Leer over sterrenkijken, astronomie en sterrenkijken aan de nachtelijke hemel van Sharm El Sheikh. Sterrenkijken brengt je geest tot rust en verfrist je geest.
What to expect
Geniet van een prachtige dag vol unieke activiteiten in de woestijn. Je rijdt met een quad door het Sinaïgebergte en de duinen, maakt een kameelrit, bakt bedoeïenenbrood, beklimt de heuvels om de magische zonsondergang te bewonderen, geniet van een speciaal open dinerbuffet en bewondert de sterrenhemel door een telescoop. Je wordt 's middags opgehaald bij je accommodatie in Sharm El Sheikh. Je rijdt naar het Sinaïgebergte met zijn heuvels en duinen en arriveert bij het Quad Center. Na een korte oefening ga je op een begeleid woestijnavontuur waarbij je verschillende duinen, valleien en canyons kunt verkennen. Bovendien heb je ook tijd om te stoppen en foto's te maken die je nooit meer vergeet. Aankomst in het bedoeïenenkamp, waar u wordt verwelkomd met authentieke bedoeïenenthee. Beklim de heuvels en bewonder de magische zonsondergang boven de bergen terwijl uw gids u verhalen vertelt over het leven en de tradities van de lokale bevolking in de woestijn. Terug in het kamp geniet u van een smakelijk bedoeïenendiner met rijst, kofta, kip, groenten, salades en frisdrank, begeleid door een folkloristische show. Na het diner leert u over sterrenkijken, astronomie en sterrenkijken aan de nachtelijke hemel van Sharm El Sheikh. Sterrenkijken ontspant uw geest en verfrist uw ziel. Tot slot geniet u van de terugreis en wordt u afgezet bij uw hotel.

Weet vooraf:
De kamelenrit duurt ongeveer 20 minuten
De duur van de tour en de ophaaltijd kunnen worden gewijzigd vanwege de bedrijfsomstandigheden en de locatie van het hotel.
Het is sterk aan te raden om een lange broek te dragen tijdens het rijden met de quad, voor het geval dat uw benen de motor van de quad raken
Vergeet niet mee te nemen:
Een hoed, zonnebril, zonnebrandcrème, een sjaal, een camera en een fles water

Quads were good. Stargazing was well set up/explained. It got boring waiting for food/entertainment. Neither were great... Persistent asking for tips at dinner was tiresome. Camel ride was good. Transport was uncomfortable and too much waiting in the truck. Poor arrangement for drop off resulted in excessive time travelling. Generally ok but could be better.

The driver on the way back kept speeding and chasing other cars for fun. The guides didn't have any useful information about the trip. The camel "ride" was about 2min followed by people shouting for tips. The first stop was just to try to get us to pay for drinks and bracelets

Hele gave ervaring! De gidsen zijn professioneel, het is goed geregeld en we hadden het naar ons zin. Het sterrenkijken was heel bijzonder, de quad tour was gaaf, alleen het kameel rijden was 5min heen en weer voor de foto, dat was minder.

Très chouette balade en quad et chouette guide. Nous n'avions pas fort envie de faire un tour sur dos de chameau mais, au final, cela nous a beaucoup plu. Nous avons moins aimé les spectacle (trop long) et il y avait environ 50 personnes pour 2 télescopes.Mais globalement nous avons vraiment aimé cette journée.

The company never turned up to collect us I booked in UK direct from TUI for surprise gift for my wife's birthday treat Was told they never received booking until that morning even when I had received confirmation the day prior and originally booked the week prior to leaving UK in hotel arranged the following day but again never bothered to show so 2 days totally wasted waiting around to leave at 2 pm have been told now Saturday but I don't hold any hopes out.

We spent the first 1.5 hrs on the bus. The camel ride was less than 10 minutes. It did seem a little disorganised when it came to the quad biking, but once we got going it was good. There was a lot if time just sitting around and waiting. The food was good. The stargazing was was to short, with the talk only lasting less than 15 minutes. Our guide, Kareem, was excellent.

