Go on an adventurous mountain trail within this UNESCO heritage site perfectly adapted for people with medium to good fitness levels.Marvel at breathtaking views of Mauritius during the 4-hour hike and get some memorable pictures. Challenge yourself to climb your way up to 465 meters above sea level. Lastly, the hike ends with a 360 degrees view of the crystal clear lagoons and the peninsula to complete the memorable experience.

Medium to good fitness level is required. Not recommended for pregnant women and those afraid of heights

There are two options available: either book the activity without transfer (recommended for customers staying at Riu Turquoise or Riu Palace ) or book the tour with transfer (for all other areas)

Tatsächlich hatten wir eine ähnliche Tour vorher gehabt und hatten Sorge einer Wiederholung. Unser Guide Julio hat eine so alternative andere Wanderung gemacht das die Sorgen nicht nötig waren. Wir haben viel gelacht, er hat ein profundes Wissen über die heimische Flora und Fauna. Wir können den Trip ausnahmlos empfehlen. Aber beachtet: richtiges Schuhwerk als auch Regenklamotten sind hier verpflichtend. Auch empfiehlt es sich mindestens 1 Liter Wasser pro Person mitzunehmen.

We werden opgehaald aan ons hotel en onze chauffeur vertelde over de geschiedenis, cultuur,... vh land. Hele fijne chauffeur. Tijdens hike Le Morne Brabant hadden we 3 gidsen voor onze groep, zeker niet overbodig want er is wel enig klim en klauterwerk waarbij begeleiding best handig is. Ook hier weer joviaal, open, kennis vd geschiedenis. Was pittig maar wondermooi.

Wir wurden pünktlich von einem eigenen Fahrer abgeholt und haben am Fuß des Berges unseren Guide Julio getroffen. In der Kleingruppe (zu 7.) ging es um 7 Uhr morgens los. Die Uhrzeit war gut gewählt, da es noch kühl war und die Strecke später immer voller wurde. Wichtig: der letzte Kilometer ist mehr Klettern an einer Felswand als Wandern. Trotzdem war es ein tolles Erlebnis und der Ausblick von ganz oben lohnt sich! Der Guide Julio war super und hat viel Interessantes über die Insel erzählt.

The tour guides Amy and Paj were amazing and the views were stunning! If you do not want to climb up rocks this trip is probably not for you, but it is was a great and an unforgettable experience! Would definitely recommend.

Virkelig smuk og hård vandretur! Det tog ca. 2 timer op og 2 timer ned. Husk en masse vand - vi havde 2 liter med til to voksne. Man ender oppe på bjerget med den smukkeste udsigt. Virkelig en fed oplevelse og fantastiske guider, som var gode til engelsk.

TUI beschreibt es als „Wanderung „ ,das trifft es nicht so ganz . Die letzten 1000m sind eher als Klettertour zu bezeichnen. Teilweise ist man am Granitfelsen wie ein Bergsteiger hoch geklettert ,ohne Absicherung obwohl Ösen im Felsen zur Sicherung vorhanden sind . Explizit der Abstieg bei Regen war besonders gefährlich , da die Felsen sehr glatt wurden . Die Tour ist trotzdem schön , sollte aber mit einer Kletterausrüstung angeboten werden .

Alles in allem sehr gut organisiert. Der Weg zum Gipfel war stellenweise sehr steil. Der erfahrene Guide hat uns sicher, freundlich und humorvoll begleitet und unterstützt. Ein sehr schöner Ausflug.

Die Guides waren super und haben die Tour für die nicht ganz so die sicheren Touristen sicher gestaltet. Wer jedoch sicher Wandern und klettern kann, benötigt keinen Guide....verlaufen ist hier unmöglich.

Bitte unbedingt darauf hinweisen dass es klettern und nicht wandern ist und man konditionell wirklich gut drauf sein muss. Zum Glück waren wir das ?? es war unglaublich

Rigtig flot tur på Le Morne og fantastisk guide. Kan varmt anbefale turen. Men husk meget vand, da det var 38 grader da vi gik ned.
