Your ticket gives you access to Generalife Gardens, the Nasrid Palaces and the Alcazaba fortress. You can also enjoy the audio explanations of the guide integrated into the audio guide tourist navigator.
After enjoying the wonderful Hispanic-Muslim architecture of the Alhambra, you will have time to discover every corner of Granada thanks to your audio guide: cultural offerings, tapas tour, monuments, museums, exhibitions, nature and more, included in your GPS guided system. You can use it to create the fastest route from your location to the place you want to visit, or maybe to learn about the monuments you’ll find walking around. You will be able to find out anything you wish to know about the places you want to visit in an easy and simple way! Audio narration on monuments and buildings, opening hours and schedules, prices or maybe pictures to see the place before you visit it.

What to remember
The Patronage of Alhambra and Generalife requires us to indicate the full name, age, and nationality of each visitor; this information is essential when purchasing a ticket. The name given at the time of booking must be the same name that appears on the identity card or passport of each participant
The time of entry to the Nasrid Palaces will be on your ticket
Please return the audio guide at the Granavision Welcome Visitor Centre

La difficoltà è stata quando, all'uscita del parco, dopo aver visitato l'Alhambra, i giardini, Alcazaba e Generalife, siamo dovuti ritornare di nuovo per almeno un chilometro in salita verso gli uffici per riconsegnare l'audioguida.
L'audioguida era scarso di notizie.

Il ritiro dei biglietti è gestito in maniera rapida e precisa. Occorre recarsi il giorno stesso con almeno 30 minuti di anticipo, quindi se la prenotazione è dalle ore 9:00, alle 8:30 bisogna già ritirare i biglietti. Purtroppo non si possono prendere il giorno prima e sarebbe un ottimo servizio.

There is very little not to like about the Alhambra and Goodlife. I do feel, however, that given the large numbers of people visiting at any one time the general facilities for the paying public are pretty abysmal. It is extremely difficult to find any place for drinks, food or toilets.

Auf unserem Reservations-Ticket stand zwar das Datum unseres Alhambra Besuchs, aber keine Zeitangabe für den Eintritt in die Nasriden-Paläste.
Liebenswürdigerweise hat mir die Hotel-Receptionistin hier weitergeholfen und sich telefonisch erkundigt und bekam dann die bestimmte Zeit.

No me agradó mucho que habiendo comprado una entrada con audio guía me hayan cambiado a un tour. Si bien el guia era lo máximo, sabía muchísimo y era muy simpático (su nombre era Francisco) desde que cambiaron el grupo para italianos y españoles se le dio más importancia al italiano, fue molesto

Con il biglietto ad ingresso flessibile e audioguida in italiano mi sono trovato ad avere ,il giorno 16 u.s., obbligatoriamente una guida che parlava spagnolo e anche italiano . Persona molto gradevole e professionale (ex prof. Di storia dell'arte). Quindi è andata molto bene.

Die Vororganisation der Führung ist nachvollziehbar und kommt den Gästen entgegen. Die Führung ging allerdings zu sehr in die Details. Da der Guide sowohl französisch- wie deutschsprachige Gäste betreute und sie jeweils nacheinander informierte, gab es viel Leerlauf.

It was a very good Choose to have the audioguide in my language. The Introduce in audioguide and the infos at the audioguide were short and understand. I had the audioguide from 9.00-18.00. Booking before traveling to Andalucia was easy.
