Zip-lines, 4x4 jungle trails, underground pools, rafting through caves – and that's only the beginning. Bring out your inner Tarzan and enjoy an action-packed day in Cancun.Heading deep into the Riviera Maya jungle, you'll discover a land of adrenaline-pumping opportunities. Soar through the treetops on zip-lines as high as 45 metres – the height of an 11-storey building – then back on solid ground, you'll get behind the wheel of a 4x4 to rev your way through the rainforest.Your journey will also bring a few surprises along the way, with a chance to swim and raft in an ancient cenote – an underground cavernous pool – where you'll use your hands to propel you through the water as you admire stalactite spears that have formed on the roof. To bring your day to an end with a splash, you'll zoom through the sky in a hammock and land in the refreshing cenote water. In the Toboganxote activity, each raft must carry a maximum of four people; the maximum weight per raft is 320 kg, and the maximum weight per person is 136 kg. The minimum height is 1.30 m. Wearing a helmet and knowing how to swim are mandatory.
For the zipline activity, the maximum weight is 136 kg, and the minimum is 40 kg. The harness circumference capacity around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg. For children, the harness must fit correctly, and they must have a minimum height of 1.10 m; otherwise, for their safety, they will not be allowed to participate in the activity.
For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 1.10 m; for Rafts and Swimming in the Stalactite River, it is 1 m; for Hamacuatizaje, the minimum height is 1 m, with a maximum weight of 136 kg.
Some activities are not suitable for pregnant women.
Certain park activities are not recommended if you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain, epilepsy or if you get dizzy easily.

I have to say it was fantastic. Organisation was impressive, staff friendly, mega helpful and safety was paramount to them. I will remember the activities for a long time and would recommend it to anyone who wanted to go. And to cap it off the food at lunch was lovely with lots of choice!

Absolutely wonderful experience, and our family highly recommends! Best for ages 7 up, and there is no accessibility if one is in a wheelchair or has trouble walking. But for family with teens, it was FANTASTIC! Buy the picture package!

My family and I have been to Explor a few times and always throughly enjoy it. It is hands down the best excursion in Riviera Maya. The only negative is that the transfer coach arrives to the park very late after opening (approx 10am - 10.30am) This year we paid for a taxi to get us to Xplor for 9am (park opening time) and it made a massive difference with queuing times.

Vorab Infos vom TUI Mitarbeiter im Hotel könnten besser sein (mussten Vorort teuere Wasserschuhe kaufen). Organisation Rücktransport sollte besser sein. Wussten nicht welchen Bus man nehmen sollte. Zeit war gerade so ausreichend um jede Attraktion einmal zu nutzen, für Essen war keine Zeit.

Great family day out, lots to do. Only bad point is the queues for the more popular activities can delay you from doing the whole experience. Lunch was also included with a great variety of foods and desserts. Beverage huts around the park with free water, coffee and juices are a great touch.

Obwohl eine Anfahrt von 15 Minuten bei der Buchung angegeben wurde, dauerte die Anfahrt 1 Stunde. Der Park war überfüllt und für verschieden Aktivitäten gab es eine Wartezeit von 60 Minuten. Auch war das Restaurant überfüllt, so dass aufgrund der Zeit kein Essen möglich war. Die Aktivitäten waren gut, doch die Wartezeiten viel zu lang. Deshalb sollte man sich ein Besuch in diesem Park gut überlegen oder auf eigene Anfahrt ganz früh morgens den Park besuchen. Deshalb gibt es hier eine 3 von 10:

L’établissement semble sans limite quant à l’accès au nombre de visiteurs dans une journée. Résultat : on se retrouve sur un parc blindé de monde avec des files d’attente interminables. Cela ne nous a permis de faire seulement 3 attractions de la journée !… Expérience très décevante surtout quand on voit le prix que c’est facturé !…. Je regrette d’avoir fait ce choix : je n’en ai vraiment pas eu pour mon argent….

The park was absolutely amazing and the staff were great. Unfortunately, due to poor organisation, we didn’t arrive until after 11:00 even though the park opened at 9:00. Our pickup was scheduled for 9:40, but the whole process took far too long. A fantastic park overall, but the organisation definitely needs some improvement.

