What to expect

Join this hand-picked cooking class in the middle of the Tuscan hills. Enjoy a hands-on experience in a beautiful house whose kitchen is located in the old barn, preserving its historic charm.You will be welcomed with a cup of Italian-style coffee made with a "moka" pot. You will then be guided through the property and vineyard to pick fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs from the vegetable garden. The history of the villa, as well as the process of producing wine and extra virgin olive oil, will be explained.Next, it's time to wash hands, don aprons, and begin the cooking experience. You will prepare a full menu, including homemade pasta, according to tradition using recipes from Lulu's grandmother. You will also taste the extra virgin olive oil produced by Lulu's family for three generations, made from 100% Coratina olives from Apulia.After cooking, you will enjoy the fruits of your labor during a delicious meal, complemented by wine tasting and a unique, intimate live opera performance.
