The Fountain Show will be closed on April 19th and is also scheduled to reopen on September 30th

Our guide Shakeel was excellent. Only 6 people on the trip,so felt quite private. Enjoyed the fountain and light show at the mall and the visit to the souk the most.

Unser Reiseleiter war sehr freundlich und geduldig, hat alles getan, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Von der Abholung im Hotel bis zur eingeplanten Zeit an den Sehenswürdigkeiten war alles wunderbar. Er hat sich überhaupt nicht gehetzt; die Zeit war perfekt, ja sogar großzügig bemessen. Wir konnten alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Dubai ganz entspannt besichtigen; es war ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Ich habe zwei Touren mit TUI gebucht, und beide waren exzellent. Abholung und Guide super. Tourstart 18:20 am 1. Stopp (da wurde es gerade dunkel). Nur 30min Zeit am Souk Medinat, leider viel zu wenig!!! Insgesamt hat die Tour leider nur knapp 2,5h und keine 4h stattgefunden. Sehr sehr schade!!!

Bizar om van de gids te moeten vernemen dat de fonteinen schow ruim 6 maanden dicht zijn !!!! TUI zou dit moeten weten ! En moeten communiceren bij de boeking dat deze het niet doen !! Ipv daar van laten ze 2 totaal voor ons niet interessante dingen zien . Bar slecht , plus de starttijd was om 18u ipv 19u ! Hierdoor konden we niet eten in het hotel .

Die Hauptattraktion die Fountains sind seit Wochen geschlossen wegen Renovierung darauf wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht hingewiesen erst bei betreten des Busses. Abholung war bereits um 17:10 Uhr dann sind wir direkt nach Dubai gefahren. Dort hatten wir Zeit, dem Burj Khalifa zu fotografieren allerdings nicht bei Nacht, da viel zu früh war.Danach hat der Fahrer mehrere unsinnige Fotostopps angefahren, uns an einer Mal 1 Stunde Zeit gegeben, damit er die Reisedauer herum bekommt. Das war der schlechteste Ausflug, den man sich nur vorstellen kann: Abholservice über eine halbe Stunde zu spät, eiskalter Bus, sinnloses Hin- und Hergefahre von einem zum anderen Ende Dubais, ewiges Stehen im Stau, gefühlter Viehtrieb zu den Wasserfontainen, 20 min im Madinat Jumeirah mit 500m laufen, Zeit reichte kaum zur Toilettennutzung, zwei kurze Fotostopps am Strand und in der Business Bay! Nach über vier sinnlosen Stunden endlich zurück ins Hotel! Bitte nicht buchen!!!!

Auch wenn es in der Beschreibung steht, dass ein englisch sprachtiger Guide zur Verfügung steht, wäre es schön gewesen, bei einer deutschsprachigen Buchung auch einen deutschsprachigen Guide zu bekommen. Bei der Wassershow an der Dubai Mall sollte man sich schnell einen guten Platz für die Show suchen und diese auch nicht verlassen. Kleiner Tipp am Rande. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Ausflug.

We were the only ones so it was like a private tour. Shakeel our guide was excellent giving us plenty of time at the locations with clear instructions of where he would be plus a contact number just in case. He also gave us information as we drove. Taking us to some great places we would have missed. 5 star for Shakeel.

Als Einstieg zum Kennenlernen der Stadt empfehlenswert. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten werden im Schnelldurchlauf mit einem Kleinbuss angefahren. Zum Schluss hat man die Möglichkeit die Wassershow beim Burj Khalifa zu sehen.

Erste Station ist zu lange und zu wenig geführt! 2 Station ist naja hätte mir gewünscht vor dem Burij Arbia zu stehen und dort auch die Wassershow zu sehen ich war 2000 schon enmal dort und das war mega. Die 3 Station war OK Die 4 Station war überwälltigend Spitze und hat alles andere übertroffen. Leider waren wir zu Beginn der Show ein bischenzu spät.

Excellent tour of Dubai by night. First stop to modern souks to have a browse and then onto beach for photo stop near the Burj al Arab. Tour guide was excellent as was the audio guide. Felt very safe visiting the mall and Burj Khalifa. Mall is huge so we a were glad to have the guide with us. Fountain show was outstanding and we were given time to see two shows before being transported back to our hotel.

Hallo. Der Ausflug an sich ist zu empfehlen. Allerdings bei uns kamm es zum Zeitverzögerung, wodurch die letzte Sehenswürdigkeit (Dubai Fountain Show) wurde ohne Absprache einfach nicht vorgenommen. Sehr ärgerlich.

boeken via de site is omslachtig en werkt slecht.de dienstdoende tui operator kon ons dan ook niet verder helpen.toen we eenmaal online een boeking hadden gedaan ik heb de berichten nog in mijn whatsap staan.ze gaf aan beter te boeken direct in het hotel bij de tui hostes dan online omdat het systeem niet goed werkt en dit hebben we geweten 5 telefoontjes en 7 mailtjes verder en informatie die niet correct was. ben ik een paar uur bezig geweest om alles een beetje rond te krijgen.

Leuke en mooie tour. Zeker omdat het in het donker was. Soms wat weinig tijd. Zou prettig zijn om wat tijd te hebben om rustig wat te drinken, zeker vanwege de hitte. Slechte chauffeur, wel goede gids.
