What to expect
After a historical presentation of the Château Peyrassol vineyard in the heart of the century-old barrel cellar, your guide will introduce you to the terroir of Provence and its specificities by observing the vineyard landscape.You'll gain insight into the wine-making process, from the moment the grapes arrive to when they're bottled. This journey takes you through a stainless steel cellar dedicated to white and rosé wines, followed by a visit to the red wine cellar, complete with its concrete vat room located on the floor below.In the historic harvesters’ room, the experience continues with a tasting of the XIIIE and Château Peyrassol cuvées.Before or after this guided tour, walk the paths of La Commanderie de Peyrassol at your leisure with the help of an explanatory booklet and a map, in order to discover the rest of the route, the works of the Philippe Austruy Collection, the Remarkable Garden, the vines and the forest.
