Medina Azahara is an architectural complex located 8km from Córdoba, which can be reached by car or bus. It is one of the best preserved sites from the Islamic Caliphate of Córdoba and an important landmark of the city. With this guided tour you'll be able to explore it and learn more about its old history.The vestiges of the Caliphal city are disposed in three artificial terraces on the side of Sierra Morena: built in the 10th century and abandoned by the beginning of the 11th century, this archaeological site allows you to travel in time and discover the history of Córdoba. Visit the streets, kitchens and palaces of the city and walk across the official paths as if you were going to be received by a great dignitary, or maybe, by the Caliph himself. A unique experience to discover the rich past of the city.

No se organizó bien el tema del autobús desde Córdoba, por lo que tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos y la visita comenzó tarde. Aún así y ya en Medina Azahara, nuestro guía Antonio la hizo muy amena e interesante.

Nuestra guía parecía que tenía prisa y estaba enfadada con el mundo. Empezó perdiendo a varios participantes y luego discutió con una vedel del centro. No sé oía bien por los cascos ya que según iba andando y hablando entre los restos arqueológicos ( piedras) se perdía la comunicación y hacia ruidos
