Haben für einen Weg vom Hotel zum Park von eig 55min fast 2 Stunden benötigt. Zudem waren wir 45 min später als Eröffnung Park da. Und wurden 30 min früher geholt. Bessere Zeiten wären angepasst

Eine tolle Tour durch den Park. Sehr informativ. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht hinter die Kulissen zu schauen. Daphne war sehr lieb und konnte Fragen gleich beantworten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöner Park kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Das die Rückfahrt erst um 17 Uhr war fand ich bisschen spät aber insgesamt alles super.

I have really enjoyed everything we did on that apart from the driver of the coach during the returning time from Lora parque didn't consider to check according to list of visitors everybody is on board. I believe he left some people behind. May be other drivers they do but the one I have on 7/ 08/ 26 didn't.

Good transfer, gets you to and from Loro Parque without issues. The only problem was that I misunderstood, reading exclusive transfer as private transfer. It is not private, it’s a huge bus with other people. But the extra euro for person gets you direct drive to and from the park without stopping at other hotels, so I’d say it’s definitely worth it.

Der Trasfer zum Loro Park von Playa de las Americas war okay, die Abholung war an einem anderem Hotel 5 Minuten von unserem entfernt. Dort kamen andauernd Busse und es standen dutzende Leute mit allen Sprachen dort herum und niemand wusste wer zu welchem Bus gehört. Uns ging es leider genau so, jeden Busfahrer musste man fragen, ob man auf seiner Liste steht. Da der Bus 10 min zu spät kam war es etwas anstrengend. Die Fahrt war jedoch vollkommen okay, im Bus war es sehr kalt.

The guide was friendly and efficient in checking us onto the coach. Unfortunately the coach was old and the air conditioning system was inadequate, hence the need for the roof vents to be opened. The reclining seats were weak/broken. We were not told if we could use the toilet aboard the coach. The toilet did smell but not that bad. The driver didn’t count the number of people on board the coach before leaving, he waited until 17.00 and left!

Es lohnt sich diesen Park zu besichtigen. Er ist sehr schön angelegt und Barrierefreiheit ist garantiert!! Ob man was zum Verzehr mitbringt oder nicht ist auch kein Problem.

Wir haben einen alten Bus bekommen. Der sehr laut war und ohne Klimaanlage Wir haben den Transfer extra über tui gebucht, da es uns mit unseren 2 Kindern wichtig war, dass es ein guter und sicherer Transfer ist. Hinfahrt war von der Hitze noch ertragbar aber die Rückfahrt war inakzeptabel. Wir sind in einen heißen Bus eingestiegen, wo kein Dachfenster geöffnet wurde und es anscheinend keine Klimaanlage gab. Wir sind überhitzt und mit Kopfschmerzen nach 2 Stunden Fahrt wieder ausgestiegen!!

Old bus broke down, bus had a fault driver kept driving for 20 mins while the bus alarmed to tell the driver of a fault. Once it finally broke down no information was giving to when a replacement would collect us for the road side Arrived at the park 2 hours late

Als dit als beste dierentuin word beoordeeld zeggen wij nee ,veel te weinig dieren valt tegen geen Olifanten,giraffen,neushoorns,slangen enzovoort .was meer gericht alleen op vissen vogels wel een paar shows met Orca,s zeehondjes ,in Nederland veel mooiere dierentuinen o.a Blijdorp veel meer dieren en zeker de moeite waard .Deze hier zou ik niet aanraden voor dat geld .

Behind the scenes was great and informative , the guide certainly loved the park and was very knoledgeable. On a bad note my wife did have some mobility issues so was slow and we were always playing catch up when we arrived at each point she had already explained about the relevant animal and eas ready to move on so we did miss out on a lot of information, possible be better with a portable headphone system connected to her microphone so that all could hear her information.

Wederom genoten van dit prachtige park!! Zeker aan te raden. De bus komt na opening aan en vertrekt voor sluit. Echter heb je voldoende tijd om het hele park op je gemakje te zien!

I thought the layout was excellent. The ability to use a wheelchair for my son was very good however some of the pathways were a bit steep.Everything we hoped to see we did, unfortunately the lions were having a sleep.

Transfer bus was 1/2 hrs late, no apologies or explanation given. However a comfortable journey to Loro Park, only interrupted by an unexplained stop for a further 10/15 mins en route. Scenic route taken for the return journey which was a great experience.

Tout était parfait du transfert jusqu’au retour. Le parc était très beau très propre. Le parc a l’air vraiment bien géré. Les animaux ont l’air de s’y plaire. Rien à dire tout était parfait.

Der Bus hat uns pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und ist mit nur wenigen Stopps zum Ziel gefahren. Leider hatte unser Bus eine Panne. Aber das war schnell geklärt, nach 30 Minuten ist ein Ersatzbus gekommen, der uns zum Park gefahren hat.

Lord Parque, what a day out. We needed all of our 6+hours there to see everything . I’m not a great fan of zoos, and animals kept in small cages, but here, the animals appear well looked after . Would definitely recommend

Der Park war super schön und die Verzehrpreise sehr human . Ach die Fahrt dort hin und alleine schon der Rückweg durch die Berge war Mega interressant. Was ich aber nicht so toll fand war ,das man in diesen abgelutschten aufgebrauchten Busse mit stinkenden Klimaanlagen sitzen musste .