This is a great place to visit but you have to not be afraid of water although its not that bad theres loads to do but make sure you have footwear that fastens otherwise you won't be allowed on certain rides unfortunately i was suffering from food poisoning from a previous trip so wasn't able to do all the rides and was a bit gutted this is a great park

Getting there is the problem. We were told to arrive at 9:15 for a 9:25 departure. The bus did not arrive till 9:30. Then it took 30 minutes to load and distribute wristbands. Seems like the driver took a roundabout way to get to the park so we could see commercials from other attractions. After we got there it took another 30 minutes to get our gear and walk to the entrance ,put things in lockers and start. It was 2 hour after park opening till we finally got to do attractions. Its an enjoyable and tiring day. Coach pickup was great. Once at the site get on the zip lines and the waterside first as it gets busy. Plenty to do and explore the caverns on a small paddle craft.get as much as you can do in the morning . Have lunch then explore the other activities. I would suggest getting the voucher which gives you discount on the pics and get as many pics as you can. Getting the coach back was confusing due to coaches being swapped about. Ask a rep or driver

This was without a doubt the best trip we have ever done the park is huge and with so many activities to do that are out of this world and probably would not find anywhere else and the way it has all been formed out of the rocks is stunning We felt safe throughout the whole tour and were well catered for the restaurant had an amazing amount of choice too, definitely do this trip you will not be disappointed.

The physical time on site is quite limited. From Plant Hollywood incl traffic stops, transfers it's approx 3hrs in the morning and there are no breakfast rolls/snack until at the park from 11am. Same issue on return journey. A 13hr day with approx 7 hours travelling. Arrived on site 940am, processes 1015am, must leave ast ride at 4pm to make it back in time for 5pm bus due to congestion and limitations on changing facilities and a small snack before leaving. TUI advised 90mins max each way

Out of the 7 attractions, my friends and I were only allowed to experience 3 due staff turning us away. When we initially arrived we paid for a photo package that we were told was $175USD, when checking my receipt I discovered a charge of $190.47USD. Not only was I told incorrect prices for the photos and video purchased, the teller also gave himself a $20 tip. Overall we not met with compassion or assistance which made this experience worse.

Xplor was such a fun adventure! We loved all the activities, but the zip lines and buggies were our favorites. The park is so well set up and the photos from the cameras throughout were amazing, a great way to capture memories. The 360° videos weren’t worth the extra cost, but overall everything else exceeded expectations. Lunch was included and really good too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an action-packed day in Riviera Maya!

I thought the trip was very expensive, however a great day was had by all and my boys absolutely loved it (17 and 13) so not an issue. The staff were great, very informative, very helpful and kind. The buffet was excellent and a wide variety of food and drink available. The caves were breathtaking and seeing bats was an extra highlight. Would definitely do the trip again.

Great day. The guide on the pick up bus was really informative, friendly & explained everything very well. The park is so much fun, so much to do. It was busy but because the park was so big it never felt it. Only had to queue once for the water ride but it was worth it. Food & drink great. A great day out.

The staff supported me with my nerves and found a solution to ensure I felt safe there on Zipline. Overall I would definitely do it again 100% fully enjoyed my day. As a nurse did notice that someone disabled would not be able to walk to each ride. You just need to make it more accessible for the disabled.

This is an incredible park! We absolutely loved the underground swimming and rafting, and the zip lines were really fun. The guide who drove us there gave us lots of useful tips, and the transport was very well organised. The food and drinks were really nice too, and the whole trip was excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone who loves water parks.

There is too much to do in one day. The park opens at 9am so we should be delivered there for opening time, not 10.15. We completed 5 of the 7 activities, which made us 10 minutes late for the bus...which left without us. We ended up paying for a taxi back. Might help having more clocks around the site. Really hard to monitor the time in water-based experiences.

More shade during waiting especially for the slide or mister fans maybe. More photo areas for the price. Corazón was very neat, and very well planned, it kept everything more organized. Locker bracelets were an excellent idea! Plenty of food and options were available and the waiting line was not long. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
