Was a bit put out that the archery was only sticky Arrows fire that a plastic target I understand there were children there but they could have done that and you could have had a proper archery for the adults also a couple of our friends went on a safari with the same company but not through TUI and did horse riding as well we did not

The jeep was extremely outdated and unsafe, with exposed metal bars instead of padding. We and the children were repeatedly hit during the drive and left with bruises. It was severely overcrowded after two extra adults joined us. We contacted the tour managers and your team for help, but received none. Lunch was unacceptable, with only pork or a poor vegetarian option, leaving the children hungry. The tour was not worth the price and ruined a day of our vacation. We expect a partial refund.

Na minus, że przewodnik zna tylko język angielski. Dobrze, że kierowca mówił po rosyjsku to można było dogadać się. Przed jazdą nie udzielono nam instrukcji bezpieczeństwa, w związku z tym nie potrafiliśmy dobrze zamknąć drzwi z tyłu samochodu i trzy razy nam się otworzyły podczas szybkiej jazdy bocznymi drogami, gdzie bardzo trzęsło i mogliśmy wypaść. W bułgarskiej chacie miał być pokaz dawnych zwyczajów, a nic nie było. Lokalne przysmaki ograniczone do kotleta i frytek - słabo

Cena nieadekwatna do imprezy. Za mało off-road'u. Przejechaliśmy przez kilka kałuż i to tyle. Więcej jeżdżenia asfaltem i drogami polnymi. Drugi raz na pewno nie skorzystam. Na pewno nie polecę tej atrakcji.

I liked how the trip was structured. It would have been helpful to know the number of people in each 4x4 in advance. Also the last stop at the honey tasting could have been staggered as to avoid the group having to bunch and wait in a very small space! The vegetarian lunch was cold but the meat version was very tasty!

Część z jazdą była okej, ale atrakcje pozostawiają dużo do życzenia. Zabawa w poszukiwanie skarbów i przeciąganie liny zrobione byle jak. Tak samo strzelanie. Jedzenie we wsi to najgorszy aspekt - sałatka z octem i suchy chleb. Jeśli ktoś nie jadł mięsa, opcją z warzywami i frytkami nie dało się najeść. Tak samo lemoniada, która była kupiona ze sklepu. W opisie wycieczki było napisane, że będzie ekologiczna i ręcznie robiona. Po muzeum przydałoby się oprowadzanie.

Podobał mi się na wyjazd na szczyt jakiejś góry i widok z niej. Nie podobało mi się: łyczek cherbaty na postoju- czemu nie cały kubek?. Dwa strzały z wiatrówki na osobę - żenada. Strzelanie z łuku - zabawka dla dzieci klejona taśmą. Generalnie za mało jazdy, za dużo wytrącania czasu.

Wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis. Die guide's haben sich viel einfallen lassen, damit es nicht langweilig wird. Es ist nicht nur ein " durch die Gegend fahren " es ist viel mehr. Meine 15jährige Tochter war sogar begeistert. SIE SAGT"Sie würde es wieder tun". Und das heißt was. 👌👌👌

Family of 5, and we all had a fantastic day, kids were laughing and smiling the whole day, the drivers and other staff that were used were all friendly and helpful, food by the local family was amazing, the activities were enjoyed by all, would highly recommend, will definitely do again

Schöne Tour durchs Gelände. Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Leider konnten wir zu 5. nicht in ein Jeep, da wir 2 Personen extra gebucht hatten und der Hinweis, dass wir zusammen gehören nicht erfasst wurde vom Veranstalter. Unwetter kam zum Glück erst am Ende, da zeigte sich das Alter der Jeeps und es regnete teils heftig rein. Einige waren sehr nass am Ende. Angefahrene Stellen waren gut und nicht überlaufen. Bei der GPS Jagd haben wir es leider zu spät mitbekommen, daher warn wir hinten dran.

The lunch wasn't very good. Raw carrot and cabbage to start with. I had the vegetarian option which consisted of cold tin carrots, cold broccoli and luke warm fries. The only good thing to eat was the ice cream. Its a sham as the trip overall was great but the lunch let it down

The food for vegetarians was appalling…some over-boiled broccoli and carrots and cold chips. The cabbage salad…was just that together with the bread had been sat on the table with flies all over them for heaven knows how long. The shooting and archery was oversold in the advert, 2 shots each of the broken air guns, the plastic archery set ..didn’t bother The trip was good, but too long.

The trip was not explained very well by the TUI rep. They should have stated not suitable for any one with back problems as my friend had an operation on her spine last year and was in a lot of pain after the trip and on extra pain killers for the rest f the holiday. We were told the lunch stop was in a village with time to look round but it was actually a purpose built facility not a village. we did enjoy the scenery but feel a different trip would have been more suitable.

