What to expect
The only city in the world located on two continents, Istanbul is an incredible city to visit. And as Bulgaria shares a border with Turkey, it makes a great day trip destination. You'll leave in the evening and arrive early in the morning for a full day of exploring. Highlights include a bus tour passing Topkapi Palace and more, a quick visit to the UNESCO-listed Blue Mosque, plus some optional extras to customize the trip.

A local Bulgarian guide will assist your travelling to Istanbul where you will meet your experienced English speaking guide
Commercial visits - for example a leather factory, gold shop, candy shop - in Istanbul are included in the tour

leider fast alles NICHT in Englisch wie gebucht, schriftliche Info zum Ablauf hätte geholfen, Essen gut und ausreichend, guten Eindruck von Istanbul erhalten, leider wenig Infos zu Geschichte und Kultur, Bootstour war schön, Megatoll: Orga meiner Rückfahrt nach Varna durch den Busfahrer - DANKE!!

The trip itself was excellent. For some reason the hotel rep couldn’t tell us the itinerary except for the lunch and boat trip options. Also we were not able to book/pay for the boat trip in advance although the rest of the group (including two Belgians with TUI bag labels from another hotel) had clearly already paid. We had to get cash out (the nearest cash point charged us 16 euros for this) to pay for our boat trip from the local guide as he didn’t have a card machine (rep said card payment).

De excursie is een aanrader, alles prima, maar de organisatie kon net iets beter, we hebben heel veel tijd verloren met wachten, wachten en wachten. We konden die tijd nuttiger gebruiken. Maar alles bij alles een zeer leuke ervaring.

Nie podobalo mi sie to, ze z calej wycieczki bylismy tylko w 1 meczecie i na placu kolo niego. A reszte zwiedzalismy z autokaru gdzie niektorych rzeczy nie bylo widac z mojej strony autobusu. Nie potrzebna byla wizyta w sklepie ze skórzana odzieza ktora byla zenujaca. Dalej wybór 1 wycieczki dodatkowej gdzie przy zakupie zapewniano mnie, ze beda 2 do wyboru. Zapewniano mnie takrze a pytalem 3 razy ze na wycieczce beda osoby z narodowosci polskiej tym czasem duza czesc osob byla z ukrainy.

Selve transport var tungt, ukomfortabelt pga det var mye tid i bussen i heile turen. Det var alt for mye planlagt for 1.dagen, det kunne ble bedre dele for 2.dager. Sjåførene var veldig hyggelige, kjørte veldig trygg og behagelig. Guidene var også fantastiske, passet god på vår gruppa, fortalte veldig interessant, vi er absolutt fornøyd med kunnskap som vi fikk!

Szczególne slowa uznania naleza sie przewodnikowi, Panu Wiktorowi, który wykazal sie ogromnym zaangazowaniem i profesjonalizmem. Podczas zwiedzania Stambulu towarzyszyl nam lokalny przewodnik, Pan Stanislaw, który równiez zasluguje na wysoka ocene. W przystepny sposób przyblizyl nam historie i znaczenie wszystkich zwiedzanych miejsc, a przy tym potrafil wplesc humor i ciekawe anegdoty, co znacznie urozmaicilo cala trase. Pan Wiktor i Pan Stanislaw zasluguja na najwyzsza ocene.

Det var bara jag och min son som var svenskar. Resten var polacker. Guiden kunde bara polska. Fine men skriv då ut schemat med estimerade tider etc på engelska eller minoritetsspråket. Guiden gjorde vad han kunde och vår engelskspråkiga guide var bara närvarande en timme. Vi fick tyvärr inte heller ut mycket av den historiska delen där vär engelska guide var med. Resan är på mer än 24 timmar totalt! Vi hade åkte med polska resenärer och en polsk reseledare, men det gick bra ändå, vi träffade två som hjälpte till med översättning till engelska från polska, sen så fick vi en engelsktalande guide väl i Istanbul, rekommendera att åka på båtresan då Istanbul är för stort för att utforska själv på den korta tid som blir om du inte väljer båtresan! Vi är jättenöjda med resan och rekommenderar den starkt!

