What to expect
Take a bite out of Tamir village life as you hit the local markets with your chef-come-guide to pick the fresh ingredients that you'll turn into lunch – with a little expert help. As your creation cooks slowly over the fire, it's time to dial up the adrenaline with a quad-bike tour. You'll spend an hour roaring along the coastal trails, climbing up and whizzing down the Timlalin Sand Dunes. Then, dust off the sand and settle in for the mouthwatering Moroccan lunch you made earlier.

What to remember
You'll be picked up from your hotel at around 9.00am if you're staying in Agadir and at around 9.30am if you're staying in Taghazout, it's then about a 50-minute drive to Tamri village
