Our tour guide, Margaret, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The salt mine itself is mind-blowing and the tour was outstanding. Although there were a lot of people touring the mine, it never felt as though we were rushed and everyone was so polite. I highly recommend this tour.

Very well organised, our driver arrived on time and he gave us all the information we needed for the trip including tickets, where we needed to go, what time to be back to the bus and a leaflet shown the parking location! The salt mines are a must visit for Krakow! Would recommend this tour!

An interesting place to visit. Great information from the guide. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow. It is a lot of stairs and a long route, so be prepared for that. Worthwhile though.

We were unhappy that our pick up time was changed less than 24 hours before the tour was due to start. The issue was eventually resolved but I could have done without that stead on holiday

De gids in de mijn, Veronica, was top. Alles was goed georganiseerd. Het blijft altijd jammer dat mensen niet op tijd terug bij de taxibus zijn. Deze excursie is zeker de moeite waard.

Timing was changed at last minute which wasn’t a problem however it seems as though we were tagged along with another group who had other attractions to visit after our tour. This meant our tour was cut short and we’re only in the mines for 2 hrs 10 minutes not the 4 advertised. Guide was very good.

Overall all was great.
Couple of small issues:The coach rep didn’t introduce himself or driver or keep tourists informed of delays.
No gift shops were open - t2 in the mine or main shop above ground. No explanation was given and no time to buy from outside souvenir stalls as the coach had to leave.

Our guide was very good, with a sense of humour! She kept the group together and held us back as appropriate. Very interesting visit. There was a lot of walking however and a good standard of fitness required. Perhaps a word of warning before the tour started would have been helpful for some.

Shindlers factory was really enjoyable and informative. I would say it’s a museum containing alot of history from wwII not just about shindler, but for me, a history lover; it was great. Although I recommend doing a guided tour, I feel I missed a lot of Info by not doing a guided tour.
