La charmante vieille ville de Marbella et l'opulence haut de gamme de Puerto Banus forment un contraste parfait pour cette excursion. Vous découvrez les deux en une demi-journée et aux côtés de votre guide et avec beaucoup de temps libre pour explorer. Sonia, l'une de nos guides locales expertes, dit : "La Milla de Oro est synonyme de luxe depuis 1954, lorsque le prince Alfonso von Hohenlohe a ouvert l'hôtel Marbella Club. Son club exclusif a incité les membres de la famille royale et d'autres personnalités prestigieuses à visiter Marbella. Lorsqu'ils ont commencé à construire leurs propres propriétés dans la région, la Milla de Oro était née."La visite commence par la vieille ville de Marbella. Vous aurez un peu de temps libre pour flâner dans ses boutiques et flâner dans ses ruelles pavées. Profitez-en pour prendre un café sur la fameuse place des Orangers bordée de restaurants et de cafés traditionnels, c'est le centre pittoresque de la vieille ville. Vous pourrez vous promener dans le parc ombragé de l'Alamedak, avec ses bancs en faïence et sa fontaine, admirer les sculptures de Dali le long de l'Avenida del Mar ou bien prendre l'air le long du front de mer bordé de palmiers.Nous roulerons ensuite le long de la fameuse "Milla de oro" ou "Golden Mile" en anglais. Dolph Lundgren, Joan Collins, Hugh Grant et Antonio Banderas figurent parmi les résidents. Nous atteindrons le "terrain de jeu" des millionnaires de Puerto Banus. Vous verrez les yachts de luxe amarrés dans la marina ou et pourrez faire les boutiques de créateurs. Sonia ajoute : "Ce port de plaisance était autrefois un ancien village de pêcheurs. La modernisation a été conçue par Jose Banus en pensant à la jet set internationale". Rubbish had to wait 30 mins sat on bus for driver to be able to drive because his tac-o-graph said he needed to rest 30 mins If you go in a wheelchair don’t expect any help crossing busy roads in the crowds Not enough time spent in old town and too much time spent in the expensive marina Waist of money the rep was rubbish and did not talk for the whole drive worse experience I have been on If disabled don’t expect disabled seats as they are already booked by abled bodied people

Bus, was 3 kwartier te laat om ons op te pikken aan hotel. Gids vertelde alle bezienswaardigheden / geschiedenis op de bus in 2 talen. Groep 43 personen Duits /Engels. Ter plaatse gewoon vrije tijd zonder begeleiding wat niet mogelijk was met 43 man in 2 talen.

The coach was on time and quite comfortable.i think the time at the first stop could (for me be a little bit longer) but good the second half was quite a walk to get into the town center but as the coach could not park closer you had no choice but this should be mentioned as any one with walking problems could find it hard (my wife walks with a stick so it was I little hard but the trip was good and a good way to see more of the country.

We thoroughly enjoyed Marbella and would have preferred to have spent more time there and less at Puerto Banus, a quick look at the cars and yachts would have been enough. It was also very busy there and difficult to walk about.. The guide Hans was excellent.

Fantastische tour naar Marbella & Puerto Banús dankzij topgids Sonia!Wat hebben wij een ontzettend leuke en geslaagde dag gehad! De tour naar Marbella en Puerto Banús is echt een aanrader, maar wat de dag écht bijzonder maakte, was onze gids Sonia.Vanaf het moment van instappen zorgde Sonia voor een warme, gezellige en gastvrije sfeer. Ze is super spontaan, zorgzaam en heeft een enorme passie voor de regio. In plaats van een standaard praatje deelde ze de leukste anekdotes.hopelijk heb je Sonia

We did the same trip three years ago and the guide took us around the streets of the old Marbella and it was very informative. This time the bus dropped us off and the guide just said she would meet us back at the location in a couple of hours, the same with Puerto Banus. We could have saved ourselves an awful lot of money going on public transport. Very disappointing and definitely not value for money.

