The trip itself—from boarding the boat to returning to the hotel—was great. It would help if water and a small bowl of fruit were available on the boat. Our first impression was worse: pickup HM Alma at 7:35, then almost an hour driving to other hotels, ending near Viva (10-min walk), so we missed breakfast (starts 7:30). Long waiting on the beach with three checks. I would suggest considering the use of participant stickers with color coding, which could make it easier to organize the crowd.

The only thing I did not like is on the catamaran they put hats on our heads and did not ask us if we wanted them Then they come around and collect money I feel we should have been asked first if we wanted them because they did not tell us they sell them , I Thought they were free

Lo que más me gustó fue el objeto del viaje de conocer algo natural tan lindo y bien conservado. Lo que no me gustó es que a la ida jamás mencionaron ni solicitaron usar el salvavidas y al regreso fue la primera exigencia quizás por la extremada velocidad que desarrolló esa embarcación y encima luego esperar mucho tiempo sobre los micros para volver a nuestros hoteles y me pareció exageración mala, usar un micro de 50 asientos o más para llevarme a mi solo. Fallas serias en la organización!

Yes well organised and our Guide Wellington was superb again . Second time we have had him this week . Only criticism was we were ferried from the catamaran to the island by a local tender and we were overcrowded and no life jackets as I could see . It was only a short journey but this needs sorting out as a health and safety issue

Muy buena experiencia! Por la mitad de precio de otras compañías. Hemos ido a parque natural a bañarnos y después a la isla impresionante a pasar unas 3 horas más con comida incluida. Agua cristalina

The staff where very well mannered and well spoken in multiple languages, Other guests not knowing their limitations when it comes to personal space, I know we were on a boat with not much space but if they choose a seat to sit in then decide 10 minutes in they want to be where someone else is.

No me gustó nada, salieron tarde hacia la isla, con las condiciones climáticas debieron preguntar si queríamos ir o nó, no supieron hacer la parada en la piscina natural eso era un peligro para los que no sabían nadar, la alimentación fría y mal servida, nos pusieron a caminar demasiado en medio de la lluvia para irnos de la isla, solo fuimos a ver llover, cuando llegamos a la isla partieron el grupo en 2 y tardaron casi una en regresar por el otro grupo que quedamos en el catamaran

Loved this trip and will highly recommend it to everyone. The catamaran out was entertaining and the speedboat back was great. The bits in between were memory making, and the photos fabulous. Thank you so much for a fantastic day.

El viaje en las embarcaciones de ida y vuelta fue muy genial. Que chévere que el personal hable mas de un idioma y en cuanto a las fotografías. Las chicas nos trataron muy bien. La comida muy común en cuanto al arroz y la papa, pues eso lo comemos en Colombia casi todos los días. Chevere un menú un poquito mas variado

I didn't enjoy because no one came to pick us up to go on the trip. Apparently they went to Sunscape somewhere else. So never got to go on the trip. Waited over 1 half hours.to find out there was somewhere else

Excellent opportunity to discover and enjoy Saona Island. Yo´u'll start your trip with lovely animation on board made by local people. Then, you´ ll enjoy at the natural lagoon, but don´t expect to see many stars. After that you´ ll arrive to Heaven! Beautiful beach with lots of time to enjoy at your pace and kilometres to walk. An excellent lunch on the beach is offered (included in the price) Also fully animated way back. For me, it was the cheapest and best way to visit Saona Island.

Tour guides should be clearly marked and possibly carry a flag to identify them.. They can be quite difficult to find with so many people on different tours. I was impressed with our tour guide Tomas He really kept a close eye on us all and did a good job.

Een leuke trip! Vullende dag, waar voor je geld. Leuke combinatie van heen met de catamaran + zwemstop om zeesterren te zien, en die hebben we ook gezien. Relaxen op Saona met heerlijke lunch + drankjes. Terug met een speedboot.

1- le quai n'est pas sécuritaire pour le ''speedboat'' trop haut par rapport à l'embarcation. 2- manque flagrant d'organisation en ce qui concerne l'horaire et la distribution des bracelets: nous aurions très bien pu partir de l'hotel vers 8h30 après avoir bien mangé au lieu de 7h35... nous avons attendu très longtemps pour avoir un bracelet et partir. 3- la pluie a saboté notre séjour, nous avons quitté l'ile alors que le soleil était radieux, peut etre que 30-60 minutes de + auraient été bien!

