Fantastic experience! We were lucky enough to see dolphins. There were dances, shows, swimming in the open sea. In a word, it was really fun! Recommend:)

Also Schiff war nicht gerad sauber...... Die meiste Zeit nur arabische Musik...(gehts.noch)und dazu noch sehr laut. Presie für Getränke zu teuer ne kleine Flasche Cola 5 Dinar??? Vorallem man fährt sinnlos hin und her ins Meer...

Une belle arnaque 120 euros .bateaux rien de pirate .les gars rien de professionnel .animation on renversé un seau d'eau sur la tête des gens .j'ai pris mesx2 petits enfants 8 ans et 12 ans on s'est ennuyer et une hâte de rentrer.juste un verre d'eau en verre d'amitié une honte.

Sold the trip by our rep stating that all drinks and food were included but we were charged 5 Dina’s for any drink. We were told it would be a bar b q but we were given a small plate with a tiny bit of meat, some spicy spaghetti, chopped tomatoes and a piece of bread. We were told by our rep that the boat would be TUI guests only but it wasn’t and it was overcrowded . Finally my son (6)was fitted with a life jacket so that we could swim in the sea but as soon as he was in the water it came open.

Boat was over crowded, not enough seats for everyone on board so had to stand for over 2 hours. Was taken to area full of jellyfish to do the swimming at. Entertainment was poor. Only given 1 small cup of water to drink during the time on board.

Late pick up? Was told there was a problem with original boat so would be on another one from Sousse they crammed us all onto this boat with many others not enough seats for everyone just sailed to one spot and stayed stationary for ages was really rocky as was stationary many kids were sick. Didn’t go anywhere else . One guy kept pestering to take photos then pestering people to buy. Then the other guy kept pestering for tips after the bad service the last thing people would want to do is tip

Had to wait over an hour for another coach load of people. Tried to charge us for water while we waited. Food bland, entertainment not great. Thought boat trip was for 2 and half hours turned out it was an hour and 45 minutes. Staff only interested in selling you drinks and head scarfs.

Wasn't really what we were expecting but it was a fun half day trip out. The swim in the sea was lovely and the food was ok. Thought we would also get more water as it was supposed to be free, only saw people pay for their water though

It has been a lovely cruise. We have seen the dolphins and a lot of jelly fish with different colours. The water was so warm and we were able to have a swim. The crew has put a wonderful and exciting show for us and they done lots of other things for us. From 10 out of 10 we will give them an 11.

The only thing that upset us was the departure time, it was changed from 8.55 am to 12.15 pm when it was incredibly hot. We had to go because it was impossible to cancel. Don't eat before leaving for the boat, because they feed you before leaving. They give you rice, grilled chicken, tomato and cucumber salad and bread - it was very tasty!! They also give you water. Then there was a stop for swimming (about 30 minutes) We also saw dolphins. At the end they give you a watermelon.

Brilliant pirate boat trip from start to finish. The boat wasn’t too busy and plenty of seats to sit and enjoy the experience m. Staff were very friendly and made sure we were enjoying the trip. The snacks were good. We didn’t get the free water that was advertised but would definitely recommend.

Man könnte noch erwähnen, das Geschenke bei den Tunesiern keine sind. Also immer noch genug Geld einstecken damit niemand beleidigt ist, wenn man diese „Geschenke“ nicht möchte.

Great experience. You have to pay extra for soft drinks but get water for free. It's a half day trip so it's not the end of the world to live without a bottle of Fanta for a few hours! They provided some bread, pasta, chicken and salad as well as watermelon for lunch (we had the morning booking). Plenty of time to swim in the sea and some entertainment on the journey back to the docks. I was on crutches for the trip and they were very accommodating and was always around to help me if needed.

There is tui in trip. There were driver and one more person who did not speak English at all. At least they had our name on paper so we assume that's our trip. Again the bus stopped between houses and said its OK, we had to all leave the bus without info where we are, where we going and we have walked to harbour. The boat was OK, staff on boat as well. Food avarage ( kids couldn't eat pasta too spicy) but OK.

Overall it was great fun and we even got to see dolphins. Boat only had TUI guests so was better. Lunch wasn't great but we expected it. We didn't like was the fact the App had wrong location. Contacted TUI via app but they didn't get back. Waited days no response then ended up going where the driver took us. This did mess our plan a bit as the coach took us to a location we visited previously (Monistier) when we expected to be at Soouse. Was planning to drop off to visit Soouse after boat trip

It was brilliant! There's an extra part to the experience we did not expect and just raised the bar! The guide was superb and the pirate ship staff were excellent. The only down side we experienced is there was mixed information coming from the Tui rep in our hotel. Luckily this was sorted but we could have missed the day completely if it hadn't been for the guide on the day.

Upon arriving on the ship we waited for over 30 mins without anyone giving us information. One photographer with a hawk was very pushy and once his photos were taken, he got off the ship and was seen stuffing the bird into a cardboard box without holes. There was no information until we got to a destination after 45mins where passengers who paid for a full day got on boats and the rest of us got to swim in the ocean. After this everything was good. Good food, good entertainment and good music.

Only made one 10-15 minute stop to go swimming, 2/3 would of been nice Also the price is much cheaper if you book at the site rather than through the app Food was good, ‘soft drinks’ consisted of water