I would NOT recommend this tour! Our pick up was over an hour late. Received no notification only 3 different excuses when we contacted TUI. No communication from driver. Driver made up time to get to the rest of group so we missed out on first hour. First stop was dirty, full of animal feces, trash and cigarette ends. Too many people in tour where we could attempt archery (two boards) or shooting ( one gun). The lunch provided was covered in flies so we didn’t eat. The jeep ride part was fun.

Pointless trip . Yes the views are nice but the price for what you get is extortionate. None English speaking driver although to be fair once gathered there was an English speaking guide . Archery and shooting not organised no instruction . Food sub standard and that’s being kind .. very disappointing trip

We really enjoyed this trip. We had an excellent driver, Jeko, who was very kind. We forgot to bring water, so he quickly took us to a nearby village where we could buy a few bottles. The scenery is beautiful, and you really get a taste of Bulgarian culture.

Wiele rzeczy było nie dopracowanych. Jedynie punkty widokowe były ciekawe. Bardzo dużo jazdy po ulicach a nie po wertepach. Wiejski obiad powinien być tradycyjny bułgarski więc nie bardzo pasowałoby tu frytki i oranżada w plastikowej butelce i lody ze sklepu w plastikowym pudełku. Taniec ludowy w wykonaniu przebranych uczestników wycieczki a nie lokalnego zespołu ludowego

Peter the guide was great, very friendly and organised. Beautiful views of the Bulgarian countryside. The teams folklore entertainment at lunch was a lovely touch.would have been even better if more of it was off road.

Due to a breakdown for one of the vehicles, this lead to the gear for archery and shooting being left behind and therefore unable to do those activities. There was no real guide, no structure in the tour as we had no idea where we were or where we were heading (parts of Bulgaria). Lunch was simple burger and chips Driving from driver was fast and sometimes reckless and since he didn't speak English we couldn't communicate when we had a seat belt break. This is not good value for money

Bardzo mi się podobało. Widoki zawierające dech, bardzo mili ludzie, którzy nas wieźli. Jedzenie teź doskonałe. Interesujący pokaz tańców, w których można było wypróbować swoje siły. Trochę zbyt długi postój w dębowym zagajniku, gdzie nie bardzo było co robić, ale rozumiem, że nie mogliśmy za wcześnie zajechać na lunch.

Never got to enjoy this vehicle broke down left us sat in a field for 3 hours in the sun with 3 young kids no water and not only didnt we get the trip it wasted nearly a full day of our holiday. Waste of money.

Our driver arrived 25 minutes late to collect us. We were not told at any time where exactly we were being driven to. The views were amazing but of what? I thought there would be more off road than we had. The forest stop was not what I expected archery was plastic arrows, I thought with the amount of money that was paid it was going to be real. I was not on holiday to take part in tug of war.Not a lemon in sight for real lemonade. Lunch was sausages, typical Bulgarian food? Musical bit was good

I liked being able to stand up in the jeep and look around. I enjoyed the bumpy ride and going over rivers. Had a nice community vibe. Stops were regular and impressive even trying traditional food and drink. Lovely sites!

Het was een hele leuke dag. Leuke tourguides. Een aantal stops gedurende de trip, om wat drinken en dergelijke. De lunch was simpel, maar lekker. De 3 chauffeurs gingen ook nog muziek maken en we hebben een dans gedaan. Super leuk allemaal. Nog gestopt bij een huis om raki te proeven en waar we leuke potjes honing konden kopen. All in all een geslaagde dag.

Cette randonnée c'est terminée à14h30 et à notre age tirer à l'arc et à la carabine à plomb n'a pas de sens .Le chauffeur ne nous a pas adressé la parole...pas un seul mot .La dernière activité ,visite et dégustation d'alcool a duré au plus 10 minutes .C'est se foutre des gens. A NE PAS RECOMMMANDER...RIDICULE

In de Jeep had je goed uitzicht over het mooie gebied waar we reden. We hebben een GPS zoektocht gedaan en boog schieten gedaan. Je kon ook luchtbuks schieten. Onder de middag bij een mini folklore museum lekker gegeten, soep vooraf en een ijsje toe. Ook nog een bulgaarse dans gedaan, met muziek van de chauffeurs. Bezoek aan raki stokerij waar je mocht proeven. Prima dag gehad.

Ç est un attrape touriste qui s est limité à une course de vitesse entre les différents chauffeurs avec des explications plus que réduites par le responsable et des activités sportives débiles. Le chauffeur d une impolitesse rare nous a attendait auprès de son véhicule pour en terminer au plus tôt. Nous étions de retour à l hôtel à 15 h30 alors qu une journée entière était prévue.

