Most of Costa Rica's rich wildlife lives in the upper levels of the trees. So what better way to see them than a suspended bridge hike, high above the jungle floor. Spot spider monkeys, sleepy sloths and 400 species of tropical birds alongside an expert guide. Sehr hilfsbereite Tourguides, die zudem informativ und witzig die Tour begleitet haben. Wir hatten Glück recht früh am Morgen bei den Wasserfällen gewesen zu sein, da es später dort sehr voll wird. Wir haben zahlreiche Tiere im Dschungel gesehen, darunter auch die Faultiere. Auch war das Essen im Restaurant mitten im Dschungel ein Gedicht. Sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Wir können diese Tour absolut empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung des Ausflugs hat kaum eztwas mit der Realität zu tun. Auf der Hängebrückenwanderung haben wir weder Faultiere noch Klammeraffen und kaum Vögel zu Gesicht bekommen. Der Guide Henri war völlig lustlos, der Wasserfall keineswegs im Dschungel und die Flussfahrt hat keinen Nachmittag, sondern lediglich 1 Stunde gedauert. Auch der Fluss war nicht im Dschungel, von dem es an den beiden anderen Stationen auch nur spärliche Reste gab. Es gab im Bus kein Wasser zu trinken

Extremely long - almost 15 hours, most of it on the bus was somewhat unbearable. The risk to see the waterfall was not worth the reward. Both the rainforest hike and the Sloth visit were outstanding. The hanging bridges was disappointing in that we did not see any wildlife. I understand the raft riding was a true highlight, even though I didn’t participate. The bus driver and guide were outstanding - knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very friendly. Lunch was also great - great location!

It was a long day but did a variety of activities and thoroughly enjoyed the scenery and animals. We left the hotel at 7am and returned 8:30 pm. The traffic was a nightmare around Liberia airport, A great value for the activities included.

We enjoyed it all! Wonderful tour guide, a variety of activities, and very organized. loved how adventures it was from the river float, waterfall swimming, suspension, bridge, and walking through the rainforest to see sloths, monkeys, poisonous tree frogs and birds. Appreciate how the Guide took photos on our cell phone through his telescope of the animals. The guides were very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The lunch was delicious and in a brand new, beautiful restaurant.

The restaurant was great, would have preferred option for less time on non-sloth nature tour and see the coffee and chocolate. Would have really liked some time to buy chocolate and souvenirs! The nature walks and you aft ride were also very good

Our driver Christian was excellent and very funny. He was a great driver and got us home safe and sound. HI our guide was the best. Very informative and also funny. He taught us a lot about the country and the rain forest. I appreciate his knowledge. It was a great time.

Hernan was great with planning/organizing our excursion from beginning to end. Antonio was an awesome guide with a wealth of knowledge/insight on microclimates/biodiversity of CR. Abundant wildlife seen. A full day excursion to experience true Puda Vida! David drove us around like rock stars despite a bout of heavy traffic. We had a phenomenal time, met some great peeps, and would highly recommend! Puda Vida!

I had a wonderful time on this tour with many opportunities to see the beauty and wonders of Costa Rica’s wildlife. Antonio, our guide, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to explain many tidbits of cultural, floral, and animal information. He was also gracious by taking our pictures and making sure everyone was doing well and safe. The events were interesting and contained venues that allowed us firsthand exposure to Costa Rica’s beauty and wonders.

One of the best wildlife tour experience we had. Guide picked us up from the resort and explained the day activity, was very patient throughout the tour. Get to see and swim in the national park waterfall. Drive by dry and cloud forests followed by planting a tree. After lunch, hiked in the rain forest through hanging bridges along with habitat animals. Wrapped the day with river raft where we saw otter, monkeys, crocodiles, porcupine, bats and various type of birds. Awesome and Thank you!!!!

First of all, Marvin was a Fantastic guide!!!! We had the best time! Incredible experience. Knowledgeable tour guides. We felt like we really got to see and appreciate the local culture and some of the incredible wildlife. The guides made sure we had a memorable experience. The rafting was super fun and the wildlife tour allowed us to see some sloths and some frogs.

Could not swim at waterfall—told once we were there we’d only be there for a 10 minute stop. Saw mostly plants in rainforest and very few animals. Few sloths and tree frogs sleeping. No fault of guide but a lot of money for what we experienced.

Each activity was great - but there wasn't enough time to fully enjoy each one. We didn't get to go over all the hanging bridges. We had 40 minutes only at the waterfall. We were gone for 13 hours. 4 hours and 45 minutes were drive time. It's way too long of a day. It should have been broken up into 2 different excursions.

Very disorganized experience. Poor communication, rude and condescending management, and no accountability for their mistakes. Our check-in issue was dismissed even with camera proof. We had to rearrange everything last minute. The tour guide was kind, but didn’t listen to the group’s needs. Overall, very stressful — I wouldn’t recommend it. 5/10.

The river rafting and the hanging bridges were fantastic, but 7am to 7:30 pm is too long. The other parts, the waterfall and tree planting are ok. Deleting one of the “ok” parts would cut down on all the driving and get you back without all the traffic

Variable experiences in the package. Loved the water rafting, nature hikes, but unfortunately not much wild life to see. Staff tour guide and driver were very nice. Only thing I recommend is for first timers some kind of information on how to dress, what to bring to specific events. Items will be secured in the van, clothing, shoe's, that there is bathroom breaks is scheduled (to prevent dehydration). Info letting participant know tip is not included with price paid.

Would like to hear more history and geography from the guide. It would be great if when booking the agent would give a more specific list of recommended articles to take to make the most of the tour: take swimsuit, water shoes, change of clothes. The trail down to the falls was dangerous it could be remarkably improved.

