J’ai aimé la visite de la pyramide et de la Cenote Par contre l’arrêt au village était trop court, le repas était pas bon et en plus ce n’est pas du tout dans un village Maya. L’arrêt à la Cenote et le repas était trop long. Le guide nous accompagne même pas.

Unser Guide Oskar und unser Busfahrer Alfredo waren super und sehr engagiert. Das Essen in Valladolid im La Casona war auch gut. Die Demonstration in Chichen Itza bei einem Verkaufsstand mit dem Ziel, etwas zu verkaufen, war halt für uns unnötig, aber so etwas entkommt man in Mexiko sowieso nicht.

Not enough time at Chichen Itza or the cenote. Recommend eliminating the separate lunch in Vallodolid in favor of a light lunch at the cenote to gain another hour at Chichen Itza and another half hour at the cenote. Also the initial bus transfer may be efficient for TUI but takes additional time from potential tours.

Everything exceeded expectations. Coach , breakfast , lunch and drinks provided. Our guide Elli was very knowledgeable Having read some negative reviews of these trips on get your guide I was hesitant in booking but I can say that it was exceptional. Highly recommended

It was expensive! The guide in the bus , Charlie was speaking most of the time in Spanish and from time to time it was in English. So it felt that the English speaking guests are secondary.

Everything the tour guide Diane and the professional driver Juan did was excellent. Don't change a thing. It is very clear to us. They are professionals passionate about what they do. Wat wij echt minder leuk vonden en ook niet begrepen, is dat wij vlakbij een hotel hadden en al om 7 uur werden opgehaald. Om 7.20 uur waren wij op het verzamelpunt ( als eerste) en daarna hebben wij ruim anderhalf uur buiten (14 graden) moeten wachten op de rest van de groep die veel verder weg zaten. Niemand kon ons uitleggen waarom dit was gebeurd. De gids Omar was verder heel fijn, en de chauffeur ook. excursie 6-2-2026 De grote bus met toilet ook!

The whole experience was amazing very informative very great lunch the food was really good and drinks provided I highly recommend 10/10 just watch for the parrot scam at the cenote they wanted 70 u.s.d for digital prints and when I declined they went to 60 to 50 then all the way to 20 thats a a scam other then that issue everything was amazing

Eramos 4 y por algún problema de organización se tuvo que ir uno adelante solo y los otros 3 al final del bus. Todo el día en esa misma situación. En Chichen se suponía era una ********** guiada y una ********** libre, pero solo tuvimos 30 minutos libres, lo cual fue muy decepcionante

This was advertised as an English language tour. It was conducted mostly in Spanish due to large number of Spanish speaking tourists and we often had to ask what thd guide was telling them. The Spanish explanation was long and complete. English version mostly short summaries. By the time the guide finished his presentation we had less than 45 minutes to walk around. We had more time eating than touring the site. More time at the site would have been better

Flavio (our guide) did an excellent job in conducting the tour in a professional and friendly way. He was very knowledgeable and very clear in his presentations. Our bus driver was very friendly and courteous as well. The restaurant chosen for lunch was pretty good, offering good variety of choices.

Le transport a eu énormément de ********** qui s'est répercuté sur nos activités qui ont du être écourtée. Le guide marco n'était pas professionnel il a porté de l'attention uniquement aux personnes qui ont acheté des souvenirs qu'il proposait pour les autres rien ! L'organisation était exécrable. Le buffet proposé était infecte avec très peu de choix... en même temps nous sommes arrivés au buffet a 14h30 à cause du ********** au moment du changement de bus.

Terrific team, Well coordinated and planned. I would have skipped Valladolid (u can’t see anything really in 30 minutes) and spend more time at the Cenota. Chichén of course was amazing and our guide was great

Cenote war nicht schön und würde verkauft das es dort ein Ritual gibt und man dann schwimmen kann der großteil der cenote war aber abgesperrt damit man da mit Seil reinspringen kann

Lieu Visites: magnifique. Resto : super bon et cadre super beau. Gros bémol: la guide - N'a fait que parler non stop pendant TOUT le trajet sans interruption. Parle beaucoup plus en Espagnol qu'en français, de plus son français a un accent très prononcé, ce qui rend son français incompréhensible surtout qu'elle ne fait aucun arrêt en parlant. Du coup, trajet très épuisant et énervant car au final nous n'avons rien compris.

