What to expect
Zante is haloed by great beaches – but St Nick's gets top billing. Located at the east of the Vasilikos peninsula, it's one of the island's most popular bathing spots. And with good reason. Not only is it the place to see and be seen, it is overlooked by a gorgeous little white church.You'll head to this prime spot in Vasilikos – one of the most beautiful parts of Zante – for a day of fun and relaxation on the beach, along with a tasty lunch. After waiting an hour at the designated pick up point, we were not picked up! I rang Tui on the 01/10/25 at 11:10 when returning to the hotel. I was advised I would receive an email with their findings, come 4pm I had still heard nothing so rang again. It is now 2 days later, I’ve had constant emails from Tui, none regarding the fact I’ve wasted money, time and one of the few days of sunshine due to the non pick up. This has actually ruined our holiday!

The day was very good food good at 70 I did not ride the banana boat but my daughter did. The main moan was that we were expected to walk uphill in flip-flops for about 15 mins to the coach which picked us up outside St nicks supermarket due to it being a double decker and could not get down to the pick up point as stated before I am 70 and my wife who has asthma and is recovering from bladder cancer was not impressed please pass this on to you transport company

It wasn't made clear that our loungers were included to all of the staff so we had to keep explaining that we were on a tui trip. We were told the pick up for the bus was at 5pm when we went for our ticket to return we were told the bus was at 5.30 pm so that was time wasted. You can't take your own food or drink on the beach. The burger and drink that were included was very nice. The beach and sea was lovely

Sunbed and brollys provided are nice - just move beds around to get the shade needed. Beach is lovely and clean and the activities well organised. The food offered was a pleasant surprise - good quality, the burger was massive that was included in the price. Plenty of food and drink available at not bad prices either. great day. Needed a little more clarity at pick up time though as one person mentioned that we needed to go to the top of the hill to be picked up. Glad we did not do that!

We combined scuba with the trip and we couldn’t fault anything, the transfer both ways was perfect, we went straight to the dive centre then picked up our meal and drink vouchers where you also get your sunbeds, overall it was a perfect experience. The scuba instructor was also fantastic for our 15 & 17 year old sons.

Brak informacji co gdzie kiedy i jak.Nic nikt nie mowil.Samemu bylo trzeba chodzic i sie dowiadywac.Przejazdzka “bananem” trwala 5 min i byla nudna.Personel pracuje tam za kare odnieslismy takie wrazenie.Jesli chodzi o opcjonalne przejazdzki np skuterem wodnym to uwazam ze 60€ za 15 min (2 osoby na skuterze) lub 50€ za ten sam okres czasu (1osoba) to zdecydownie przesada.Znizka od Tui wynosi 10% od tych kwot ktore podalem.Ogolnie ladna plaza.

Whilst the activities cost a further 160 euros for 2 people on 5 inflatables pulled by a speed boat the transfer back to the hotel was ridiculous. We were to meet a coach at a designated time which elapsed, then a mini bus turned up to return about 60 people, this resulted in chaos and no transfer back.

This trips value for money is amazing There needs to be more information about what you do when you get to the beach, we had no clue where to go once dropped off. When you get to the bottom of the road turn left, then, there’s a beach hut on the beach with flags all around it. Go there for your vouches. ********** are only soft drinks. Food was very good. There’s a bar to buy more drinks. A great day out in the sun

De activiteit was heel goed . Het eten / drankje was prima . Ook de bananetochtje was super. De rest van de watersporten heel plezant. Sommige wat aan de dure kant . Maar dat wisten we op voorhand. Wat tegen viel dat we er werden afgezet op de parking zonder uitleg . De chauffeur kon geen Nederlands/ Engels/ Frans. Hij kon ons niet zeggen wanneer we er moesten terug zijn …. Ook vonden we niemand die dat kon zeggen. Wat voor spanning zorgde, maar uiteindelijk kwam het goed.

There are a few good points like the fact you get a sunbed included in your price and a free food voucher (for a burger extras cost more) and one free drink (from a select list only) but it’s a very long day and money is needed to buy yourself drinks and food if wanted and then to waste time there’s is a variety of water sports but you need to make sure you take a good amount of money to be involved in it

We enjoyed the trip to the beach, it is a lovely cove. Some issues were communication, where to go on arrival with our voucher (go to the watersports hut on the beach, return pick up is at 5 and either at the front or back car park at either side of the beach bar, you'll need to go looking). There are various types of sun lounger, tui are designated the cheap seats which are fine but again not told in advance. There is also no discount if you want to 'upgrade'. You can't have the front row.

