Charge yourself up with a day of well-being and a brunch at Rudas Bath, where you will relax and enjoy a unique panorama view of the Danube River and of the heart of Budapest.The 450 years old Rudas Thermal Bath was build to relax you and charge you up with the waters of the Juventus spring, which stem 1500 meters below the Gellért Hill. A legend more than a thousand years old says that whoever drinks from the Juventus spring, or bathes in the waters, will retain their youth for a very long time. Along with the historic part of Rudas Bath, the newest wing is equipped with modern pools, among them, you can find a special 42-degree thermal pool and an 11-degree plunge pool.There are three different options for the brunch: the extra brunch, with a choice of 3 dishes from the menu (soup or starter, main and dessert), the premium brunch, with a choice of 3 dishes from the menu or from the Chef's offers (soup or starter, main and dessert), and the gastro wellness brunch, with a choice of 3 dishes from the menu (soup or starter, main and dessert) plus a glass of wine, a lemonade, and a coffee.

The brunch, which was actually a 3 course meal, was nice and in a decent setting. Seemed a little odd that people could walk in from the spa in their bathing suits, bikinis, or wrapped in towels, still wet, and eat alongside the other diners. It wasn't a big problem but slightly unusual for a restaurant, I thought, and some people may not be overly comfortable. The spa itself is great, but not very clean. It was pretty crowded as expected and you need to take your own towel.