Vervoer + gids was zeker en vast in orde. Je mag zeker geen nieuwe quads verwachten, quadrit was ook maar tegen een zeer laag tempo. Kamelen rit duurde slechts 5 min ipv de beschreven 20 min. Je gaat er op zitten, wandelt 10 meter en dat is het. Sterrenkijken was in orde maar zeker niks speciaals. Wij hebben alles in de rapte moeten doen en hebben uiteindelijk 3 uur in een kamp gezeten tot de zon onder was. Kon beter ingedeeld worden. Ik raad dit zeker niet aan als je veel verwachtingen hebt.

The most incredible experience. The quad experience was adrenaline pumping. The camel ride you can skip, lasted minutes. The stargazing was out of this world, literally! I’ve never seen anything quite so beautiful. We ended with a night time quad ride through the desert. The food was delicious and the service provided was attentive and warm. Highly recommended excursion. Wish I’d booked it twice!

The overall experience was very good The night ran beyond time by approx hour and a half and the quad bikes themselves seemed quite old with some pieces rattling and one major part falling off the bike and lights not working in the dark. We did however enjoy the experience overall and the staff were very good

Excellent trip we thoroughly enjoyed the whole event. Great value for money. Staff all helpful and friendly. Only 3 of the 4 of us are and we all had upset stomach for the next 2 days is the only negative from the trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip into the desert, it was well organised and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The quad biking was great fun, though the camel ride was very short! The meal served was lovely and the dining experience was interesting. We got to chat to several people we met in a nice relaxed atmosphere. We just wished there had been a few more telescopes for the stargazing so we could have had slightly more than a peep (there were only two between a large group of people)

Guides superb ; very informative and great fun. Quads a little old and route got a bit bumpy but overall an enjoyable experience. Also recommend farah photography as we got some really good photos.

Everything was wonderful although the show wasn't very good. Rather a meal around a camp fire in the peace. Watching a man twirl skirt above his head wasn't interesting at all for most watching it seemed

Der Guide war super nett und teilt sein Wissen gerne mit. Die Erfahrung ist super und würde ich definitiv jedem empfehlen. Die Sicherheit beim Quad fahren wird sehr beachtet, ist ein extrem schönes Erlebnis, jedoch darf man auch nicht aus der Reihe tanzen. :D

Momo, our guide made the trip very enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Having the opportunity to just be in the Sinai desert was awesome, let alone experiencing it by jeep, then on a quad and finally a short camel ride. The stargazing guide was good, it was just a shame there was still light pollution and so we didn’t see anything that we wouldn’t normally see in the sky at night. The photographer was great and we are glad we bought the photos as it captured a fab day!

The experience overall was amazing, staff the show, the guide 5star, some downside were the quad bikes that were old and sometimes breakdown, and the stargazing ?? the guide was very well informed but the telescope I couldn’t see anything beside some ring lights. Overall the experience was worth it.

Great value for money, guide was very helpful and overall a great experience. Paid €5 for goggles and €3 for scarf for the quad bikes. Quad bikes were a bit temporamental but guides helped along the way, and didn’t know we’d be quad biking in the dark, which felt a little unsettling as some of the bikes wouldn’t work. Great local food and free herbal tea/water available at the dinner.

The quad biking was safe and well managed. At every point there was someone begging for money for every small service which was annoying as the tour had been paid for. The show was a little disappointing as it didn’t involve a great deal. Unfortunately the stargazing was affected by clouds but the guide was informative but he shone his Lazer pointer at 3 different planes whilst pointing out stars intentionally to make a joke. Quads yes, everything else no.

Excellent trip, lots included which offered great value for money. Camel ride was very short and would have welcomed a fuller experience of that, also a warning that locals would expect money for taking a picture using our own camera, this wasn't made clear by them or the tour guide before pic was taken and money demanded.

The experience was great, the quads were so much fun, you get shown how to ride them, you do a practice lap before you go onto the road/desert. £3 for a scarf and £5 for goggles which is good. The dinner and show were also very good, the surroundings were amazing. The camel ride is literally only 2/3 minutes long. The stargazing was so good you get so much information on stars. You are out for about 7 hours, getting back to hotel around 10:30pm. Tui rep was amazing