The problem with this trip was the lack of communication 1. The bus number was not notified to us. 2. The driver could not speak English and could not tell us what time the return trip would be and kept saying we should speak to the office. 3. On arrival at St Nicks beach the staff were extremely helpful, which made the trip good and they informed us of the return journey time. 4. The driver for the return trip was extremely accommodating and could communicate in English.

We was confused as soon as we got off the coach, we didn’t know where to go to get our tickets for the day. I noticed a review saying to head to the water sports area and then someone eventually asked if we was from TUI. That needs to be clearer. The day itself is definitely worth the money though! Brilliant value and so much included for the cost.

The beach itself and the activities were lovely but getting there and coming back was not a great experience. There was no rep from TUI at any point so it was quite confusing knowing who was picking us up. On the way back the driver wasn’t where he said he’d be and once we found him it wasn’t obvious if he was going back to where our hotel was. He started shouting at people who were asking questions!! At the beach nobody seemed to know who to speak to so it was a bit of a shambles to be honest.

Bus 20 mins late , no indication we where on the right bus , no sign or TUI rep , rude driver , arrived driver shouted 5 o’clock and no other instructions, rushed journey, disorganised, no idea where to go when arrived at the beach , had to ask a waiter, chaos ! Had to queue for drink , food voucher , no explanation of what or where to go for food ,drink . Good food and drink . Good value for money, the day includes the coach, sunbeds, food, 1 drink and banana boat ride, £28 and also a Beautiful beach. Didn’t like not given enough info on where to go once there, no one told us which sunbeds to use or where to get food etc. After speaking to fellow passengers we found the area to get tickets for food/drink and ride. Staff very not friendly as so busy. Beach great for snorkelling. Beds are in far left area/food tickets etc collect in gazebo in the middle of beach

We found this trip expensive for what you got. Picked up from the bottom of hill from Hotel and literally Dumped on St Nicks beach. No Rep to tell you where to go what to do!! We found the free Sun Beds by asking, to find we were taped off and segregated felt like we had the plague. The Free Drink (yes 1 Free soft drink only). BBQ well we queued for 40minutes, waited for another 30 minutes to receive our food, then put it in the bin disgusting. So basically we paid €32 for the Bus and Sun Bed.

Th beach is beautiful and what you get is good value for money but when you are dropped off by the bus there’s no information given to you other than where to meet the bus at the end of the day. It would be useful to be told to head to the water sports desk on the beach to get your vouchers for food drinks and banana boat ride and which sun beds to use etc.

Great trip, great beach. Water sports were brilliant and very safe. You get a voucher for food and drink however the bar you have to get drinks from we waited 20 mins without being served, so we just brought drinks from the bar you could not use the voucher from as we were not happy waiting any longer. Food you get with voucher is limited, but we all had the cheese burgers which were fresh, and very nice. We took snorkels and were so pleased we did as there were lots of fish to see.

The beach was wonderful, sea beautiful, fab location, it’s not a bbq but you get a food voucher for the bar and the offer is a burger, the burgers are big and delicious, but they don’t come with chips, add chips on is €3, and it’s 1 drinks voucher per person so take your own water! Water sports were great, some a little bit too pricey for the time, but they are extras and only the banana boat is included in the trip which the kids loved, there was no guide just a driver on this trip

Fijne dag gehad, leuke bananentocht, mooi uitzicht. Wel foutieve informatie op jullie website. Er staat drankjes en barbecue inbegrepen. Het is slechts 1 drankje! Dat moet echt wel duidelijker vermeld worden! Eten is niet echt bbq, maar gewoon keuze uit een beperkt gratis aanbod. Ook de korting op extra watersporten wordt niet gegeven, hoewel die beloofd was, we hebben volle pot moeten betalen, de organisatie viel uit de lucht toen we onze korting vroegen voor iets uit hun aanbod…

Non guided tour, however, the tour was poorly organised by Tui. Coach driver was very clear 5pm pick up, and where to meet him. We were told to wait on a busy corner with no path the driver was over 10 mins late. On arrival, no clear instructions on where to go or sit or where to collect vouchers, we sat in the wrong area, we're told to move but we refused. We waited in a queue over 1.5 hours for our food. Beautiful beach but not well communicated.

