Enjoy complete freedom in Copenhagen! The Copenhagen Card-DISCOVER gives you access to more than 80 attractions and public transport in the entire Capital Region. This includes public transport to and from the airport. Each adult can bring two kids under the age of 12.With a Copenhagen Card-DISCOVER, you are ready for exciting experiences without the hassle of booking and buying separate tickets. Take advantage of the free entry to places such as Amalienborg, Tivoli Gardens, and Frederiksborg Castle. You can buy your Copenhagen Card before your trip and redeem the code in the Copenhagen Card app after arrival in Copenhagen.Copenhagen Card is 100% digital and must be redeemed in the Copenhagen Card App. You can choose between 24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 hours options.

What to remember
Know in advance:
A maximum of 2 children's cards (3-11 years) can be booked for each adult card
The Copenhagen Card is digital and can be redeemed in the Copenhagen Card App
To redeem your Copenhagen Cards, you'll need to download the Copenhagen Card App. Instructions will be provided after booking
If you redeem the card in the app at the airport and activate it immediately, you can use it for public transportation from the airport
Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 180 days after the purchase date if the card has not been activated
Please note that the card is non-refundable if it has been activated and/or used
Infants (age 0-2) go for free and do not require a ticket
Cards can be redeemed up to 24 months from the date of purchase

Grundsätzlich ist die Copenhagen Card zu empfehlen. Es gibt ein breites Angebot mit viel Abwechslung und ÖPNV. Schlecht war der Buchungsprozess. Es fehlten Erklärungen, wie das genau mit der Aktivierung der Karte abläuft und dass man ein App benötigt (jede Person, bspw. bei Familien). Einer von 4 Codes hat bei uns nicht funktioniert, die Touristen Info hat uns aber mit einem Ersatzcode geholfen (da muss man aber erstmal hinkommen). TUI fragte schon wenige Tage nach dem Kauf "wie es war".

The Copenhagen Card was great value for money for us as we wanted to visit many of the attractions anyway and use the metro. It was easy to buy from TUI and easy to set up and activate with the code. Highly recommend.

The card was overall useful, and we made our money back on the ROI. Just need to download the app - the clock ticks on the first event you use when you activate it. App could be better - allowing u to check off ur POI, and using GPS to locate the POI. WIsh it included hop on hop off bus

Great value for money! Could have done with more time there to fit in all of the things that are included. It was worth ot just for the use of the public transport. The attractions were an added bonus. The boat tours would cost half price with the card from Nyhaven but a short walk away it was free.

4 Tauschstellen waren zum Erhalt der Karte angegeben. Wenn man mit Bus Bahn oder Auto nach Kopenhagen fährt, blieb davon leider zum Zeitpunkt der Reise nur ein einziger und das am Folgetag übrig. Flughafen- zu weit entfernt, Bahnhof selbst- Ticket Shop geschlossen Baustelle, Kassen Tivoli geschlossena. Info-Shop schloss um 15 Uhr. Ägerlich. Viele Eintritte sind erst ab 10 oder 11 Uhr es ist sportlich mehrere zu nutzen damit sich die Karte lohnt. Anstellen muss man sich trotzdem.
