We really enjoyed this experience. We were one of the first collections at 7.15am, we were back in our hotel by around 4pm, so it is a full day. Lindos was incredibly beautiful, a traditional Greek village. Rhodes Old Town was also really lovely, a labyrinth of streets and shops. We had some free time in each place but we really would have liked some more time in Lindos. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable but it would gabr been nice to have more time exploring independently

The trip to Lindos Acropolis was very good. Pick up was in a coach near our hotel. The guide was excellent. Be aware you need to be able to climb steep steps. We had plenty of time to look around. We were then taken to Rhodes old town which was amazing. Well worth it. You get 1 soft drink when arriving at Lindos so take some drinks with you. We had lunch in Rhodes which you get yourself. Shop around and we found a reasonable priced restaurant.

Lindos acropolis was very good, and our lady guide was very informative both at the locations and in the journey to the destination whilst on the bus. The Rhodes old town was ok but not as good only as you get a few hours to walk around which was good, but mainly only shops were tourist and trying to sell mostly the same things. But still an enjoyable experience

Lovely,knowledgable guide.Lindos far to chaotic ,,3 cruise ships in .Climbing steps was soo dangerous,too many people.Main complaint, too much time on coach 2 hours just picking up from different resorts!! .Picks ups should have been split up & bunched together wirh closer resorts .Not enough time in Lindos ,then the coach again .Time we got to Rhodes town ,we made are excuses to the guide & made our own way around & back to the hotel ,which was like freedom again !!This tour was stressful ??

Trip was informative and enjoyable. Details did not reference lunch. As an all day trip, it should have specified lunch not included. It did state soft drinks included but in reality that was one drink. Clearer details are useful

The tour itself was great, the tour guide was very insightful and friendly. We had the correct information on the coach pick up times and the free time was perfect after the tours in both Lindos and Rhodes. It was confusing at the hotel as one coach turned up and said that they were full and left. The second coach was for another tour. We went inside for our rep as we were early and heard a coach and we had to run and luckily it WAS our coach otherwise we would have missed it like others did...

The group was far too big. Everyone was close to the guide but as she was walking people at the back of the group did not have enough signal to be able to hear what she was saying. I missed everything in Rhodes old town because I could not get close enough to get signal

We enjoyed the tour, Emma our guide was friendly and gave a good history of the area. We thought the time at each of the locations was good, enough time to have a good look around the shops. It's a shame it doesn't include a local lunch for the price this would be a good addition.

Emma the tour guide was lovely, very informative, knowledgeable and the humour touches made the trip excellent. My only criticism if you call it that is only one drink was insufficient. In all excellent highly recommend it to anyone. Great driver too.

The acropolis and the Rhodes Old Town were great in themselves, but the entire experience was not worth the money you pay. You would be better off renting a car and seeing it all for yourself. By the time you finished at the acropolis tour you have around 40 minutes of free time and don't get to explore the whole area. Felt very rushed. The bus itself was had nearly any room. I'm 5ft5 and was squashed between the seat in front of me. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Never went due to lack of communication..waited at reception for pick up but unawares to us theres 2 receptions so lost our money and no compromise by Tui at all so am not only disappinted but also angry the way we were treated both pensioners and a genuine error on our part yes but as we wasnt staying in the pickup hotel how would we know about the 2nd reception??

Picked up from our hotel. The trip to Lindos was lovely, quirky little streets and great little shops. The walk upto the acropolis wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. Great views from up there. We had Yanis as our guide and he was very informative. Then onto the medieval town of Rhodes, great to see all the old buildings and learn the history. Thoroughly enjoyed this trip!

A little bit pricey for what you get. And Rhodes old Town visit only included a short walk. A little more time spent on showing the site (3 windmills, Harbour area etc) not just via a quick drive through in the bus would have been nice. The guide was outstanding, very knowledgeable, she made the tour very interesting.

Mooie uitstap. Wel veel trappen in Lindos, maar dat neem ik er graag bij. Rhodos oude stad hadden we al gedaan met de lokale bus, maar bleef de moeite waard om een tweede keer te bezoeken. Gids had heel veel te vertellen en was zeer geëngageerd.