Cudowne miasto.Bardzo dobrze zorganizowany wyjazd, wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik, transport,hotel, posiłki, zwiedzanie. Ogromna wiedza przewodników. Jestem bardzo zadowolona i serdecznie polecam takie wycieczki.

Gute Führung, sehr durchgetaktet (kaum Zeit zum Verweilen). Kaum Vorabinfos, Preisoptionen sind intransparent. Hotel-Shuttle nach Burgas war wild (alter Jeep, mit kaputten Dach und wenig Reifenprofil). Ablauf: Busfahrt Istanbul ca. 7 Std. (lauter Bus, kein Leselicht/Strom, eine Pause); unterdurchschnittliches Frühstück im Hotel (Mittag auch im Hotel; hab ich nicht mitgebucht); Besichtigungen (ca. 12 Std.): blaue Moschee, Sultan-Ahmed-Platz, Topkapi-Palast (1. Hof), Bootsfahrt, ägyptischer Basar.

Trip is beautiful. I was traveling alone as a woman. The 6 hours of free time threatened me the most. I received information about the tour only after payment. The added tours of Istanbul were only offered on the day of the tour.

Przewodnik polskojezyczny, pan Wiktor, to cudowny czlowiek. Jest nieocenionym wsparciem tam na miejscu. Podróz do przezycia. Troche slabo z dostepem do lazienki rano juz w Stambule. Jedna toaleta z dwiema kabinami WC, brak prysznica, zwazywszy na okolicznosci i miejscowy klimat to spora niedogodnosc. Sniadanie znosne. Nie polecam obiadu w hotelu. W cenie 12 euro spokojnie mozna zjesc w miescie. Wrazenia NIEOCENIONE, warte kazdej minuty zniesionych trudów podrózy. BYLO NIESAMOWICIE, POLECAM!

Na pochwale zasluguje przewodnik Pani Magda i kierowca autokaru Ali, który bardzo sprawnie w szybkim czasie przeprowadzil nas przez granice w obie strony. "Turecki" przewodnik czasami wg. mnie mówil chaotycznie opisujac zdarzenia, choc jest bardzo sympatyczna osoba i dobrze mówi po polsku. W pewnych momentach brakowalo sztywnej reki do organizacyjnej, aby ogarnac grupe. Na pochwale zasluguje poswiecenie i elastycznosc przewodników.

We were very much looking forward to this, in particular Sultan Ahmet Mosque (which we found out on the bus was closed for refurbishment) & the Hipodrom (which we did not get to see & had no explanation as to why). We were aware of no English guide, but anticipated a few instructions would be in English. They weren’t & we had to constantly badger the guide for information. The highlight was the boat trip (an ‘add on’) Our advice, cancel if no English speaking guide if it’s your only language.

This was a fantastic, brilliantly organised trip. We were the only English speaking travellers and the guide went out of her way to translate for us. We felt like she was her personal guide. The sights and experiences covered were awesome. Breakfast was included. We had to pay for boat trip but it was worth it. The only drawback was the difficult overnight travel, although the coach was ideal and staff were very helpful.

Vil 100% anbefale denne turen! Men det er noen viktige ting å vite som vi ikke ble informert om på forhånd. Det er nødvendig for damer å tildekke nesten hele kroppen for å kunne gi inn i Hagia Sofia, mens menn må ha shorts som dekker minst knærne (helst bukse). Det gikk heldigvis ann å kjøpe plagg rett før inngangen. Som engelsktalende må du ha flaks å håpe at minst 6 stykker bestiller engelsk guide, vi hadde flaks da to polakker bestilte feil. Turen hadde vært en helt annen uten engelsk guide!

Kierowca super, sniadanie w cenie wycieczki super. Mozliwosc plyniecia po Bosforze super. Minusy: zwiedzanie miasta z autobusu w zaduchu i korkach, brak zwiedzania Blekitnego Meczetu i Top Capi, choc byly w ofercie. Przewodnik mówil za cicho i nie do konca zrozumialym jezykiem polskim.
