What to expect
The sunshine and laidback Mediterranean feel of Cyprus are what visitors the world over come to enjoy, and this half-day BBQ cruise lets you do just that. Departing from Paphos harbour, you'll spend four hours out at sea with the chance to swim, snorkel, sunbathe, and completely chill-out with live entertainment and an on-board BBQ.Depending on the weather, we'll sail towards the scenic Coral Bay or Timi Bay where we'll then drop anchor for you to enjoy a delicious freshly cooked BBQ lunch served on the top deck al-fresco. All-inclusive local drinks will also be served on the top deck and quality music will complete the summer atmosphere.While you sip on your iced drink you can take in the on-board entertainment or freshen-up with a dip in the water. You and the kids will be able to snorkel in the azure Mediterranean water creating lasting memories of your holiday in Cyprus. So, come along and sit back, relax, and get into the holiday groove with a BBQ cruise.

It was a brilliant trip! Excellent food and service. The only downside was that when booking the confirmation didn't tell you the name of the boat so when you arrived at the harbour- there was confusion as there were so many different boat trips all leaving at the same time. It didn't spoil the trip!

Amazing day from start to finish, great team on board who are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The whole day was so much fun and the live entertainment was also amazing. We had the best time and would highly recommend this trip to anyone. We would definitely do it again if we came back to Cyprus.

Great experience, allocated sunbeds, however no option to choose which deck you are on. I would not have chosen top deck as it makes me feel sick, hence I did feel sick and could not sample the food in case I was sick on the way home. The boat sways from side to side constantly, not sure if it's down to the size of the boat but smaller boat cruises I have been on didn't do this and I was fine. The tour was certainly well organised though and the food had good reports from the rest of my family

Pic up was delayed Waited at agreed time , nothing arrived Tried to speak to TUI staff on site none were available Reception was unhelpful as it was a prebook activity with TUI No updates provided of pic up time Eventually a driver waved from other side of road who turned around for our pic up 35 mins after standing in the sun waiting for a 10:20 time for the event Not good ! The boat was fantastic, staff were amazing , could not fault it at all , fun relaxing day !

From the ease of booking the trip with the Tui rep, to arriving back at Kefalos Beach Village by coach, everything was fabulous. Transfers were on time. The Wave Dancer is a wonderful boat. Owner Joseph is lovely as are all staff and the performers. The included BBQ lunch is fabulous. The included drinks are great. We will be booking on the trip again next year.

We were looking for a cruise on the Friday (10th July) following a hectic day on the Thursday (wedding). We looked at the vouchers but couldn't decide. I am 75 and my wife is 82 and uses a mobility scooter much of the time, so we wanted something fairly sedate and not too long. We went to see the excellent TUI rep Rebecca at our hotel (Mare Paphos) and she recommended this cruise. It was perfect. Just right for us. Plenty to see and an excellent BBQ lunch. Thank you, Rebecca. You are a diamond!

Everything about this trip was amazing! Lovely boat with sun beds which made for an extremely chilled time. The staff were great & very friendly. The food was AMAZING! All inclusive bar with a great variety of drinks. Live music and a brilliant party vibe on the way back to the harbour. Fantastic vale for money and would highly recommend! 🙂

Lovely cruise along the coast with information as you went along, live music from a pretty accomplished guitar player and vocals. Staff were lively fun loving and made the experience so much more personal. The food was spot on absolutely delicious and the bay we docked in was crystal blue water really good visuals I swear I saw an octopus that promptly disappeared camouflaged against the track it was on. Great for a family with little ones as it’s not too long a day for them.

Op de boot was alles super,het eten,de muziek,de entertainment,de drankjes,het zwemmen,echt geweldig allemaal!! Enige min puntje was dat vanuit de bus niemand ons vertelde welke boot we moesten hebben. Liggen er zo veel. Na drie keer in de rij hebben gestaan waren we eigenlijk bij de goede boot. Een aandachtspuntje voor TUI.

We were never collected for the trip, which resulted in us wasting several hours of our day. We were offered a replacement trip the following day, but this meant missing an activity the rest of our group were taking part in. My son was also burnt by the onboard BBQ. It was not covered, and there were no warning signs to indicate it was hot. Our overall experience was really good, we were picked up close to hotel. Spent time on board to look around before sailing. Entertainment was great. Information about Paphos was great. Everywhere was clean, toilets were immaculate. Bbq lunch was amazing, plenty of choice including pudding. Bar staff were also great, serving wonderful cocktails. Disappointing experience overall. We boarded early and were among the first passengers on the boat, yet most of the sunbeds had already been marked as reserved. This seemed unfair, especially for those who arrived on time. We were also told that the trip would head west and include viewing a shipwreck, which was one of the main reasons we booked. The whole experience was great from start to finish. What’s not to like, free flowing drinks, freshly prepared & cooked food, there was even a dessert. Staff were very friendly and attentive and there was even live music which was fantastic. We were even escorted back to the transfer bus once it was over. Would 100% recommend this.

Our pick up time was supposed to be 9.45am our room was facing the road my wife saw a bus waiting at 9am So we checked and it was our pick up so we missed breakfast. Then they couldn't find our booking at the harbour so they put us on the wrong boat. Then they put us on a open top wedding bus for our return. After waiting they came and took us off and put us another bus. It took from 15.00 to 17.15 to return to our hotel. This as been reported to our rep and she said its unacceptable.