Le chauffeur vient nous chercher à l’hôtel, pas un bonjour, il demande uniquement la preuve ( le voucher), puis nous partons, rassemblement après 30 min, 12 4x4 soit +- 100 participants, petite explication, nous partons vers une forêt de chênes, 50 minutes jeux sans intérêts, puis repas ..correct, 1h, nous repartons voir une distillerie, 15 min...achat puis retour hôtel 14h ???, arnaque complète..piège à touristes ..aucune explication sur les balkans bulgare..a éviter absolument

Kierowcy wspaniali, zabawa przednia, kierowca dobieral droge w zaleznosci od pasazerów, jak byly dzieci to lagodniejsza i wolniejsza a jak dorosli to bardziej strona i z wiekszymi wrazeniami. Ogólnie 10/10 nasz kierowca najlepszy :) duzo tez nam opowiadal. Na a 100% na kolejnych wakacjach bede jechal na safari jeepami

The jeep safari was absolutely brilliant, thanks to Pete and Kumon! From start to finish, they kept us engaged, entertained, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Their energy, knowledge, and sense of fun really made the whole experience unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and having the best time, and it showed in every moment of the trip. The adventure itself was exciting, but it was their enthusiasm and care that truly made it special. A fantastic day out!

Great day out, off road was brilliant, but the the lack of seat belt in the middle bench seat was of concern, also think the vehicles probably need more regular maintenance, ours had very noisy brake pads and driver struggled to get it in gear sometimes, however the day was really good and the youngsters on our jeep loved every bump, and there was a lot of them.

Was told by the TUI rep in the hotel it was an all day trip. When in fact back in hotel by 2.30. Was told By the TUI rep be picked up outside the hotel, when in fact it was not by me seeing a land rover drive in and go to the front of the hotel. Would of missed the trip as I went and asked if this was our trip.

Most uncomfortable trip I have ever experienced. My friend and I sat in the back, very difficult to put seat belt on, did not feel safe. Up on a hill before we stopped explained about the experience, then asked to sign a disclaimer surely this should be done at the beginning. The food for lunch was dismal. Day after found to have several bruises due to being thrown about at the back of the jeep. Would not recommend this trip.

The trip was amazing! A fun way to see some of the beautiful sites Bulgaria has to offer. Our Guide, Peter, was great! Very informative, ensured everyone was safe but also included some really fun elements like shooting & archery.The off road journey through the forests & mountain areas was a real experience & all drivers were clearly very adept at this. Some put on musical show & again Peter got everyone involved. The lunch took place at a lovely venue and was very tasty. A fabulous day!

Wij hadden er meer van verwacht. Nú was het veel op de weg rijden en niet echt in de bossen of velden. 15 jaar geleden ook deze excursie gedaan en toen zeer leuke en toffe uitdaging gehad. Nu dus enkel wat in de jeep zitten en op de eerste uitstap lang moeten wachten. De tweede uitstap op het panoramische uitzicht enkel wat foto’s nemen, terug vertrekken om te lunchen, eventjes dansen en terug vertrekken om naar een dorpje te rijden waar de nationale drank werd bereid en verkocht werd.

Never happened I contacted TUI day before as I hadn't received a notification re this excursion. They told me I wasn't down to go. I had an email to say ai was. I could only get internet in my room or in the lobby of the hotel. This process was taking time and I needed to go to dinner..TUI said they'd get back to me never did so I never got up to go. Then I get asked why I never went by the operator that would be because TUI told me I wasn't down for it. Totally disappointed TUI rep at hotel.

sécurité : ceinture de sécurité cassé, conduite avec des slashs, conduite a gauche vendu comme un "safari sauvage" mais c'est plutôt une ballade dans l'arrière pays au travers champs et petite traversée des bois et de routes cabossées

This experience was excellent overall our driver was brilliant and activity well worthwhile the money. The lead guild was very knowledgeable but one incident that almost spoilt the day, my phone almost run out of power and our driver didn’t have a charger so he asked one of the others if he could use his, when I handed my phone over there was a 20 lev note in the front of the case I am 100% sure it was there, but when I got my phone back it was gone you can draw your own conclusions. ??

Het was een geweldige ervaring en de heren hebben het allemaal super leuk gedaan! Het rijden in de jeep was een grote belevenis, panorama uitzicht was niet spectaculair, maar zeker wel mooi. Er werden ook activiteiten georganiseerd (boogschieten, touwtrekken e.d) De locatie was rustig en midden in de natuur. De lunch was een minpunt, daar was weinig effort in gestoken. De optreden van de chauffeurs was het hoogtepunt. Ze hebben een leuke show van gemaakt ????

The drivers are nice and friendly, the restaurant was ok, but the whole trip felt like it has just been cobbled together by a bunch of mates who like cars. We were first driven to a hill and stayed there for 20 minutes will no explanation why, as our driver spoke no english. Only when the lead guide turned up did he explain the day. First stop was just an abandoned place with a hole in the ground as a toilet. We were at stop two for probably two minutes. The rest of the trip was fine. Shame.
