Le décor est superbe iln'y a rien à dire par contre au niveau organisation bof bof une demie heure de ********** pour commencer au départ de l'hôtel et pas un mot d'excuses du "guide" que je mets entre guillemets parce que rien de l'a racheté : pas un sourire à peine répondu aux questions et quand on lui demandait de répéter on sentait bien le dérangement et cette relance pour les pourboires... pénible Et l'agent Tui à.l'hotel guère impliqué non plus.

Lunch could be improved. The meat was tough and overcooked and there wasn’t any salad dressing. Jonny was a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable but would have been better if he was with us for the whole trip. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend it to friends.

Not quality for money, guide not very knowledgeable, had to look up stuff on his phone. Was a VERY long day, with only 2.5 hours actually on the island. Lunch was appalling value! Definitely overpriced and not worth the money!

Veel te luide muziek aan boord. Onnodige stops met de bus om de activiteit te rekken. Ze lieten ons snorkelen om zeesterren te zien goed wetende dat er daar geen zaten. Wanneer we verder met de boot aan het varen waren lagen er wel waarop de gids zei hier liggen er omdat het hier rustiger is. Als je promo maakt voor het zien van zeesterren waarom laat je de mensen dan niet in het water aan de zeesterren???

Guide and crew on boats were friendly and attentative. Disappointed to have people on the beach trying to sell massages and other items considering it was a ‘remote relaxing beach’. There was no mention of star fish and didn’t see any Good was great with a good selection of choice. The trip advertised 13+ but young children were on the trip The weather turned on the return trip causing choppy sea making transfers from boat to boat quite dangerous. Rain spoilt

Båt resan va bra. Stranden va fin men det va mycket tång när man skulle bada. Maten va ingen höjdare. Båt resan hem va mycket trevlig frånsett ösregn en timme. Vi dansade och drack rom å cola. Trevlig folk som jobbade på båten. Dom livade upp stämningen fast det var dåligt väder. 👍😀

The only beautiful thing on this trip is the clean water. The rest of it you can see anywhere. It is advertised as beeing the paradise but in the end the only "paradise" you see is the clear water. The sand and the palms are the same everywhere. (this is just my opinion)

Wij kregen hapjes en drinken op de boot. We hebben ook snorkel stops gemaakt, zeesterren, pijlstaartroggen gezien. Sanoa eiland was prachtig en niet te druk daar verbleven we een paar uur met een goede lunch.

Die Information des Guides glichen sich dem was man über Google erfährt fast eins zu eins, hätte ein wenig mehr sein dürfen. Auch hat er sich während der Tour sehr zurückgehalten, schon alleine einmal zu fragen „…und wie gefällt es euch?“ wäre sehr nett gewesen.

Upplever att resan såldes med falsk marknadsföring. Var inte en strand bara för vår resa vilket guiden framförde. Undermålig snorkling med dålig utrustning. Stranden var fin trots allt.

Our tour guide Johnny, was absolutely fantastic!!! He was incredibly friendly and funny. Overall, the trip was very well organised and everything was on time. Also, the buffet food on the island was very tasty (shrimp especially)

The guid and staff were great and full of fun and interesting information about the area. The only downside was not enough comfortable seating on the catamaran on the return leg,it was fine for us but I think a few of the elderly people struggled a bit. Overall a very enjoyable trip.and very well organised. If not a little overpriced.

Die Fahrt mit dem Speedboot war sehr angenehm, auf Saona angekommen erwartete uns kein schönes Mittagessen, die Qualität lies sehr zu wünschen übrig, auch die Menge war bedürftig. Ein kleines Mädchen wollte gern noch ein paar Spaghetti die ihr nicht gegeben wurden weil die nächste Gruppe für das folge essen eingeplant war. Das Katamaran war nicht mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet und die Besatzung selber am Alkohol trinken. Im Hafen ist das Speedboot mit einem anderen kollidiert.

The trip was impressive. From the coach ride, to our guide and the. Transfer of the boat rides and last of not least the amazing island. Stunning weather, beautiful Caribbean Sea and white sands. The food was fab and drinks were on tap. The staff on the island were fab too. Highly recommended this trip.