This was our 5th Wave Dancer trip & will not be our last. Guaranteed to be a great experience very time. The staff are brilliant. The BBQ always plentiful and freshly cooked. Entertainment gets everyone in the mood & makes everyone want more… Pick up time 9.30am and be prepared for up to a 20 minute delay. Knowing we would be one of the first pick ups we decided to get there at 9am. At 9.20am the coach sailed past us, it did the same at 9.35am. We were eventually picked up at 10am as we gave up

We stayed at the Louis Ledra hotel and it was excellent. Our Rep Melissa booked the boat trip for us on Friday 8.5.26. Very well organised with the pick up from hotel straight to boat, staff onboard were fantastic, lunch was superb and entertainment excellent. Enjoyed the swim stop too. Would definitely do this again.

The service was impeccable the food was great was a bit nervous on the fish it didn’t seem cooked properly but everything else WOW. The rep on board was extremely helpful with keeping me safe when going on the water and reassured me I wouldn’t look a prat with life jacket on and “so what these people ain’t gonna see ya again” This gave me the confidence to not miss out on a ********** freezing 😂 but great moment.The music was awesome and not too much not too little.

My mum is disabled and Mo and the team were on hand all the way to help her, the service was amazing and nothing was too much for them! Highly recommend, it’s a great fun filled day and the food was divine! Entertainment was great and very clean onboard. Cannot recommend this experience enough. A huge thank you to Mo! ?

This was our 5th trip on Wave Dancer. As always everywhere was spotlessly clean. The crew and entertainment were amazing and a large party of Scottish travellers made for a truly outstanding atmosphere. The food as usual was excellent as was the bar service. It made for a special element of my wife’s birthday celebrations. Next time we visit Cyprus we will book Wave Dancer as we feel it is the best boat trip to go on…

The staff on the boat were absokutely fabulous and couldn't do enough for you however our bus driver was extremely late. Everybody that was stood waiting was panicking thinking it wasn't turning up meaning we were the last to board the boat. I also noticed that we didn't have the same entertainment as others - this trip had come highly recommended and a friend had been on it a couple of days prior and ours was very minimal in comparison. Also bus driver dropped us in a very unsafe location

Heel gezellige bootexcursie met comfortabele ligzetels, livemuziek en koord-hoepel show. Gratis drank en heerlijke bbq. De zwemstop tijdens bbq was wat te lang, daar men de show eraan verbond en men lang aan boord zat terwijl deze stilstond. Mss beter 1 ervoor en dan nog eentje erna.

It was a great cruise and the staff were fab and helpful...particularly as there was a very big swell !! Its good value if you drink alot, but if not then it's expensive. I think the acrobatic lady was out of place on a boat and I personally didnt find it entertaining.

The whole trip was extremely good. Value for money very good too. We couldn’t hear the guide very well over the tannoy and didn’t see any of the entertainment because we were in the shaded, seated area so felt a little excluded.

Alles was zo als gepland transfer naar de boot. De boot was comfortabel en het mooie was springen van het platform echt gaaf. Daarna lekker BBQ aan boord lekker gegeten. En verder was er goede live musc de Nederlandse zangeres heeft een goede stem power ful gitarist was ook erg goed. Het was een mooie enerverende dagje uit.

There wasn't enough time to swim. Abiut 30min before lunch, then lunch and we were off again. While the entertainment was entertaining, I think either the cruise should be advertised as high energy or relaxing. I didn't appreciate constantly being told I was sleepy and I'm on holiday so should be dancing more.

Trip was great but as a disabled person I found it difficult to actually use the disabled toilet because people used it rather than the others. Also I reserved a seat at the front of the coach for the return trip but ended up sat next to a family half way down the coach.

This trip was the the gift that kept on giving. Transport to the boat was timely and air conditioned. Boat itself was superb. 3 decks, plenty of sunbeds and other seating that offered shade if needed. Food was excellent, finally a decent sausage in Cyprus! The staff made this trip though especially Joseph the guide, incredible passion, knowledge and humour he brought the trip to life. Great live music, Joseph was also a magician who entertained everybody. Plus a trio of Mexican trampolinists

I really liked the entire offering. The trip was great. My only issue is with the sea and there is nothing you can do about that. I am usually fine on boats and ships but this time, due to choppy conditions - I felt very sick. The food and drink was great. Entertainment was great. I would say it was expensive in comparison to similar offerings but then you don’t get the piece of mind guaranteed with this this TUI booked trip.

Boarded the Wave Dancer 1 we were given seats at the back of the boat which was good for us as the sea was a bit choppy going out to the Bay where they anchored for swimming and the BBQ on board which was absolutely brilliant well worth the money

Everything was really lovely, the entrainment was very good , the Mexican boys were brilliant! The singer was very good , the ?? was absolutely amazing ! Food was super tasty and plenty of it , and so were the drinks ! The whole experience was definitely worth the money and I would do it all over again. My only little niggle would be if you can find a way to provide a bit more shade for people that want it that will be lovely.

This was great from the moment we got to the boat to the time we left. The entire team were amazing. Acrobatic team, dancers and the the singer were amazing. Music, fun and memories made. The swim stop was beautiful and is catered for everyone. BBQ was incredible with a huge variety of food. We were also lucky enough to spot turtles. If you do a boat trip this is the one to do. You will not be disappointed. Would recommend to everyone!

Great experience. First time taking my children on a boat trip (11 and 13) and they loved it. Great day out from start to finish, food was an amazing and lots of nice drinks. Service was outstanding with great entertainment. Lots of shade and tables available. I would highly recommend and would book again for a family day out - thank you

The boat trip was sold to us as a family package experience. What we received was nothing short of a ‘booze cruise’. People on the trip were there for the unlimited drinks, which we had specifically asked to not be on this type of trip. What we asked for and what we got were the total opposite. We feel like we were sold an experience rather than something we had requested, which was a family orientated. Very disappointed in the hotel TUI reps.