The overall experience was highly enjoyable from start to finish.The beach itself was stunning and one of the best we have visited during our holidays around the Greek islands. The water sports on offer was a highlight and we enjoyed our parasailing experience. Also I have to mention the staff at the beach as they were very attentive to our requirements and overall I would recommend this trip to anyone but this was all due to our rep Tony in our hotel who told us this was a must to visit.

A great day out with the cost of the parasol and beach equipment included, transfer and a banana boat ride, Food and drink also included, only 1 drink though and only a soft drink, Diet Coke etc. Food also a very limited menu but was actually really good. The guy at the venue for the inflatable rides definitely not the happiest or friendliest, maybe just an off day. A really nice short walk up to the old church with amazing views. Over all though, great value.

It was a brilliant day out and we enjoyed everything, however, I think the package is mis-sold in parts. The food was gorgeous but not an actual bbq. This was of no issue though. We we're expecting a couple of drinks as advertised but only allowed one free drink. That hadn't been counted in our budget. We we're not informed that we couldn't have our own drinks or snacks on the beach. We needed to drink plenty of water. A little bit of tweaking needed But it was all in all a great day.

We were told the trip included a banana boat ride or for younger kids a sea sofa ride. However when we arrived we were told it was banana ride only. Our son (7 y/o) did still do the banana and enjoyed it. We were presented with an extensive food & drink menu on arrival but when we got to the bar were given a list of only about 5 items the voucher covered. Greek salad was lovely, chicken nuggets were awful. Snorkeling was lovely off the floating pontoon. Sea is very shallow, clear & calm.

The beach was beautiful. Sunbeds and parasols good. Description stated free drinks plural. There was actually just one free drink with lunch. Food description was barbecue and we were told there would also be a choice from the menu. There was no barbecue. There was no choice from the main menu - just a small notice on the counter with a separate trip menu consisting of ; or 5 very small snack meals (eg chicken nuggets and chips). There was lack of information when we arrived from the bus driver and no one met us off the bus so did not know where to go and had to ask at the bar. Then the same when trying to find where the coach was collecting us from and which coach was the correct one. Again no one there to inform us.

Overall we loved the day out, wish we could’ve had longer. The TUI rep however we wasn’t too happy with. He charged us full price for our 21 month old but everyone else we spoke to there with babies didn’t pay for them, we then checked the ticket and it did say 2-12 so we got ripped off of TUI yet again. Not too happy about the food, only allowed to choose between 5 items and not allowed to pay to upgrade, would probably rent a car next time

What I enjoyed: the beach, the sea and the service on the beach. What I did not like much: 1) During the journey from the hotel to the beach the driver had such a driving style that made my son (5 y.o.) and my wife sick. 2) For the whole day were were only given 3 free drinks; 3) The free lunch included a VERY limited choice of food (I ended up ordering something outside the "allowance" and paid for it).

The food included in this deal was amazing, I expected a cheap burger off the bbq. There are a few choices and the burger exceeded expectations. Once there however instructions aren't clear, we went and say on a lovely bed for the majority of the day and towards the end someone came over to charge us 30Euros for the privilege, noone had explained to us where to sit. You also need to go to the white hut on the beach for tokens for the food, drink and banana boat, this also wasn't explained to us.

Really good value for money trip and the beach, bar and banana boat ride were excellent. Only letdown, which could be easily rectified by sending clearer instructions when you book, is your driver drops you off in the car park and all he could tell us was that he would pick us up at 5pm. We had to figure out where to go, where to get the tickets for the sun beds, for lunch and for water sports which as it turns out is from the water sports hut. Poor communication didn’t make for a great start!

