Audio Guide Gdansk is an extraordinary way to see Gdańsk. Explore the city at your own pace, without a heavy guide book in your hand. Simply plug in your earphones and hit the road! You can choose from 40 tracks, 20 locations, and 4 languages.The guide does not restrict you to a preset route. Once you have selected what is on your personal must-see list you can choose the trail yourself. Among your guides you will find Emperor Napoleon, the great astronomer Johannes Hevelius and even the King of seas Neptune himself. Audio Guide Gdansk is an affordable way of touring the city.When you pick up your audio guide at the Visitor Center you get a free map with it. Mix convenience with pleasure and take a walk around Gdansk.

Know in advance:
You can pick up the audio guides during the opening hours. It is recommended to pick up the audio guides no later than 2 hours before closing time
The audio guides must be returned to the Visitor Center before the closing hours
Visitor Center Gdansk opening hours:
October through April : 9.00am - 5.00pm (17.00)
May through September : 9.00am - 7-00pm (19.00)
Closed on November 1st and all Sundays in November

We usually hire a local guide when we visit a new city but saw the self-guided audio tour for Gdansk and decided to give it a try. We loved that we could do the tour at our own pace and in the order we wanted. The audio recordings were engaging and informative. We'll do this again!
