Enjoyed the whole day. The hot springs were not very hot but read reviews beforehand so was prepared. Loved visiting Thirasia & having lunch at the top with stunning views overlooking Santorini.

We were quickly directed to our boat and the journey to the volcano then exploring was very enjoyable. Waiting whilst a small number of the group swam was fine although 2 hours on Thirassia was bizarre given there was nothing to see or do there other than get a meal. Our rep did not have the best command of English and was no where to be found when we were trying to find the coach back to Perissa. The other rep refused to answer informing us that she was sorting out her group first.

The trip was excellent as were the guides the only issue was when arriving back there was no bus to take us home and nobody could really explain what was happening. Eventually the buses turned up,

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Smooth pick-up, easy boarding, and not overcrowded at all. The hike was a great experience, with card or cash accepted for entry. Hot springs were beautiful, and we had lovely free time on Thirasía with great spots to swim or eat. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Despite other reviews, I had no issues at all, everything was well organised and great value for money.

This trip was really good value for money, the description of the trip on the TUI app did not include everything that would be included on the trip and at the start of the trip it wasn't really clear what was happening. But really enjoyed it and well worth the money.

Our guide was excellent once we were on the boat and actually on the trip. The info provided by Tui was poor and it would have been nice to have been given more info regarding our pick up, i,e, what vehicle to look for, car registration, company being used, driver name, etc.

Our experience was fantastic, our guide Yanis was very friendly and told us all about the history of Santorini. We had plenty of time at each of the stops to take in the views and do some activities. Only thing was we had to wait a while once we got back for our bus, but they were very apologetic and sorted it quickly.

Thermal springs are more of a lukewarm, but still fun. The hike to the crater is quite demanding just as a warning, but plenty of stopping points if you aren't feeling 100% up to it

The guide was really friendly and gave lots of information about the islands. The captain and crew were also very attentive about customer well-being. Improvements would be to summarise the tour and clothing attire in the booking confirmation. Also, to repair the toilets and consider seating upstairs so some customers do t have to face to bar. The slushies were delicious and restaurant recommendations good. Improve access to Thirasia as stairs too steep or give more time on this island.

Pick up from hotel was on time. Bus journey to port took one hour. Organisation at port was chaotic, we were left waiting in bright sunshine with no shade for an hour before embarking the boat. Trip was good, although time visiting the volcano was a little short. On return, tour guides disappeared immediately and we were left to work out what to do. Our coach was not available, although luckily a local organised a mini bus to return us to the hotel. A good trip was marred by poor organisation

Me and my wife loved this trip. It was very physical in the heat but well worth the challenge for the views provided at the end (the top of the volcano). My only comment would be that when visiting the hot springs after, the water is very dirty and it left marks on our swim suits. Other than that, we loved the tip and the boat ride back provided a different view of Fia and Oia.

There needs to be more information and communication. Examples. When we got off the coach at the port there was no one to tell us where we needed to go or what boat we were going on. Instead we queued up with lots of other confused tourists hoping someone would show us where we needed to go. Similarly the same thing happened when we got off the boat back at the port trying to find the coach. They are supposed to be numbered but our coach had no number card and the driver spoke no english

We loved this experience BUT what they don't tell you is, if you have heart conditions or asthma you can't do the swimming or walk up to the volcano. The trip to the village was brilliant though, we really enjoyed the sightseeing and the village we stopped at. Definitely recommend it.

Fantastic value for money. Boat left the harbour around 10am and didn’t return until around 5pm. Guide Vaso was excellent, very engaging and knowledgeable. Just enough time at each stop and really enjoyable trip for a family of 3 Only downside was the pick up was messy and the return coach dropped us in Fira with no sign of the promised smaller bus transfer to Firastefani. Not unexpected but still not great to have to walk after a long day in the sun.

Booking was a bit confusing as I thought it already knew our location but it had defaulted to another resort pick up. Kelly our rep saved the day and soon got it sorted and confirmed we were to be picked up at our hotel. Guide on boat Anna was very good. Very informative without going over the top. Just enough time at each place so timings OK at locations. Safety was priority. Only downside I thought boat was overcrowded and it was hot and not lots of shade. Drinks reasonably priced.

What a fantastic trip we had. Collected on time and taken to the port directed by our guide Anna to our boat and languages were English and French fantastic translator. Anna looked after us all day with the full use of her knowledge we learnt so much. To actually see a smoking volcano was unbelievable! One disappointment was when we stopped for a swim and lunch. It is not a beach and very stony to get into the water but my husband did manage to paddle. Anna made sure we were on our bus back

Reasonably priced - no food or drink included but drinks and snacks onboard weren’t expensive and lunch of own choice was available in the restaurants on Thirasia. Tour guide was good and very knowledgeable. The boat sailed along the edge of the crater from Oia to Athinios on the way back so could get a closer look at the island. Good trip well worth the money. It was called a half day tour but we left at 8.30 and didn’t get back till 5pm.

