What to expect
Apprenez à fabriquer du halloumi frais et chaud ! Vous traverserez les montagnes du Troodos et arriverez à l'atelier de fabrication d'un villageois. On vous enseignera la technique traditionnelle de fabrication du halloumi et de l'anari. Vous passerez du temps avec les habitants et dégusterez du fromage fraîchement préparé. Vous dégusterez ensuite un brunch traditionnel et poursuivrez votre visite à travers les villages de montagne. Vous visiterez trois étapes gourmandes et un village traditionnel, que vous aurez le temps d'explorer à votre rythme.

I had the privilege of going on this tour during my trip to Cyprus in June, 2024. Demi was my tour guide and she was LOVELY! The tour included tons of fun things to do that benefited local businesses and farms in the community. I experienced authentic beauty and cuisine of Cyprus on this tour!

Thoroughly enjoyed the day. Our guide was quite a character and very informative, knowledgeable and passionate about Cypriot cuisine. The transport was small and with 8 in the car made it quite cosy!! The halloumi making was very interesting and has inspired me to make my own….loved the wine tasting too. A good day out.

Unsere Guide Demi war Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen und nahm sich viel Zeit für uns. Die internat. Zusammenstellung der Mitreisenden (GER, ISR, AUS) in einem bequemen Mini-Van war vorteilhaft; es wurde viel diskutiert. Interessante Halloumi-Herstellung; gefolgt von einer Bienenfarm, einer Olivenfarm und einer Donkey-Farm. Immer unterlegt mit den fundierten Hinweisen unserer Guide. Sehr zu empfehlen. Guter Service: ich wurde vom Hotel in Ayia Napa zum Treffpunkt gefahren (30 Min.)gefahren.

Wonderful day out that I would highly recommend. Our guide was very friendly and well informed on the local area. The halloumi making was very fun and all of the wine was excellent.

Brilliant from start to finish, especially with such a knowledgeable guide and because of the very small size of the group - you were not spoken to, you were part of the day ! But it's not just cheese making, there's also the monastery, winery, and sweet making place as well.

Siis täysin jokaisen euron ja sentin arvoinen!! Rahalle sai niiiin paljon vastinetta ja auto oli uusi, olen tarpeeksi retkillä käynyt muualla joissa kalusto ei herätä luottamusta. Meistä pidetään huolta ja vettä tarjottiin usein. Ihanaa vaihtelua tavallisiin viiniretkiin. Tämä oli yritys oli LAATUA ja palvelua! antaisin 10/5 pistettä jos voisin ??

We had an enjoyable day learning how the Holloumi cheese was made. Christina was a lovely guide, and only a small group (6) so very personal. Yes would recommend. Nothing negative to say...

Although the guide, price, and knowledge was good. I would give the Maria our tour guide 10/10. I however, picked this tour as it was the only land tour with no wine tasting mentioned, only to find there were 3 additional stops which all involved wine tasting. We are not all drinkers so this was extremely disappointing. Tui please give a full itinerary so a preferred choice can be made.

We loved getting involved in the cheese making and were surprised to see how simple it is! We also got to taste the delicious cheeses we made. We also stopped off to taste some local honey, and visited the beautiful lefkara village to see some original lefkara lace. Our final stop was a donkey farm where we got to feed the donkeys and sample delicious donkey milk products. Our guide Helena was very knowledgeable and told us about the history of Cyprus and stories associated with each stop.