Loved every minute of the tour Started off with the waterfall! Amazing and we were the 2nd group to arrive so we had a moment to ourselves The nature tour, rainforest tour and sloth encounters were so amazing. It is truly wonderful that they allow the wild life to live freely. The beauty of Costa Rica is truly a paradise. Was a very long day- 13 hrs from pick up to return at the hotel. from the Dreams Las Mareas it was about a 3 hour drive to get to the first activity and the first 40 min on the road from the hotel are extremely bumpy and the bus we were in didn't have good shocks. i would not recommend anyone with any spinal or motion sickness issues go from this location. The most liked was sloths and waterfall. hanging bridges were OK at best and not in the best repair - would avoid. Rafting was not great

This was an excellent trip. It included a "sustainable Tourism" experience, a visit to the rain forest and walking through the trees, the Sloth Encounter, lunch and a dingy trip (with some white water) down the river. The guide was excellent, knowledge and overall ... whilst not cheap... was great value for money. See more of Costa Rica and enjoy the trip! Would strongly recommend

The trip was so rushed it was not enjoyable. Barely anytime to use the bathroom or get changed. Forget about getting a drink or buying anything anywhere. 30 minutes at the waterfall and 5 minutes to get changed before you are back on the coach. TUI please consider overnight trips because this was not a pleasant experience at all.

Our guide, David was very knowledgeable and pointed out all manner of things including wildlife and about the different regions of costa rica and how the landscape changes from one side of the volcano range to the other. We had so much fun doing the rafting and it was just a gentle float down the river with a few mild "rapids". The sloth sightings were amazing and we were lucky enough to see one climb down for a "**********" about ten feet away. All round, it was a very enjoyable day.

We would have benefited from more information pre-visit, eg. shoe guidance - enclosed better for the rainforest section & waterproof before the raft trip. I had chosen sturdy but open leather sandals. Poncho for the rainforest - might seem obvious to the rep but we’d never experienced a rainforest.

A lot packed into a long day so good value for money. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The lunch was very good as was the venue. One negative was the pre-trip info which didn't say we’d need reef shoes and swim shorts for the inflatable river trip as we did get wet and had to travel home in wet clothes.

We got to see and do a lot in one day. We planted a tree sapling aimed at offsetting the carbon footprint of tourism. We had a gentle stroll on a private estate with a guide who helped us find and photograph several sloths. Our visit to the rainforest with some hanging bridges was interesting. It is a steeper climb and our guide walked us pretty fast. Most of the wildlife was hiding from us. The highlight was the exciting raft ride down a wide river. There was so much wildlife on the banks.

More like we were being hurded from one place to the next , rainforest walk was around a couple of banana trees then the sloth search was ok but looked through lenses to see, on independant tour was up close and personnal, with good knowledge and info, not here though! No water or refreshments were provided thoughout the day, were expected to come supplied ourselves, which on independant tours we did this was all included, especially concidering the heat. The entire experience was excellent. However, having a swim in the waterfall at the very start was not practical and also if left out would not have been missed. This would have also helped to shorten the experience as it was a very long and tiring day. The length of the day was the only thing we didn't enjoy. We left our hotel at 06.45 and got back at 20.30.

Very much enjoyed the variety of activities. Each of the activities was well planned out and fun to see and experience. The float down the Carobici was a fabulous way to end the day. Gorgeous river, cool air off the water, rapids, monkeys , lizzards, and crocodiles. Just be ready for a long busy day.

Friendly tour guide and driver. Diverse tour. Sanctuary was lovely and planting a tree was a nice feel good touch. Our guide there was terrific- found sloths, snake, frogs. Lunch was tasty. Nature walk at the volcano was pretty with multiple bridges. Many birds. No animals on the walk but good exercise and we enjoyed the cooler temp. Waterfall and rafting was fun. One thing: please include in your what to bring list, water and snacks as nothing was provided until lunch. Thank you

Loved the sloths and hanging bridges water rafting and all very good just at the end of the hanging bridges on a steep slope there was newly laid fresh gravel that was very loose and my wife fell on it but I have to say the guide was exceptionall and dealt with it very efficiently The only other thing I would add it’s a long day and even though we did take water with us it would of been good to have kept a load of water on the coach so we could keep our fluids up

Our guide Astin and driver Chalo( i hope i spelled that correctly) did an amazing job. We had a flat tire on the way and they had it fixed in no time. Both were kind the whole trip. Astin was fantastic on the tours. I was on my own and was at first nervous. The trip was great. Plus he showed great patience at my fear of heights on the bridge and took my picture for me. Highly recommend them being your tour guides.

What we didn’t enjoy was that it took over three hours to return to the hotel at the end of the day. We stayed at the JW Marriott. That three hour plus trip was way too long at the end of an exhausting day

We enjoyed seeing all of the animals, birds and plants doing many different activities. Jason, our guide was terrific. He was so knowledgeable and made it a great day!

Best trip ever the wildlife food & all the guides & driver were brilliant!!! Amazing photos through the binoculars & to actually see a sloth walking on the ground. Nothing will top this ever!!!!

The whole day was fantastic. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and wanting to make our day memorable. Food at lunchtime was lovely. Would thoroughly recommend this day out, saw lots of wildlife. Long day but wirth it. Amazing experience. Thank you

Jairo & Elvin were excellent as guide & driver. Both were very professional and Jairo was very educational and entertaining. I thought the sloth adventure was underwhelming. We expected to see more sloths up close. We really didn't see much wildlife at all. There was a lot of driving. The traffic on the way back was excruciatingly long with the stop and go traffic.