Spiros was a fantastic guide, genuinely passionate about the island and its story. Everything was as expected, only pointed would be to notify the passengers of when trainers are needed over flip flops. 20 and 30 somethings can climb the volcano in flip flops and some do…. But trainers are ideal for that part.

The port was like a cattle market. The seatbelt on the bud didn’t work. Lots of pick ups on way. The place where we stopped for 2 hours was very grotty. Other than sitting in a restaurant there was nothing else to do. The beach wasn’t a beach just dirty rocks

Description leads people to expect more from the volcano; needs to be realistic. Beautiful views though so worth the climb. Guide very informative. Swimming was fun but missed the bit where your lovely new white swimming consume gets ruined by the springs which are no where near hot by the way. I wouldn’t have bothered swimming over if I had known. Lunch is lovely but would have liked to have time to walk up to the village. Suggest you cut out the sail by of Oia and let people do that instead.

Looooved the trip! Honestly can’t fault it, highly recommend!! Few tips: make sure you cover your shoulders (if you’re susceptible to sunburn) and wear good shoes when doing the volcano, it’s a tough walk, steep and rocky. Well organised and the staff were perfect, couldn’t fault them whatsoever. Also seen a lot of reviews about chaos at the port after but when you get your ticket when you first arrive at the port, the number in highlighter ink is the number of your bus when your return to port!

A thoroughly enjoyable day from the boat ride, the knowledgable guide, the walk to the volcano craters, swimming in the thermal waters, and time on Thirasia. I would highly recommend this day. Just be ready for the chaos at the port at the end of the day when everyone gets off the boats at once and are trying to work out which bus is theirs. Would have really helped if we’d been told the number in highlighter at the top of our ticket was our bus number.

Well organised tour. Climb to top of volcano was hot and not for anyone with mobility issues but worth the view at the top. The stop off for lunch was just the right amount of time. Lots of other boats so can get a bit crowded.

Hiking up a lot of hills Iin the blazing heat of midday sun was not fun. No warning of this prior to booking. This tour is for people who are avid Volcano enthusiasts and young and fit. The swimming bit was also very rushed so that we could get a spot for lunch at Thirasia before all the other boats with hundreds of tourists arrived. Felt a bit like cattle being herded. Getting the correct coach back to the hotel at the end of the day was organised chaos. Crew friendly & guide very knowledgeable

Picked up on time. Quick drive to port. Very knowledgeable and efficient guide (Anna). Brilliant walk round volcano craters with fabulous views. Then chance to swim in hot springs. Then lunch on Thirassia. Marvellous walk up the cliff with fabulous views. Finally cruise back along the caldera with great views of Oia and Fira. Then quick drive back to our hotel.

Trip was interesting & guide was great - v. knowledgeable & funny. Swimming was good (hot springs & last island). Crew v. helpful. However, boat was v. full with loud music. Last stop there was little shade to eat own food we brought with us as didn’t realise there were places to buy food & drink either on boat or island (misunderstanding!)

The experience generally was good BUT we booked it whilst in santorini, no rep at hotel so we weren’t told we needed a paper copy of the ticket - we and may others with electronic tickets were told to stand to one side whilst all ‘paper copy people’ went on board. This obviously meant we did not have a choice of where we would like to sit. The guide was very good and explained in detail even though he had to do it in 3 languages.

I loved this trip. Full day out on a beautiful boat. Climbing the volcano visiting Thirassia and climbing to the empty village and sitting on the bay. Hot springs weren't very exciting but the view of the island sailing back was fabulous. It felt like every moment was used to best effect. Expect to pay for entry to the volcano.

Anna, our guide was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable and was always chatting to the guests. She was very patient when climbing the volcano and allowed everyone to go at their own pace whilst making sure nobody was left behind. The boat itself was beautiful. A stunning way to see the island. The small bar onboard added to the experience and was overall an absolutely wonderful day!

The tour itself was good, however the start of the trip was poorly run, You really need a TUI rep about, to go through the process. One crew member was very rude, and when you asked for help, you were dismissed for those that had reps and he even stated do you want to get on this boat!

Getting to each of the three stops on the big wooden boat was amazing and the staff were great. Something the booking doesn’t tell you is to take actual cash as this is required to get up the volcano - €5 each, they do not accept card. At each of the three stops we were given plenty of time to relax

Bit too disorganised and rushed got off the bus and wasn't told what boat we was on it was chaos and we has to queue twice as we didn't have the covid form to fill in. The driver on the way back by the time we got up to get off at our stop he just drove off so we had to get off at the next one.

After the bus dropped us off at the location we had no instruction and kept been sent from one queue to the other... Eventually we had to be put into the boat where the main language was Italian even though we booked the tour in English, because the English your boat was overbooked :(