The air conditioning on the bus was cold and team was not accommodating to make it a bit warmer. Both me and wife ended up having a headache. Our seat was close to toilet making it even worse. Overall a bad experience. The food at the destination was not that great as well

The xichen tour offered cold beverages, nice umbrella during the chichen itza tour. I enjoyed the fact that buffet lunch was provided. The tour guide Edgar was very knowledgeable and explained the history of the Mayan culture. While the excursion was long, there was plenty time to rest during the rides. The entire process was simple and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience to go this this agency.

Rambo was very approachable and informative. He gave very good instructions to have a fun and safe experience. We also enjoyed his personal in-sites. The food was very good and the atmosphere fantastic. The cenote and teqiuila tasting +++ The bus journey is long from our resort but that can’t be changed. Guide (silvester) and driver (alfredo) were superb. Weather was cooperating so that helped the experience a lot. Buffet meal was top notch. The only item i would improve is the breakfast sandwich. We were told at time of tour purchase that a chicken and cheese on croissant option would be available but it wasnt… only ham and cheese so 3 out of 4 in our party didnt have a breakfast.

Nous avons dû reprogrammer notre excursion car le bus n'a pas daigné venir nous chercher et l'accueil a fait un faux "no show" car nous avions des preuves que nous étions là à l'heure. Merci à Victor le vendeur d'excursions RIU d'avoir fait son maximum pour la reprogrammer malgré une baisse de gamme. Sinon belle excursion mais visiter Valadolid n'est pas utile. Concernant la guide, elle était très gentille et intéressante mais on avait du mal à comprendre son français de par son accent.

My friends and I booked a tour to Chichen Itza, it was scheduled to 24 September 2025 and we asked the guide to change the date to 27 September 2025, the guide told us that was ok and confirmed, on 27 September 2025 we arrived to the meeting point and they did not let us in because he said that our names were not in the list ( Andre Faria, Gaspar Santos, João Barata and Ivan Costa Coelho). So we ended losing the trip and the money, in this case I would like to ask the total refound of the tour .

I enjoyed the entire trip it’s just way too hot to stay the length of time we did at the ruins. Also the vendors are way too aggressive! We should be able to make selection s if we decide to buy from a vendor of choice!! The Staff was amazing!

Je zit meer in de bus dan dat je activiteiten onderneemt. De gids sprak geen of zeer slecht Engels. Vragen die je stelde kon ze niet goed beantwoorden. Wat absoluut niet kan is dat de gids aangaf dat je op tijd bij de bus terug moest zijn ander dan vertrok de bus en moest je zelf zorgen dat je weer op je resort kwam. De activiteiten waren gelukkig wel erg mooi en de moeite waard. Het voelde zeker niet aan als een luxe trip, wat het wel had moeten zijn. Ik zou adviseren om te kijken of er andere.

Chichen Itza is incredible, but the tour itself was underwhelming. Our guide, Brownie, shared information in a way that felt more like reading from a book than telling a story, and his pace on-site was very fast, leaving little time to take things in. The cenote stop, while pretty, didn’t feel necessary, and the buffet food was disappointing. The short city stop on the return added little value, making the overall tour feel overpriced for what was included.

Our guide was called Alpha and he was amazing from start to finish ! You are really looked after with drinks ,food and great knowledge of history of Chichén Itzá and it wasn’t too busy . We got picked up at hotel at 7 am and arrived back at around 8 pm note the travel time to Chichén Itzá from Cancun is 3 hr , My husband really enjoyed swimming in the Cenote great opportunity to take pics . We had a nice lunch in the town and a wonder around shame about the rain but added to the experience .

Organizzazione pessima, per andare a chichen itza da playa del Carmen hanno fatto la strada più lunga da Tulum senza avvisarci prima facendoci cambiare bus. In aggiunta hanno cambiato itinerario senza avvisarci e infine ci hanno portato prima al cenote e a chichen itza siamo arrivati alle 13 pm dopo 7 ore dalla partenza nel pieno del caldo. Pessimo e sconsigliatissimo

De gids deed zijn rondleiding in 2 talen, eerst Engels, daarna Spaans of andersom. Dit is zeer vermoeiend om naar te luisteren. Ook duurt de rondleiding bij Chichen Itza daardoor een keer zo lang in de hitte. Dus voor ons was het fijner geweest dat de informatie bij Chichen Itza alleen in het Engels zou zijn geweest. Excelente el servicio los conocimientos y las ganas de entretener de Alejandro nuestro guia...nos entretuvo y nos guio a cada paso de la excursion. Tambien el chofer Canelo muy buen servicio llevandonos a todos lados en forma segura y tambien queria agradecerle por su buenisima atencion y servicio a Jesus que nos recomendo y vendio estas excursiones y la de Isla Mujeres (nosotros estuvimos alojados en el Riu Palace Costa Mujeres)