Der Start war etwas chaotisch. Überfahrt mit der Katamaran war aber dafür sehr entspannt. Viel Musik, Tanz und Getränke. Sauna ist ein tolles Fotomotiv. Mit viel Glück kann die pure Natur ohne Menschen eingefangen werden.

1,5 uur lang aan het strand gewacht tot we opgehaald werden.. op dat moment was er niemand bereikbaar. Uiteindelijk is onze excursie niet doorgegaan omdat we niet zijn opgehaald. We hebben erg lange tijd met TUI moeten contacten hierover waardoor we onze hele ochtend verspilt hebben. Uiteindelijk een nieuwe datum kunnen prikken. Echter is dit een slordige fout en had verwacht dat TUI met een fatsoenlijke tegemoetkoming zou komen wat helaas niet het geval was! Ik vind dit erg slechte service.

Die Anreise war eine Irrfahrt mit Kindern. Kaum auf dem Boot angekommen füllten sich bereits einige Mitteisende mit Rum ab. Auf der Insel angekommen wurden wir zu einem Strand geführt. Die Mittagsverpflegung war Massenabfertigung und qualitativ sehr mässig. Auf dem Rückweg wurde wiederum Party gemacht - einige waren ziemlich dicht, ein volltrunkener verletzte sich durch einen Sturz am Kopf. Positiv: Crew und Reiseleiter. Negativ: angetrunkene Mitreisende. Sowas geht garnicht.

Ein sehr schöner Ausflug, der sich auf alle Fälle lohnt. Der Naturpool ist ein genialer Traumstrand im Naturschutzgebiet. Leider ggü. Beschreibung OHNE Schnorchel-Gelegenheit. Genialer Privatstrand Saona (mit Volleyball) exklusiv für die Gruppe. Getränke und Essen inklusive. Bootspersonal etwas lustlos. Zum Start sind wir zum Hotel Catalonia gelaufen, wo uns die Security nicht reingelassen hat. Dort wurden wir aufgelesen um uns dann zurück zu unserem Hotel Viva Beach zu fahren (Start Katamaran)

L’excursion est top ! L’île est magnifique. Cependant l’organisation laisse à désirer… à aucun moment nous avons été pris en charge par tui… ce sont d’autre agence qui organise l’activité. Le lieu de prise en charge est très inexact.

Treffpunkt war angeblich die Lobby in der Family Area. Mit viel Geschwindigkeit haben wir es trotzdem geschafft den Strand im Adultsbereich bei dem Wassersportcenter noch zu erreichen.

Being picked up and dropped off by speedboat at our hotel was a bonus. However when we got to the hotel where we were to pick up the catamaran it was very chaotic and confusing. This could be greatly improved. The catamaran and speedboat was fun. The food not so good. Beautiful beach with comfortable sun loungers. Our guide Pedro was excellent as were all the staff on board.

Der Ausflug war grundsätzlich schön und das Personal auf dem Boot sehr freundlich. Vom "Naturpool" hätten wir uns etwas mehr erwartet, als einen Platz ca. 100 m vom Ufer entfernt, ohne Schnorchelgelegenheit. Das erwähnte Hummeressen gab es leider nicht. Stattdessen trockenes Hühnchen und Reis. Die Insel Saona ist dennoch sehr schön. Der Privatstrand ist aber nichts besonderes, weil die gesamte Insel aus den verschiedenen Privatstränden der Anbieter besteht. Also wie Punta Cana nur ohne Hotels.

I thought the over all day was really good, and the island and beach were beautiful. The lunch was good, as was Wellington the guide. It was a lovely day out. However, the toilets on the island were terrible- really dirty and badly maintained- not a good image for a "tropical paradise". And the music on the power boat back to the Wyndham's hotel was so loud it hurt mine and my husband's ears- the decibel meter warning activated on my Apple Watch. We like music and fun, but this was too much.

L'excursion est super. Les paysages sont magnifiques et la journée est divertissante. Le guide top. Le problème est que avec la réservation via l'applicationTui personne ne nous retrouvait sur leur liste et nous avons failli rester sur la plage à l'hôtel. C'est au bout de 15min de négociations qu'ils ont accepté de nous prendre avec les autres qui avaient réservé via l'hôtel ou autre. Un peu limite. C'est pourquoi nous aurions voulu voir un représentant sur place, ce qui n'est jamais venu !