Säkerheten gällande flytvästar vid snorklingen kan ifrågasättas, vi var tvugna att ha dem, knutna vid foten, om vi ansåg oss simkunniga. Efterhand som resan fortgick var inte flytvästar alls av vikt. En väldigt berusad man vinglade kraftigt ombord och serverades ändå mer alkohol. Möjligen en svensk syn att då kanske det vore lämpligt att hindra honom från att dricka mer..Guiden var glad men hade väl mkt fokus på festande och hans nivå ibland var mer lämplig för ungdomar och inte barnfamiljer

We had a great day. Got up very early though Very adventurous and very educational. With great weather. Great trip on the speed boat. Loved the time on Saona island. Swimming in clear blue ocean. Zeer lange busrit, fijne gids, jammer dat hij je bijna verplicht de lokale mensen fooi te geven. We hebben zelf deze reis cadeau gekregen omdat we het niet breed hebben, we kiezen liever zelf aan wie we onze fooi geven en dat is in onze ogen voor een excursie niet van toepassing.

To, co zepsuło tą wycieczkę, to byli uczestnicy - pomimo upojenia alkoholowego personel nadal podawał im drinki. Skończyło się to zabrudzeniem wymiocinami katamaranu i autokaru oraz dodatkowymi postojami w toalecie. Nikomu nie życzę podróży 3h w smrodzie wymiocin.

We booked for 3 people, one of us had got food poisoning so we were down to 2 & there is no way to cancel within 24 hours. As my son is 14, I had to pay a full adult price but the excursion treated him as a child.There was no advice from tui to say that when you go to Saona island it is critical that you take insect repellent… many of the party were bitten I had about 15 bites over my body. Being in La Romana, there was no Tui Rep however those from Punta Cana had a Tui coach and Rep on hand!

Not suitable for young children dispute being told it was by Tui rep. Also told would only take 1 hr from hotel to boat and then 1 hour on boat to island; both of which was not true and took a total of of 4.5 hours to arrive at island and only had 3.5 hrs actually there.

Die TUI Beraterin Ursula hat uns trotz meiner Nachfrage ob man auf der Insel schnorcheln kann mit JA beantwortet und das wir 4 Stunden auf der Insel bleiben. Fakt ist aber zum Schnorcheln ist diese Insel nicht geeignet. Der Strand ist wie im Hotel und für das habe ich für zwei Personen rd. 320 € ausgegeben. Außerdem waren wir nicht ganz 3 Stunden dort. Das Personal der Boote und der Reiseleiter waren super. Fakt: sehr schlechte Beratung weil falsche Tatsachen verkauft wurden.

All day party boat. More like an 18/30 experience with drunk idiots fawning over each other. No mention of over 13 when booking but even over 13s would be embarrassed by the drunken antics encouraged by the animation team (animation = feeding people rum). No health and safety. The guide even went home and left us to it on the way back!!!!!

Tour guide was well informed and entertaining. Snorkeling bit of let down as just outside of the harbour but safe. Lunch on Saona basic but sufficient. This is not a fine dine experience for those who complained about food! Journey back takes 2hrs take some covers as you may be exposed to sun for the duration. Saona island is spectacular, there is enough time to take great photos, have a cocktail and relax. The views are magnificent and extra price worth it as there was only few peiple around.

Ins Paradies und zurück. Johny- fantastischer Guide, spricht perfekt und fließend deutsch und englisch. Hat unglaublich professionell die Reiseleitung samt etwas Führung durch die Gegend übernommen. Alles reibungslos verlaufen. Etwas mehr Zeit auf der Insel wäre natürlich viel viel besser. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Top Reise - sehr zu empfehlen.

Het was opzichtig goed. Maar het snorkelen tussen koralen is niet gedaan. Eigen snorkelen set is voor niks meegenomen. Het is inderdaad niet geschikt voor mensen met lichamelijke klachten. Maar de rest is goed.

Saona Island beautiful, lunch lovely, see starfish but TUI experience not the best (viator much better). Guide didn't get off bus, we had to find him! Only 20min snorkel. First boat crew fab, Guide encouraged purchase of local $10 pina colada and tipping. His timings dodgy, told leaving Island at 1445, left at 1430. Trip back, cataraman sail ripped, took 2.5 hrs, crew not as engaging until want tip at end. Return coach dirty and full of empies and detour to drop guide off before last hotel!

The snack on the boat was limited, as were the drink options. The lunch stop on the island was unorganised and quickly ran out of options on the buffet. The drinks options on the island were extremely limited, with minimal communication from our guide. The seating on the return boat was really hard and uncomfortable, especially for the over 2 hour journey. The music was too load, with no area to relax and minimal shade options from the sun. Guide made his own way to the coach without the group.

Prijs verhouding klopt niet, veel te duur. 4x overstappen met de bootjes. Drinken op de boot met de catamaran is goed. Zit plekken zijn er gewoon te weinig of geen fatsoenlijke. Ook geen ligplaatsen dus je moet maar ergens kijken waar je zit. Eten op het eiland stelt ook maar weinig voor. De terug weg iedereen met de speedboten varen als gekken. Ook tussen de mensen die nog in het water zijn Max 10/15 meter vandaan….