We booked this excursion via the tui app before departing on our holiday. The trip is an early start, picking us up around 8:30am however this was intentional as it means you get to the Lindos Acropolis early, avoiding the worst of the heat and the crowds. We found our tour guide, Steffan, very welcoming and knowledgeable. He was very engaging for all ages. We liked the idea of doing the Rhodes tour on the bus as it means you can stay cool and don’t spend the whole day out in the heat walki

The day seemed very rushed. Not that much time to spend at either site, especially given the distance between the two places. Could benefit from being two separate trips with longer spent at each site. Guide was very good, both personable and knowledgeable. Juggled the visits well in both German and English.

The guide was really smart and got us to Lindos quite early in the morning so we had the double benefit of missing the crowds and also the worst of the day’s heat. The tour worked really well as we also had free time in Lindos village. I thought our guide had worked out the best way for us to sightsee and relax. It was very enjoyable.

Good-Lindos walk to the Acropolis was niceTo improve-Rhodes guided walk seemed a bit rushed and too short, not many attractions seen. It would have been nice to see more. Maybe 20 mins more.Not OK-pick-up instruction not clear:”Outside Asterias Hotel”which means outside the hotel!Not on the main road 100m away!!We almost missed the bus! The same for a French couple.Hard to understand why the pickup is not from the hotel!Why from the main road?Been to many excursions pick-up was always from hotel

Good to get the history from the guide and then have free time to explore. Lots of steps up to top of Lindos Acropolis and very exposed on a hot day. Easy to get lost on way back down but look for the main square church tower and you will be fine. Could have done with more time in Rhodes but understand time restrictions of trip.Full day trip as left hotel at 8:30 and back about 17:00.

The tour was very well organised, we were picked up on time on a lovely air conditioned bus. The tour guide was absolutely amazing, super knowledgable, fun, and gave out clear instructions for the day. We felt completely safe and looked after. Seeing the acropolis was the highlight of my week, absolutely fantastic, well worth a visit. And Rhodes old town is stunning….and full of vibrancy! Lovely bars, entertainment, great architecture. Overall….a fantastic day.

Our guide’s overall knowledge was amazing which was clear and incredibly informative. The Lindos half was physically challenging which was well advised in advance. The Rhodes Town element provided some additional retail elements which my wife enjoyed. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable day.

The earpiece was a little annoying, there were times when I could not hear what the guide was saying but still enjoyable. Would have liked a little longer free time in Lindos but time in Rhodes just right.

Too much time spent on the bus! Driver had a bit of road rage. English speaking guide spoke with an accent and difficult to understand at times. Do not like ear pieces for commentary … it kept breaking up! No food or drink included so I would say trip overpriced

Our tour guide, Corina, was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and her English was excellent. The day was a real highlight of our trip to Rhodes. In terms of cost, we did think the price of the day was quite high.

Our tour guide Stefan was fantastic! Really knowledgable and had added humour which made us all laugh. Ear pieces were given for English or German; he could speak both, which was great! Definitely wear good shoes for the acropolis walk. Lots of steps but gorgeous views. Busy but joyous atmosphere in Rhodes old town with lovely shops. Only downside was hot bus with limited air con - so very warm after walking - and not very clear on hotel pickup which tour the bus is for. But overall fab trip!

The whisper devices are a good idea, but they don't work brilliantly in practice. The volume button doesn't seem to do anything and when you're stood in the street with traffic or loud passersby it's almost impossible to follow what the guide is saying.

Guide Emmanuella was great, clearly knowledgable but not in your face. Maybe could have benefitted from an additional 30mins in Lindos, but appreciate actually the timings are tight and in particular the early start avoided crowds and high temperatures.

Very informative guide with good knowledge. Water stop at Acropolis was very much needed. However no toilet stops between the Acropolis and Rhodes town, not sufficient at all. It would have been better if the toilet was working on the coach. Another water stop in Rhodes town would have been appreciated. We didn't like being put on a German coach for the return journey, as we booked an English tour.

