Know in advance:
The East Gate on Tower Wharf will be closed to pedestrians and vehicles from the 8th January – 28th February 2025. The entrance way will be inaccessible during this time. All visitors to the Tower of London will need to enter at the West Entrance, via Tower Hill
Please arrive at your selected time slot. If you have purchased a general admission ticket, your ticket will be valid throughout the day during standard opening hours. Opening times vary, please check before you visit
Concession tickets are for youth aged 16 to 17 years old, seniors of over 65 years, students with a valid ID, and visitors with reduced mobility
This ticket is valid for the date selected, in the case of a timed ticket it is valid for the date and time selected
Please note that there is limited wheelchair accessibility for the Yeoman Warder walking tour as there are 21 steps to navigate and cobbled, uneven walkways
Tours may be adapted or cancelled in poor weather conditions or to accommodate large crowds
Some parts of the Yeoman tour may be frightening for small children so parental discretion is advised
Children aged four years old and under get free admission and do not require a ticket
Children up to the age of 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult
