Access to the Vesuvius Crater is included only in the options “Tour with lunch” and “Vesuvius (without lunch)”. The entrance ticket costs €10 per person, plus a €1.68 reservation fee, as set by the Vesuvius National Park Authority
The option “Tour with lunch” includes both Vesuvius Crater access and a meal at a local restaurant
The option “Vesuvius (without lunch)” includes Vesuvius Crater access only, with free time for lunch at your own expense
The option “Walking tour with geologist (lunch included)” does not include access to the Vesuvius Crater. It includes lunch and features a guided experience led by a knowledgeable geologist, offering insights into the area’s geological features

While day trips are typically of a fixed duration, external factors may occasionally extend tour times slightly
The local operator reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or whose behaviour is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or the staff
The operator does not take responsibility for loss of or damage to property belonging to a passenger which is lost or stolen on the coach during the tour. Any shipping costs will not be handled by the local operator
Please note that infants are free of charge and do not have a reserved seat on the bus
Service dogs are allowed on the bus for this tour only after appropriate documentation is presented and approved
Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site, so please bring it with you on the tour
This tour involves a fair amount of walking: comfortable shoes are recommended, a bottle of water and a hat are recommended, especially in summer months
