Transfer pick and drop off up was very easy, efficient and ontime, all staff were informative and helpful. We were had a very special and memorable time on the boat watching dolphins for 45 mins befroe heading back to the port, breakfast was on the way back to port with a selection of hot drinks, fruit juice or water and croissants

Ja wir haben Delphine gesehen, aber es ist voll der Massentourismus! Die Crew hat genau gar nichts kommuniziert, keine Erklärung, keine Musik, keine Infi bezüglich Frühstück. Man wird rausgefahren, schaut due Delphine an, fährt zurück und danke tschüss! Die nächsten bitte! Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und bucht ein kleines Boot, kostet etwas mehr, aber da bekommt ihr ein richtig tolles Erlebnis!

Ein sehr guter Trip mit reichlich Delfinbeobachtungen, man sollte jedoch wirklich seetauglich, es haben sich auch bei bereits wenig Wellengang fast die hälfte der Teilnehmer-/innen übergeben. Die Crew war jedoch gut vorbereitet und hatte alles an Board, um die Angelegenheit zu regelen.

Der Busfahrer hatte die Information der TUI Gäste nicht auf seiner Liste. Zum Glück hat er uns trotzdem mitgenommen. Die Mitarbeiter auf dem Katamaran haben überhaupt keine Anweisungen gegeben. Es wäre schön gewesen 1-2i Sätze zum Ablauf zu haben oder auch eine Instruktion, was man machen darf und was nicht. Erst am Schluss beim anlegen durften die Kinder dann auch auf das Netz des Katamaran, obwohl es vorher von der TUI Mitarbeiterin gesagt wurde, dass das jederzeit möglich wäre.

Wir hatten eine wirklich fantastische Delfinbeobachtungstour und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Crew war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat gemerkt, dass den Mitarbeitern das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt, sie waren aufmerksam, professionell und haben für eine tolle Atmosphäre an Bord gesorgt.Die Tiere in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung zu beobachten, war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis was für immer in Erinnerung bleibt. Rearranged by provider for the next day which was fine but poor communication with that aswell I had to email 3 times for confirmation and then Transfer did not arrive to collect us at 5.20am as stated, waited from 4,55am u til 6.20am on the last day of our holiday. Tui communication was almost non existent when asking for refund, really put a downer on our last day

Ich kann über die Tour leider nichts sagen da wir nicht abgeholt wurden. Wir mussten bei der Buchung das Hotel angeben und dachten es wäre damit erledigt. Sie warteten zwar 10 Minuten, riefen aber weder das Hotel an noch uns wo wir sind. Der Treffpunkt war heiße 4 Fahrminuten vom Treffpunkt entfernt. Als wir den Kommentar auf den Tickets bemerkten war es schon zu spät: Sobald sie ihr Geld haben wird sich nicht mehr gekümmert, sehr schade, Geld ist weg. Wir haben uns sehr auf den Ausflug gefreut

Personal sprach kein deutsch wie gebucht und Frühstuck hat aus zwei in Plastik abgepacktes "Süßgebäck" welches schon älter geschmeckt hat war. Delfine konnte man sehen aber Preisleistung leider nicht gegeben.

Diese Tour kann ich nur als traumhaft bezeichnen. Das frühe Aufstehen hat sich definitiv gelohnt! Allein das in den Sonnenaufgang fahren war schon toll. Wir konnten eine ganze Gruppe von Delfinen sehen. Obwohl mehrere Boote vor Ort waren, hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, dass die Tiere bedrängt wurden. Das war mir persönlich wichtig. Die Crew war sehr hilfsbereit im Umgang mit einer Dame mit Rollator. Einfach nur toll!!! Ich hatte Bedenken wegen evtl Seegang. Unbegründet, war kein Problem.

We loved the boat trip, it was wonderful to see the dolphins in their home. Lots of dolphins and we got to watch them for what seemed like ages. Plenty of space on the deck for everyone to get a good view. The only gripe I have is about the pickup. The booking said 5am but the bus didn’t arrive until 5:53 with no apology or explanation, terribly disrespectful of our time especially at that time of day.

The staff were very friendly. Helping anybody who wasn't feeling well. Giving blankets out when anybody was feeling cold. Telling us when the dolphins were coming. Giving us refreshments after we had seen the dolphins when we were on our way back. A wonderful experience and we'll worth the money.

Es wurde ein Frühstück und zusätzlich Kaffee und Tee angeboten. Der Kaffee war halb kalt. Das Frühstück bestand nur aus billigem trockenem fertig abgepacktem Gebäck. Da hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Freezing cold at 5am bus was over 45 minutes late. Crew rushed everyone aboard. Sea was choppy, no one can control. However, captain drove so fast to make time up, boat hit the waves so hard most people aboard got soaked adding to the cold, rest of the ride was extremely unsteady. Sun rise was nice. Half hour of setting off at least 30% of passenger were vomiting. Crew where great handing out sick bags. Arrive to see 2 dolphins, 5 mins later. Captain turned boat and headed back to shore. Naff.

Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir, das der Busfahrer trotz angekündigter 20 späterer Abholung, nochmals mit ca. 30 Min Verspätung dazu kam. Also anstatt ursprünglich 5:00 Uhr erst ca. 5:50 Uhr ankam. Die Reise war mit ca. 4,5 Std. angesetzt wovon die Busfahrt von ca. 1 Std. wegging. Also eigentlich nur 3,5 Std. war. Und am Boot die Toilette defekt war. Ansonsten war es sehr schön. Auch das Decken ausgegeben wurden, war sehr hilfreich, da ich die Temperatur unterschätzt hatte.

Die Crew war sehr zuvorkommend, verteilten gleich am Anfang Decken für alle. Das "Frühstück" konnte man nicht Frühstück nennen, es waren lediglich abgepackte Croissants und Blätterteigschnecken. Getränkeauswahl war gut, es gab erst auf dem Rückweg etwas zu trinken. Was wir blöd fanden, das wir ebenfalls zu einer Ansammlung an Booten gefahren sind und so Delfine nur teilweise sehen konnten weil sich natürlich alle dahin gestürzt hatten. Aber alles in einem sehr schöner Ausflug.

Die Crew war unheimlich nett. Im Dunklen ging es 1 Stunde raus zu den Delfinbänken. Dort haben sie so gedreht, dass man sie beobachten konnte. Als einigen Kindern vom Schaukeln des Schiffes schlecht wurde, hatten sie Tüten vorbereitet, ständig getauscht und ?? verteilt. Auf der Rückfahrt gab es Kaffee, Tee, Saft und eingepackte Kuchen als kleines Frühstück. Auf dem Boot war ausreichend Platz für die Gäste, es gab 2 saubere WC.

Es war ein rundum Wahnsinns Erlebnis, ja man muss früh aufstehen, man wird dafür sowas von belohnt! Auf dem Katamaran, Richtung Sonnenaufgang und zur Krönung die Delfine. Ein Erlebnis welches wir nie vergessen werden und jedem empfehlen. Einfach magisch und Balsam für die Seele. Unser Sohn war begeistert. Leider hat auf dem Boot keiner deutsch gesprochen. Und ich bin garnicht seekrank aber der Wellengang ist auch für den besten Margen nichts. Und ich rate das mann Frühstück den auf leeren Magen ist es sich ganz schlecht. Das Personal ist aber so nett das sie sofort kommen wenns einen nicht gut geht und tüten mit Tempo anbieten.

Un réveil très tôt pendant les vacances qui vaut le coup. Juste un moment suspendu au lever du soleil, on aurait aimé qu'il dure un peu plus longtemps, tellement c'était beau de voir les dauphins nager autour du bateau, dans la lumière du jour levant.

Pünktliche Abholung um 5 Uhr, etwa eine Stunde später ging es direkt mit dem Katamaran los. Die Fahrt zu den Delfinen dauerte ca. eine Stunde – mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Vor Ort blieben wir ca. 30 Minuten, danach ging es zurück. Der Wellengang war anfangs ruhig, später stärker. Unsere Kinder (7 und 2 Jahre) vertrugen das Schaukeln leider nicht und mussten sich übergeben. Die Crew war sehr aufmerksam und unterstützend. Tipp: Für kleine Kinder am besten etwas gegen Seekrankheit mitnehmen.

Insgesamt war der Ausflug ein gelungener Ausflug. Kleine Kritik geht an das Frühstück. Für über 60 Euro pro Person sollte mehr als nur ein abgepacktes Milchbrötchen drin sein. Wir waren eine 4-Köpfige Familie = 240 Euro. Auch weil es als Frühstück beworben wird. Gern verbessern und anderen Teilnehmern ein tolles Bootsfrühstück anbieten.

Wurde freundlich in Empfang genommen. Das Team war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar eine Decke haben alle bekommen, da es noch früh am Morgen und windig war. Negativ war gar nichts. Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis die Delfine in der freien Natur zu erleben. Leider konnte mein Mann es nicht genießen, da er Krank im Hotelzimmer bleiben musste.

