Blev uppmötta direkt på flygplatsen av en guide som visade oss till incheckning och senare en separat säkerhetskontroll. Gick väldigt snabbt och smidigt. Själva loungen på Coral hade lite mat och ganska trångt.

Didn't get fast-tracked through security, met a rep at departures and was told could only access the service after passport control. So I basically paid just to use the lounge, which had no savoury options, and all curries and stir fries, which I was a bit sick of by that point. I’ve previously used similar services at other airports and they were far superior

Själva servicen var bra, men informationen inför servicen var under all kritik. Trots att vi i förhand frågade personal från TUI på hotellet vart vi skulle ta vägen på flygplatsen fick vi som svar att personal från TUI skulle möta oss på flygplatsen. När vi kom dit var dock ingen från TUI där. Ett dyrt telefonsamtal till TUI kundtjänst gav oss inte heller några svar. Vi fick själva fråga oss fram och förstod till slut att personal från Coral kunde hjälpa oss vid ingång 3.

the fasttrack was very good. the young lady could not have been more helpful, but on arrival at the lounge it was overcrowded and we had a struggle to find a seat. i had to stand so my wife could sit. as we are both 85 it wasn't good . we hope to use you next year and to see if you if it has improve

Super service og noget vi helt sikkert vi gør igen. Dog var der sket en fejl så så de kunne ikke se vi havde betalt for billetten og havde derfor meget ventetid før vi kom videre

Vores via TUI bookede transfer var 30 (!) min forsinket - ingen tid os imod ved afgangshallen, ingen Fast-Track - Emma (lokal guide) reagerede hverken på Whatsapp eller opkald - vi kom dermed til loungen 13.42 og kunne være der samlet i 20 min inden vi skulle til Boarding - intet af ydelsen blev dermed givet - jeg vil have mine penge retur!

Ingen kom och hjälpte till med väskorna, andra har klagat på detta också, så bättre synk mellan transport och mottagning eller ta bort den delen av tjänsten. Väldigt packat med folk i loungen, enbart muslimsinspirerad mat, borde finnas NÅGOT med fläsk eller nöt i alla fall. Service genom pass o säkerhet var suverän

Eneste mangler var at vi viste ikke personalet fra loungen ville vente på os uden for…. Så vi gik ind i lufthavnen og viste ikke hvad vi skulle gøre. Men da vi endelig fandt ham var det super fint

När jag bokade på hotellet så fick jag besked om att någon person från TUI med deras blå skjorta skulle ta emot oss på flygplatsen. När vi anlände fanns ingen som tog emot oss. Fick själva checka in gick därefter till coralsservice disk inne på flygplatsen och undrade varför vi inte blivit emottagna som sagts. Då visade sig att det inte var någon personal från TUI som skulle ta emot oss på flygplatsen. Hade ni från TUI sagt detta från början, Därför kräver jag återbetalning på 750 kronor.Ingmar

The service was amazing we used this service in 2023 However the service has much improved and the lounge was wonderful. The service was faultless going through the airport the 2 chaperones were friendly and professional. Well worth the price. We’ll certainly use this service again

the escorted trip through the airport was made so easy by the guide it was almost a pleasure. unfortunately we were a party of 4 with only 1 guide ,so had to push 1 trolly .we were all over 80. the lounge seemed crowded but i t was with tables and chairs. to close together. we will do it again

The food was nice and the lounge very comfortable. A couple of things that were slightly disappointing was that children are permitted, there was a crying child there the whole time. The object of booking the lounge is to relax before a flight. One of our group is a nervous traveller and the crying baby didn't help. Sadly, the toilets were not great, no paper towels and an awful smell.

Fra når bagagen var tjekket ind til at jeg stod i loungen Efter sikkerheden Var der gået under 10 minutter da man springer den lange kø Over ?? Kunne bare godt tænke mig at de fandt på en anden Løsning end at sætte klistermærke på tøjet for man kan se at man har adgang til loungen og kan gå og som du vil, men bærer du en rygsæk så får du hurtig skubbet den af og så kan du ikke komme ind igen hvis du mister klistermærke.

Kanon! Blev uppmött direkt när vi klev av transfern och väskorna omhändertagna så man slapp bära dom själv. Guiden följde med genom alla kontroller och sen lämnade i loungen där mat å dryck fanns att tillgå =)
