You'll lie prone on your board with fins on your feet for propulsion, and you'll sledge downriver. Instructors are on hand to ensure you live it to the full.

What to remember
Minimum age, accompanied by an adult and depending on the river flow, is 16 in spring and 12 in summer
Bring sunglasses with strap

Not suitable for guests who can't swim
