Know in advance:
In case of delay it will not be possible to get the time-entry ticket and museum access, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry
To collect the audioguide inside the museum you have to show the original copy of your Identity Card or Passport, they will keep your ID document until the end of the visit when you will return the audio guide. If you lose or don’t return the audio guide, you will be asked for a refund of € 250,00 per unit
The service of pre-booking provided by the local operator ensures to skip the long line (or the general admission line). Despite these reservations, during periods of increased inflow of visitors, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays due to security check at the entrance (metal detector) and the maximum number of people allowed at the same time inside the museum for security reasons. Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributable to the local operator's responsibility

At the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti. An Assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line logos. It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check-in time.

Die Ticketbuchung "ohne Anstehen" hat nicht funktioniert.
Das Personal extrem unfreundlich und nicht geschult für den Personenkreis mit Begleitperson.
An der Kasse das Chaos pur. Kein Guide! Erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung und weiterer Zahlung haben wir ein Guide-Gerät erhalten.

Une personne a l entrée m a indiqué un Monsieur dans la rue .Il avait mon nom sur un papier et avec ma sœur nous sommes entrées tout de suite à l heure exacte de ma réservation

Nach finden des Guides vor dem Museum wurde nur die Karte und ein Gutschein für den Audio Führer übergeben und wo wir uns anstellen müssen, das war alles. Das hätten wir selber auch gekonnt, und günstiger.
Eine Betreuung war das nicht, schade, fühlten uns allein gelassen.

Only problem encountered was understanding how to get your skip the line ticket. Once explained we must stand in a certain line and wait for company to get to us give is our tickets and assist us in since I am on a walker. After that had. Very nice time and would do it again.

I was amazed to be able to get theses tickets 2 days before visiting the museum. While the initial EM did not have the attachment with the tickets, the issue was quickly rectified. The audioguide indicated Italian( no other tickets were available) but your agent at the museum changed the guide to English! The service and the museum was great. Thanks.