Das Erlebnis an sich war schön. Ja man hat Delphine gesehen für 10-15 Min! Aber Transfer mit Bus fast 1h, mit dem Katamaran gute 50 min bis zur Stelle an dem die Delphine sich zeigten und dann ging es nach 15 min wieder die selbe Zeit zurück!!! Das war insgesamt einfach zu kurz zu dem Rest, daher würde ich es nicht mehr machen

Positiv: Delfine bei Sonnenaufgang! Was will man mehr? (Organisationsseitig: Gut organisierte Abholung, komfortable Fahrt auf dem Katamaran, nettes Personal.) Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein bisschen Material für den Kontext der Delfinbeobachtung, also über die Tiere, deren Verhalten und Lebensweise im Mittelmeer, z.B. als Broschüre an Bord, oder auf der Fahrt per Erklärung wäre nett! Erzählen Sie mir was über diese faszinierenden Tiere ;)

Die Tour hat meinen Kindern (8 und 10 Jahre) sehr gefallen. Wir haben den Sonnenaufgang staunend beobachtet und auch Delfine gab es zu sehen. Auch die Rückfahrt an der Küste entlang war traumhaft. Leider sollte man tatsächlich nur auf das Boot, wenn man keine Gleichgewichtsprobleme hat und man Seefest ist. Ich konnte, das Erlebnis leider daher nicht genießen. Die Mannschaft war aber sehr nett und hat mich mit Spuckbeuteln unterstützt. Es waren trotzdem drei sehr lange Stunden.

Perfect experience in timing. Effective pick up for transfer, length of time getting out to dolphin area very good. We saw dolphins, terrific and time spent with them was hopefully not too intrusive. Welcome by transfer driver and catamaran team really nice. Blankets a nice touch. Breakfast was a practical hot or cold drinks and pastries…very welcome. Highly recommended.

Wir wurden morgens um 5 Uhr abgeholt und ca 40 Minuten mit dem Bus chauffiert. Dann ging es auf den Katamaran. Wir wurden in Decken eingemummelt und los ging es. Wir konnten den Sonnenaufgang genießen und ca eine Stunde Delphine beobachten. Traumhaft. An Bord ein kleines Picknick und dann ging es zurück. Ich würde es wieder buchen und unser 8jähriger Enkel war sehr begeistert. Er durfte auch mit dem käptn am Steuer ein Foto machen.

Liked the coach transfer to main boat (rather than boat transfer offered on previous dolphin watch). Saw dolphins. Crew feeding seagulls was also entertaining. Blankets provided on boat (6 am so dark & cold), Didn’t like fact that transfer coach was 30 mind late so we’d been waiting 45 mins in the cold & dark at 5 am. The boat was too crowded so there was a scramble to get a good view. Breakfast wasn’t much & no facility online to let them know I was gluten free so no gf option

Dolfijnen gezien te hebben was natuurlijk het hoogtepunt. Maar vond ik het geld waard? Nee. Zijn 15 minuten bij de dolfijnen geweest voor de rest alleen aan het varen. Ontbijt stelde niks voor. Goedkope kleine broodjes.. Daarnaast was het qua transfer gedoe. Eerste keer hebben ze me niet opgehaald. Tweede keer bijna half uur te laat waardoor we zonsopgang redelijk gemist hebben. JAMMER!

Die Crew an Board war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Leider war einigen Mitreisenden übel durch den Wellengang (die Hinfahrt zu den Delfinen ging ca. 1+1/4 Stunden). Hier wurden diese Gäste betreut (Versorgung mit Tüten und Zewa ;-)) Es gab an Board ein Frühstück mit Kaffee, Kakao, O-Saft, Croissants und kleinen süßem Gebäck. Die Crew war jederzeit ansprechbar für Wünsche oder Fragen. Es war ein schöner Ausflug.

Die Bus kam fast 40 min zu spät. Nicht so toll um 5.00 morgens. Nach 20 min haben wir beim TUI Kundenservice angerufen. Die Dame versprach zu klären wo der Bus bleibt und sich gleich wieder zu melden. Auf den Anruf warten wir heute noch. Als wir dann gerade gehen wollten kam der Bus doch noch.

Well organised trip and really pleased we did it. Although I didn't expect a full English breakfast, what was classed as breakfast was a small croissant in a packet with coffee! Overall the experience was great and would highly recommend, we got to see the dolphins which is what we wanted and hoped for!

Die Bootsfahrt umd das Team war wirklich toll. Sie waren auch sehr bemüht, dass jeder auf dem Boot die Delphine sieht. Am Tag vor dem Ausflug haben wir eine E-Mail erhalten, welche nicht unser Ausflug betraf. Dank nachfrage unsererseits konnte dies genug früh geklärt werden. Danach wurde uns ein neuer Abholort mit neuer Zeit mitgeteilt. Der Bus, welcher uns Abholen sollte war 30 Minuten zu spät. Auch der Treffpunkt war nicht klar beschrieben. Preis/Leistung nicht i.o.

The pick up was on time, the catamaran was comfortable and felt very safe, the staff were not over friendly or chatty and didn’t attempt to make any conversation or talk about the trip or give any added information to the passengers. We did see dolphins which was amazing and the whole point of the trip. The breakfast offered was very basic and not very nice however, I’m not sure it can be classed as continental breakfast! However overall we enjoyed the experience