The tour wasn’t explained enough beforehand. There were a lot of steps and it isn’t suitable for people with heart problems, poor mobility, and pregnant women. The tour guide was walking too far ahead so the transmission was lost in the earpiece we were given. The coach driver was terrible, at one point he slammed the brakes on and I bruised my knees on the seat in front. The tour left so early, we had 15mins for breakfast, no proper lunch included, and only offered a bottle of water. Not good.

The trip was really well organised. Tina, our guide was incredible & gave valuable insight into everything we were seeing. I cannot commend her enough she was so knowledgeable. Giving us information even while we were driving to destinations, not just while we were walking around. I had read previous reviews and made sure we wore trainers, which really is a must for the acropolis. The climb wasn’t too bad, we were both 3mths post surgery & managed it easily.

The guide was very informative. The only negative would be the bus return from Rhodes. The guide advised that we should return by 15:30 and that she would guide us to the correct coach. We returned at 15:20 without the guide being present. We found the coach ourselves which departed at 15:28 so before the advice given.

Great trip , but as we stayed in lalysos this translated to 2 hrs picking up others passengers before that start of actual trip. So not good at all and yet return coach trip was split into more coaches and less stops ? Guide Tina was great and informative though, which made up for it . It's a long day and thought it should have been a bit more cost effective because of the long coach journey. Overall good tour though , just wish we had more time at each location, rather than on coach.

Seen some mixed reviews online, but I thought this was 10/10. The guide was really lovely and on it with timing etc. the whole day flowed ready well too, especially getting to Lindos early in the morning before most of the crowds. The tour around Rhodes town by bus first was great, as we seen a few other tourist sites a bit further out. The walking tour in Rhodes town was perfect to see all the key spots. The timings in both places were spot on as you got taken around a bit then some free time.

We enjoyed seeing the sights of Lindos however could have done with a little bit more free time there! The guide left us half way up the acropolis and didn’t see her again until we got back on the bus! Have no idea what her name was as she didn’t introduce herself! We also enjoyed the tour around Rhodes in the bus and the walking tour! We found we couldn’t hear very well with the earphones we were given as they kept breaking up and the guide spoke very fast! Enjoyed the two hours free time!

Didn’t like wearing headset ; muffled couldn’t hear and too big for ear kept falling off no option for smaller headset ; tour guide ok but would have preferred more history Perhaps it would be better to split into two separate tours lindos or Rhodes town. Not enough time spent in either Overall ok but would have preferred telling more information on coach when sge did had to wear the earpiece even on coach which was riddiculous so overall ok but dump the headsets

One language per tour so you have more time in Lindos and Rhodes, excellent language skills by guide, awesome lady but 2 x languages was lost time, smaller coach and single language

Starting early was perfect. Free bottle of water was appreciated. Amount of time in each location was just righ. Stefan was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. Overall an excellent trip.

Enjoyed this trip, bus picked us up at 6.30 and arrived at Lindos before 9. Not much tourist about at this time, our guide was very informative and polite. As time passed the temp was over 40 very hot. Such a lovely place, but by lunch time it was very busy, remember to stack up on bottled water.

Guide top qui nous a beaucoup appris sur la vie de Rhodes, ses habitants et ses coutumes mais la visite guidée des sites est tout de même légère compte tenu du prix. D’autre part aucun intérêt de payer 21 euros l entrée a l acropole à l avance avec Tui contre 12 euros sur site car dans tous les cas on attend ceux qui doivent payer sur place.

Well organised trip. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites visited and also about other sites we travelled past on the coach. Guide was very professional and kept us a together during very busy periods. Locations were fantastic, great if you are a history buff also good opportunity for souvenir hunting if history isn't your thing. Great trip alround.

Negatives: We had no option in advance to pre book the Lindos Acropolis tickets so had to purchase on the day. Guide was a bit repetitive and didn't go in to much detail about the history of the Acropolis. Would have loved to actually stop at the Rhodes Acropolis and old stadium but had to look out bus window. Positives: Timing seemed perfect with almost exclusive access to Acropolis in the morning. Security of bus and being able to leave belongings was great. Complimentary refreshments.