Enjoyed location of hotel and it was very clean. Gary the rep at the hotel was excellent!!! The animation team were brilliant especially with the girl with downs syndrome! Downside the food was terrible, the lifts were extremely slow. There were no TUI staff at the airport going home to inform the passengers regarding the flight delays, sat for 4 hours not knowing what was happening due to receiving little/poor emails

This was not a great experience from start to finish as the guide was really rude as there was a disabled woman on the bus who asked to sit at front and was put at back. Guide said over mic to everyone that if disabled should not really do this trip. Couple got on with there son booked on app and she was so rude telling them to get off as they was not on the list but then let them stay on but had to say no to others who had booked. Guide was telling people to be quiet. Not great

Everything was great on TUI side and Marbela, Puerto Banus was a lovely trip, only thing we didn't like which you can't do anything about was some fellow English people just getting of a boat trip after having a good time and too much drink mouthing off.

The trip was good overall. If you want a guide do not use this service. The guide was quite unpleasant overall . Extremely rude over maps and rushing away from a bus full of tourists. This is not an issue for people who just like finding their own around and exploring ( very time limited though ) Be VERY careful not to be late back to the bus . Be on the bus at the exact time you are given or you will be left behind. 2 x 89 year old passengers were left behind and there was no grace period.

Vertrek met 45 min vertraging zonder info van Tui We deden eerst Puerto Banus en later Marbella niettegenstaande we normaal eerst Marbella zouden doen. Voor een halve dag was het zeer lang vertrek voorzien om 9:06 in de ochtend en pas terug om 17:00 uur. Dat is volgens mij geen halve dag

De bus is 40 minuten later vertrokken omdat er geen gids was. Hoe kan dit gebeuren. Dus minder tijd om daar rond te lopen. De vervangster die op haar vrije tijd is ingesprongen wist van niets was niet op de hoogte gebracht waar we naartoe gingen !!!!!!

I think the trip should be a whole day, because I felt there was to much time in Puerto Banus and not enough time in Marbella. An hour and a half would be enough in Puerto Banus, then you would have a lot more time to eat lunch and explore the old town in Marbella

Die Gruppe ist zu groß und es waren sehr viele Franzosen dabei, weshalb wir kaum etwas auf deutsch erklärt bekamen. Wir hatten eine Karte bekommen mit Stadtplan, damit wir wissen wohin wir gehen können. Das war alles.

Reisgids Sonia zei 5 talen te spreken. Enkel haar Duits beweert ze niet zo goed te spreken. Wat dan heel raar is : 80 % van de uitleg gaf ze wel in Duits….!!!

It was lack of info regarding toilet facilities we eventually did have tapas in a bar and used theirs but when you get older it’s very important to know where to go from the get go. Natalie was lovely and soo clever with the languages.

The guide was very good but we didn’t have headphones like at Malaga and my husband being disabled couldn’t follow the walk fast enough so couldn’t hear what was being said sometimes. We should be warned before the trip if there are long walks or hills to climb but otherwise it was lovely to see the boats. I tried the market but gave up after 10mn because it was too crowded and there was no room to move and you couldn’t get near to have a look at anything .

Seeing yachts when in the harbour and going to a market was just ok from drop off point to visit the market was uphill. I am fit and 74 yrs old anyone who isn't or infirm would find it difficult due to the gradient . Also not really sufficient time to view both

Puerto Banus fijn om eens te zien, maar moet voor ons niet zolang te zijn. Marbella, zeer mooi om te ontdekken. Fijne kleine straatjes die de romantiek naar boven halen. Het lijkt ons een goed iedee om via de georganiseerde uitstap een tapas aan te reiken. Tapas in deze staatjes zijn echt de top. Zowel de gids Sonya als de chauffeur gaven ons voldoende uitleg. We voelden ons veilig tijdens de uitstap.

Die Mitarbeiterin wechselte laufend von deutsch nach flämisch. Dabei wechselt sie häufig in kurzen Abständen die Sprache und man musste sich sehr konzentrieren. So wies sie auf Sehenswürdigkeiten zb. Auf flächmisch lange vorher hin, und auf deutsch dann so spät, daß man schon fast vorbei war. Eine Führung in den beiden Sprachen ist sehr schlecht. Da wäre deutsch/englisch besser.

The tour itself was good, the transport picks ypu up on the time stated from the location stated. You’re allocated 2 hours free time in each place on the half day, but i would recommend doing the full day as 2 hours was not enough time. However, the guide did not seem accommodating to those with disabilities and while trying to show the group a monument in marbella, actually walked away from my husband too fast, causing him to lose the group as he was unable to catch up. This seemed unfair.
