The coach did not make a comfort stop despite the trip taking almost 2 hours going to Gibraltar and over 2 hours coming back, the seats were also very uncomfortable and due to being faux leather were very slippy

Felt we needed longer as we were only able to shop half of main street and grab a bite to eat before we had to be back on coach. The queue getting through customs was really long and took up lots of the time on way in, wasn’t as bad when leaving but had to be back on coach by 3.15pm and didn’t actually get off coach until nearly 1pm, so had just over 2 hours all in which wasn’t long enough. We were told that the time you have depends on queues but the actual picking up of people took too long 2

Good trip ...apart from rep worse one in 44 yrs travelling chewing gum when on mic and never shut up from leaving to Gibraltar loads people wondering when she going stop..total rubbish coming from her..when I asked her to please don't chew when mic is on replying was yes yes good ?? Then starts talking and chewing again quite a few was saying making them feel sick .WORSE REP EVER! not good for the good company what tui is

It was a good experience, did a good shop and got a few bargains. The only thing that we had 20 people on our coach, some were able to shop and also see the caves and monkeys, but we were not given that choice of these.
We were disappointed, would have done this as well.

I’d totally recommend this trip. We chose the shopping day but should have chosen the trip to the rock. There would have been plenty of time for both. The guide was excellent, translating flawlessly into 4 different languages! The bus was perfectly on time. Comfortable journey. An inexpensive trip.

Couldn’t go on excursion as we went on previous Andalusian excursion which in part was a DISASTER would welcome a conversation with someone over the health and safety relating to the inclusive 3 course meal location selection. As for the reason we could not go to Gibraltar when we went to the orange farm we were given items to sample, and one of the samples caused my body to have a reaction causing sickness and diarrhoea I probably will not get a response to this as companies don’t look at nega

The pickup time on the app says 0751 the actual pickup time was 0835 not only did we miss our breakfast we had to wait an hour wondering if the excursion had been cancelled. I telephoned the tui number to find out it didn't open until 0900 Spanish time. We were very disappointed

The best tour guide ever! 90 minutes of constant history and information from Torremolinos down to Gibraltar and the same back (but let us all nap as well). Through border she's there to help and just a brilliant day all round! Thanks to Miguel the coach driver aswell.

Bus driver and tour guide were the best part about the day. Could not say a negative comment about them only negative was the time of the journey time mainly due to the fact of waiting on people who wouldn’t be bothered to be at the place of pick up or departure on time and expect everything to wait on them!! Tbh I’d have expected them to be left behind due to this

Everything was very good until I bought a Bacardi and coke in the entertainment lounge and they gave horrible cheap Bacardi and changed me premium prices for the cheap rubbish.I therefor didn't drink in the hotel again.I know this happens regularly but as an ex landlord I can tell the difference and think something should be said about this and I believe you should take it up with the hotel management.

Sonia the TUI holidays rep on our guided visit was incredible what a fantastic and enthusiastic person - we had a brilliant time she was so engaging and entertaining with our entire group. Die Zeit um Gibraltar auf eigene Faust zu erkunden, war absolut ausreichend. Die Wege sind kurz und zum Europa Point fährt man ca. 10 min mit dem Linienbus. Dann schafft man auch noch den Besuch des Botanischen Gartens, mit der Seilbahn auf den Felsen und wieder herunter. Und auf dem Weg zum Busbahnof kommt man auf der Main Street noch an zahlreichen Shops vorbei. Nicht so schön war, dass unser Guide schlecht deutsch sprach.

Tui is niks te verwijten maar Gibraltar op zich is teleurstellend. Het is vuil en van het originele patrimonium is niks of weinig nog terug te vinden. Alles is overbouwd! Typisch verengelsd! Jullie gids daar en tegen maakte heel veel goed. Haar kennis over de geschiedenis zorgde ervoor dat de reis minder lang duurde en aangenaam was! Een dikke 10 voor haar en de buschauffeur!

We were given the wrong information regarding bus pick-up time in the morning. Despite this, we were still at the bus stop in time, but the bus had left without us, so it must have left early. We were so disappointed and even though it wasn’t our fault, the rep refused to give us a refund or put it towards another trip.

The whole day was just short of 12 hours. Virtually 7 hours was on the coach largely due to pick ups which I felt was excessive. The guide told everyone to keep to their original seats but someone decided to sit in mine which left me very irritated. The guide left 4 of us behind at pick up at the beginning of the day. Fortunately he returned and all was well. Although the travelling was long and having to get off and back on the coach for passport control was annoying the trip was fabulous

Only a shopping trip, so can't comment on the tours. Just like going to a sunny British town. OK for that. However, the prices are not cheaper, apart from the customary duty free goods(of which you can only bring back 1 litre of spirits, and if you're a smoker I believe it's one sleeve. Sat on a coach for 7.5 hours( no toilet or refreshments) to experience an average lunch sat at a below average cafe was quite honestly a waste of a day and money. Driver and guide were excellent

There were far to many pick ups after our hotel, resulting to a 3 hour journey to Gibraltar, (there were others on the coach picked up and droped off after us goodness nows how long they were on the coach). The coach was late picking us up, we were told to be there early at 7am. There was delays with a sub trip on the same coach meant that we had to wait for thier mini coaches at Gibralter. This made it, all in all a very long day with no toilet breaks on the 3 hour journey. Gibralter was good.

The bus picking us up with half an hour late which resulted in me having to stand at the side of a busy motorway having to call Tui to see if it was coming or not. Once the bus picked us up everything else went amazingly. The bus driver and tour garden where exceptional. Only thing I would say is, it was annoying having to listen to everything 3 times in 3 different languages.

We had a major problem when we got to Gibraltar the driver forgot his ID he could not get through the border And we were delay over one and a half before we got transport to entering Gibraltar stood in a carpark in the head of the day . Overall the trip was amazing. Our tour person was very helpful and always kept us informed on how many pick-ups on the way and done English very well. Thier was a few minor downfalls which was... The coach driver didn't remember his passport. Some people were very rude to the tour operator and to be honest should of been kicked off and made thier own way/ back. 100% cred to her for staying calm in those situations. Hope she doesn't have to experience that again

The guide really only gave out basic information on the procedure for crossing the border. I've done this trip previously & the guide has provided a lot more information about the history of Gibraltar on the way down.

Having been to Gibraltar twice previously and doing the usual rock tour and St Michael’s caves I wanted to enjoy more shopping time and exploring the town without feeling rushed. Although it took us roughly 2 hours both ways including going through passport control, I had a thoroughly enjoyable day. The weather was beautiful if a little too warm ( shouldn’t complain) the people friendly and a variety of shops bars and restaurants. A thoroughly enjoyable da.

Late leaving, and nowhere near enough time in gibraltar,35 minutes to see st. Michael's cave and the monkeys is poor. With poor mobility the caves are inaccessible in the time given. 10 minutes only for europa point, then return to coach park, and walk to main street, with an hour left before 3hour journey back.no time to eat. And no trip to the med. Side of the rock where the beaches are.So a 10 hour day ended with just about 2 hours to see and experience gib., pretty poor value.

Leuke excursie met veel informatie onderweg in Engels en Nederlands. Alleen als het in het Nederlands was gingen alle Engelsen praten zodat je niets kon verstaan.
