Alles was tiptop in orde. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De zee was iets ruwer en de crew kwam vaak checken of iedereen zich goed voelde en veilig was. De boot was nog maar een aantal maanden oud en heel netjes met voldoende zitplaatsen. We hebben redelijk wat dolfijnen gezien. Op de terugweg was het wat kouder en werden er zelfs dekentjes uitgedeeld. En dat alles voor een gunstige prijs. Wij hebben niks op te merken en zouden het iedereen aanraden!

Well where to start, rude lady at kiosk, saw more fish in the harbour than out at sea! The tour lads posing with binoculars looking out to sea, no commentary, no dolphins, no swim in the sea (as we were out of season for that) all in all 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back! On the plus side half price if we want to book again…… urm no thanks I’ve got more chance of seeing dolphins in the North Sea 10 mins from my home. Don’t waste your money people.

We didn't get to see any dolphins. Another trip was getting off the boat as we got on, so I think the staff knew, or should have known, we wouldn't see any. We couldn't take up the offer for another trip at a reduced price as it was our last day on holiday. My grandson was a bit disappointed

Kapitein zeer vriendelijk liet de kinderen aan het stuur zetten. Minder uitleg van het leven van de dolfijnen.jammer. Vaarde 2x naar de school dolfijnen.Prachtig om ee te zien zwemmen onder boor naast de boot. Mooie tocht langs de kustlijn gemoedelijk.

Everything was brilliant. There were a lot of people on the boat and would have been nice to get to the front but the operator did try to move people along as quick as possible. By the time I got to the front for photos of the dolphins they had gone.

The sea was extremely rough. We were warned that we probably wouldn't see any dolphins and we could change our day. But we felt very seasick. So didn't enjoy it. That was not their fault. They even gave ys50% discount to book again. The guy who sold the tickets was a bit rude.

Originally booked on for 12.30, arrived but although my email said 12.30 the company had us down for 14.30. We had to wait around for a couple of hrs before which cost us more money as we had to have food out. When seeing a dolphin the boat sat in one spot so everyone moved to the front of the boat. We stayed for a couple of mins then left! We have done a few boat trips before and the boat has hung around more or moved position so this was a little disappointing and a rubbish experience

We absolutely loved the boat trip and the staff were lovely. We were disappointed that we didn't get to see any dolphins but understood that was a possibility, however we were advised it would be 2-4 hours but we were only out for just over an hour and a half which we were all really gutted over as we were having a great time.

It was great seeing dolphins in their natural habitat. I think the tour could have done with better communication throughout. All we had were pre-recorded messages. There was no announcement to say there were dolphins in sight, or on which side of the boat, etc. But overall still a great experience which I would recommend.

The whole holiday was fantastic The holiday village was clean and well staffed. The entertainment team were second to none Reece and Adam deserve a special mention as they went above and beyond to make sure all the guests had a wonderful time. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite to sort out any questions. The tui booking staff ( Sean and Phillip) were very helpful in getting my family the right trips. We will be definitely be booking again to go back next year.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see any dolphins. We were warned about this because rightly so, they are wild animals- not there to perform- but it was disappointing. We enjoyed the boat trip looking out at the views but many on our boat were sea sick! It was very choppy on our day. The crew were lovely and were constantly checking on those feeling queasy! To be fair , we were offered a 50% discount if we wanted to book again. I will if it looks like the sea won’t be too choppy!

We paid £140 for our group to go. No transfer so we had to then pay to get 10 of us to the marina which is not close enough to walk. We get there and they advise the sea is very choppy and recommend we rebook- no option to do this with TUI so we went. It was so rough many people unwell. NO DOLPHINS. Even with the 50% off offer to return I would not put my children through that experience again! Better communication needed to advise of sea issues and rebook before you travel there!

Unfortunately we did not get to see any dolphins on our trip. We was offered a discount on our next trip but we did not take it as we don't see we will be doing this destination any time soon. I think moving forwards you could suggest we get our money back or reschedule for free if the see looks as choppy as it was - we was warned it was going to be choppy.. It was a little chilly and I like we was offered a blanket. I also like the music that was playing. Busy but not to long waiting times.

