As you glide along the Caribbean coastline, in waters that larger boats can't access, keep your eyes peeled for local species like snapper, tarpon and bonefish – all ideal catches for fly fishing. Whether your luck is in with a big catch, or all you get are a few nibbles, you can kick back with a drink and enjoy the views on the water.