Trip was leuk, maar busreis heen en terug te lang en laatste gedeelte een gevaarlijk rijdende chauffeur. Minpunt is het snorkelen en, dit duurt maar ongeveer 25 minuten en je bent omringd met llerei vaartuigen. Voor het snorkelen hoef ik dot niet meer te doen. Reisleider was een topper.

We paid approximately £400 for two people and received only one meal for the entire day (from 6:50am to 7:30pm), which left us hungry and uncomfortable. Équipage très sympathique, bienveillant, met de l’ ambiance. Généreux en boissons. Traversées très agréables. Belle plage peu fréquentée. Repas correct. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir explorer les terres. Pas d’explications sur la faune et flores. Le guide évoque seulement des habitants à soutenir qui vivent de la production et vente de jus de fruits. Mensonge ? le correspondant TUI dit que l’île n’est pas habitée et avons vu des jus de fruits en canettes métal… ramassage pas efficace du tout

Heen met de speedboot. Op meerdere plekken gestopt om te snorkelen en te zwemmen. De bemanning maakte er onderweg een leuk feestje van. Het eiland is prachtig. Het was voor ons fijn dat onze boot als eerste aankwam, zodat het nog heerlijk rustig was. Het eten was oké. Terug met de catamaran. Helaas hele eind op de motor gevaren, terwijl het juist prachtig zeilweer was. De andere catamaran vanaf het eiland zeilde wel. Ook de muziek was op de catamaran te hard. Al met al wel een leuke dag gehad

Keine exklusive Tour. Massen an Touristen. Massen an Booten. Schnorcheln im Hafen mit hunderten anderen Touristen und vielen Booten. Musik auf dem Katamaran zu laut. Strand von Saona voll mit Touristen. Müll an Land und im Wasser. Der "natürliche Pool" war einfach nur 1 Meter tiefes Wasser, wo wieder hunderte Menschen standen.

Snorklingen i hamnen under all kritik såg inget och kändes inte seriöst att försöka se något där. Stoppet vid naturliga poolen fint men ingen fisk eller sjöstjärnor där o väldigt mycket folk. Saona iland fint o skönt med egen strand. ”Danny” rolig **********. Vi var mer ute efter snorkling o fin natur en ”partybåt” Turen kunde varit kortare o mer effektiv.

Das gesamte Erlebnis war gut, allerdings für den Preis nicht so privat wie es angepriesen wurde. Das Schnorcheln war ein Witz und es ist für die Masse gemacht… Die Insel und der Katamaran waren spitze auch das Essen war sehr gut, alle haben sich große Mühe gegeben. Ich habe es mir privater vorgestellt, so wie es auch angeboten wurde, für das Geld ist es so zu teuer.

Travel time each way about 1-30 from Punta who cares though Aircon on Great guide very funny amazing catamarans rum singing dancing beautiful beaches maybe food a little overcooked . The crew were ace tips really were optional no pressure but everyone tipped as they were great - pay for the upgrade less people on boat and at beach - food is not bad but hey who goes for the food, enough rum to become a pirate !! If vegetarians there is a cold selection maybe ask for something extra on BBQ 10/10

Es war trotz aller Bemühungen eine touristische Massenabfertigung die in der TUI App wesentlich günstiger angeboten wurde. Das Mittagessen war mittelmäßig bis schlecht und der Strandabschnitt am Ende der Bucht wo wir hingefahren wurden, bot außer sich 2-3 Stunden auf den Liegen zu sonnen oder zu baden, keine Möglichkeit die Insel auch nur im näheren Umkreis zu erkunden.

Zu viele Menschen und Boote. Wir wollten keine Party , nur schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Schnorcheln war nicht zufriedenstellend- der Ort, wo wir raus gelassen und die Riffe waren tot. Sonst war alles toll! Die Insel Soana und das Meer ist wunderschön - Ausflug hat sich dennoch rentiert! Wir sind glücklich dort gewesen zu sein.

Fabulous day, only small criticism is the tour guide had a very strong accent and I had difficulty understanding him, but he was very efficient and attentive. Overall if we come back to this resort we will definitely do the trip again

Dat onderweg op een ondiep stuk gesnorkeld kon worden was echt geweldig! Tip: Neem wel je eigen snorkelset mee, dat is fijner in gebruik. Gids had wel genoeg snorkelsets bij zich voor degene die dit niet bij zich hadden. Onze gids Raphael ''Castro'' was ook zeer vriendelijk en heeft veel verteld en maakte het leuk. Ondanks dat ik de Engelse taal niet heel machtig ben kon ik de gids in het Engels goed volgen en verstaan.