Beautiful little thing to use to get away and view everything from distance to really admire how beautiful it is. Understanding that you don’t always get to see dolphins I think they encourage too much that you will even though chances are pretty slim and even when you don’t see dolphins you only got 5 mins to swim at the back of the boat and I feel like if you don’t see dolphins then maybe make it up with the swim. Lovely experience but maybe not worth the value in money in my opinion

We zagen verschillende dolfijnen rond de boot. De kids (6 en 10) vonden het top. Het nadeel: we hebben niet veel verstaan van wat er verteld werd omdat we buiten stonden en niet binnen. Het was ook een bandje dat afgespeeld werd met uitleg, niet live van wat we zagen.

Heel vriendelijke bemanning. Instructies om de veiligheid aan boord te verzekeren goed doorgegeven. Zowel de kapitein als de bemanning deden hun uiterste best om in de richting te varen waar we eventueel dolfijnen konden spotten. En we hebben er dan ook enkele gezien. Onze uitstap was dus zeker geslaagd.

The port where we got on the boat was beautiful so we advise going earlier to have a look around. Although we did not see any Dolphins on our cruise it did not spoil the lovely coastal views we saw. The gentleman on the cruise were very helpful.and handed out blankets as it was a cold day and the sea was very choppy

TUI gibt die Buchungen nicht an die Veranstalter weiter. Somit wurden wir nicht informiert, dass die Tour um 10.30h nicht stattfindet und sind für teuer Geld umsonst hin gefahren. Vor Ort konnte alles geregelt werden, aber das nächste Mal würden wir diese Trips direkt buchen und nicht über TUI!

Staff were a little curt with a young autistic boy in another group. He was self-soothing as it was a pretty choppy day and he was excited. He was jumping on the spot, not bothering anyone or causing a danger, he was jumping between his mums legs and and holding her hands. Crew reprimanded him quite severely. We saw lots of dohins which was great but if you were seated at the back you got a moments view before the boat was swung round for the people at the front to see.

We booked this cruise on the app and the day before we was supposed to go we asked what time we were getting picked up, the lady was great and told us we should cancel it as they do not offer this excursion from our hotel, this wasn’t there fault but shouldn’t be able to be booked on the app if it isn’t from the hotel We ended up paying £200 euros in taxis as we couldn’t cancel as less than 24hours before the trip. I spoke to a tui rep on a live chat who showed little interest

We were a little frustrated when the trip got cancelled due to bad weather on the day we had booked it for, it was cancelled very short notice and our taxi had arrived to pick us up. However it was rescheduled quickly and we loved the trip. The boat was great, the staff were kind and we managed to see dolphins very close to the boat. We would definitely recommend this trip! We went twice, once we saw dolphins and it was fabulous! Second time we went we did not see dolphins, which is not guaranteed and we totally understand that. However the boat was trying to please everyone by finding them. They went 50km out straight to see if they could find them. Unfortunately not. The sea was very rough. Everyone was feeling bad. Lots were sick and bad. They gave a 50£ discount to go again. Personally they should have just gone for a coastal trip instead

Het was een mooie dag, wel hoge golven. Het varen was erg leuk, mooie kust gezichten. De kleintjes mochten even op de stoel van de kapitein. Leuk voor een foto. Helaas geen dolfijnen gezien, wel springende tonijn. Zeker de moeite waard!

Wij zaten onderin de boot en dat was perfect en de rustigste plek. We hebben heeel veel dolfijnen gezien. Ze waren actief en sprongen enkele keren de lucht in. Fantastisch! Het was wel spannend of we mee konden. Reisleiding van Tui had onze boeking niet doorgegeven. Gelukkig was er nog plek.

I couldn't fault the experience on the boat . The staff informed us the sea was choppy beforehand. They asked if we wanted to come back a calmer day. When we didn't see any Dolfins they offered everyone on board to come back another day. Overall 10/10 for a wonderful spin out in the ocean.
