not white sands & crystal waters as sold to us. Golf buggy not road worthy, falling apart in places and brakes not working properly. Transfer very long and uncomfortable. The only positive of trip the crew were good

I’d read reviews alluding to long waiting times between activities & when they started they were rushed. Our experience was much different. The only rush was between the welcome drink arriving & let’s go snorkelling. Other than that very minor observation a great day. Crew were very accommodating & insightful. Safety was paramount with fun a close second. A great trip & if reading the previous negatively slanted reviews take them with a liberal dosel of salt.

Trip was excellent, the staff were very attentive and friendly and gave good guidance and knowledge of Isla Mujeres. The boat could have had more seating as a lot were just sitting on wooden flooring. No netting to sit over the sea like pictured by the rep when selling the tour.

Booked trip for my birthday to go snorkelling on the reef that was the main attraction for us to go on the boat when we stopped to go into the water everybody was told if you were over 60 years old you could not go into the sea I am a very strong swimmer and fit then the guide told us that it is federal law and I could not go swimming over the reef when sold trip we were not told we would not be allowed to swim I have looked into this and there is no such law told Tui rep at hotel she said she

Lovely, attentive staff. Snorkeling experience was only okay as would have liked more time in the water as there was plenty to see. Super spot for seeing lots of fish. Buggy ride was a bit underwhelming...just riding around a town basically.

The whole trip from start to finish was amazing the staff were amazing all I can say is don't hesitate just book it but always make sure you book with tui because I spoke to people who booked and thought they were getting the same package but it wasn't nor was it all inclusive for them like us the island is beautiful overall a fantastic experience that I personally would do again

The atmosphere on the boat was amazing from the captain to our guide Angel. Nothing was too much and they fully allowed everyone to enjoy themselves and were not holding back on serving drinks to everyone. The trip and getting on and off the boat was great with everyone being helpful and the buffet, as buffets go was second to none with all tastes catered for. The golf carts were fun addition and to saw the island a little more but felt like a bolted on extra that distracted from the beach.
