We kregen een boekingsbevestiging met 'n heel ander hotel dan waar we verbleven (standaard toegewezen). De ophaallocatie was niet concreet, alleen een vage aanwijzing van een rotonde bij een hotel. Bleek achteraf een bushalte om de hoek te zijn. Geen maps.locatie ofzo. De bus was 10 minuten te laat.