Bus - very late -no communication about this until we messaged on the app. We were at the meeting point 15 minutes beforehand only for the bus to be 30 minutes late. Not a good start! Kiva retki isommalle rannalle. Ennen retkeä voisi antaa lisätietoja mitkä rantatuolit (siniset 12,50€ maksavat) kuuluvat retken hintaan, mistä saa ruoan ja mitkä ovat vaihtoehdot (jonotusaika ruoan tilaamiseen 45min, retkeen kuuluvat ruoat näkyvissä vasta tiskillä), juomavaihtoehdot (juomien jonotus toiselta tiskiltä 30min) ja missä retkeen kuulva banaaniveneajelu järjestetään. Jonkin aikaa rannalla ihmeteltyämme löytyi mies, joka jostain syystä osasi näistä kertoa vaikka ei ollut TUI hlökuntaa.

Keine Infos wo das Barbecue statt findet dann war es kein Barbecue sondern gab nur paar Gerichte zum auswählen aber keine Infos welches Restaurant etc. Abholung war auch ein Chaos den der Bus der kommen sollte mit der 42 Kamm nie sind dann mit eine andere heimgefahren nach einer warte Zeit von 30 Minuten

When we arrived at St Nicks it was a little unclear what the protocol was as we just got dropped off by the coach driver and there was no rep or instructions. But that was quickly resolved. We also were not told we would have to walk up the road to meet the coaches - which was not a problem we just didn’t know. With the included food we just had fries as there are not many GF options. But we loved the beach and the activities and had an amazing time.

Such good value for money, if we had more time here we would have done it again, the beach is stunning and with lunch and a drink plus the sun loungers and the banana boat ride included it was a bargain, I would highly recommend this trip to anyone

Whole experience was good. Only downside was the wait for food and it appearing to be that those that paid for their food received their order before those on the trip with a food ticket(3 of our party waited 45 mins for a burger and the other 2 35 minutes). Having said that it was the nicest burger have had in a long time.

Coach ran on Greek.time ;buy we had been warned about this. Had to transfer our coaches half way through and not told why. Beach was lovely and had to pay for sunbeds (some of them,). Food was not quite what we were expecting especially after we had specifically asked about this...very limited choice..the food was nice just not what we expected.

Beach is clean and tidy, plenty on offer to do. Bar and food is close to the beach and they will even deliver to your sunbed. Toilets clean.

I got to know the owners, they are a family half Greek half British, really lovely and helpful, the food is nice, I'm gluten free so I had chips which were large portion, there's a decent menu with normal priced food, healthy options and kids options. There's some lovely dogs there owned by the family. There's water sports that go slow for young kids my son who is 7 and quote nervous went on alone and enjoyed it he went on again. The prices are reasonable. There's a church you can walk too.

The beach and the bar were excellent water sports were good what let it down was we spent a lot of time asking people where we were to suppose to go (which area of the beach and which beach as there were 2) Then we had to find out where to get the tickets for the sun beds, for lunch and for water sports.The driver just dump us on the car park and all he could tell us was that he would pick us up at 5pm in the car park which never happened we had to walk all the way down to the main road.

Excellent location & availability of watersports. Quite pricey to book experiences but definitely worth it when you also purchase the photos. Team were friendly just disappointed that we missed our banana boat session as was busy sorting photos. Unable to use an alternative experience. But overall would definitely visit again.

Excellent value for money. The big and little kids enjoyed the banana boat which came included in the price. Food selection was limited which again was included in price but very tasty and good portions too. Price of other activities were reasonable but discount price was only applicable on cash payments which we didn’t get as not aware of this clause. Overall an excellent trip and well worth doing!

Definitely good value for money, and would do it again. However, very little information of what to do. Dropped off by coach driver and told to be back for 4 and that was it - didn’t know where to go or how to redeem the ride or food/drink we had paid for. Wasn’t hard to figure out but would’ve been easier to have been given some instructions first. No lockers to store valuables in, so bear that in mind. Food was lovely and the water rides were great fun!

Leuk waren de excursies en dat alles geregeld is. Ook de betrouwbaarheid is erg fijn omdat het via een Nederlands bedrijf gaat. Veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid dus. Minder leuk was dat de app het niet altijd goed deed. Op een gegeven moment was het luxe boot tocht hoppen vol maar dat gaf de app niet aan. Ik kwam er niet door heen.

Lovely beach and good value. Lunch service appalling (we're still waiting for one meal!) Communication for return journey could be much improved - no time given until we chased the driver to ask - and no location given (bus was much further up the road from where we were dropped off and we only found it after asking other drivers).
