Staff were friendly and attentive, they wanted to ensure everyone had a great experience. The food was outstanding and great drinks. This was our first time snorkelling and we all had a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this excursion, it has been the highlight of our holiday.

An amazing snorkeling experience, enjoyed by the whole family. Lots of time for snorkeling and jumping into the water. Staff were friendly, fun, not pushy and attentive to everyone. The food was incredible! Transfers were quick and easy. The best experience so far!

Wij vonden het een fantastische excursie, gids en leiding waren erg vriendelijk en maakte er een feestje van op de boot. Indrukwekkend om de keuken aan te zien komen varen voor onze maaltijd. Ik vind het wel een prijzige excursie voor een halve dag, dit had voor ons de hele dag mogen duren.

De daadwerkelijke koraal rif restauratie was een beperkt onderdeel van de ervaring. Maar al snorkelend werd dit wel zichtbaar. De boot was fraai met veel plek, de bemanning kundig, uitbundig (zonder dat het gelukkig een partyboot werd) en de verzorging top. Hilarisch was de drijvende keuken waar de lunch werd bereid. Genoeg gelegenheid om te snorkelen of zwemmen. We begonnen sceptisch maar eindigden enthousiast.

When we arrived we were left for 20 minutes after signing and then got told 'come with me'. No safety briefing or advice on first snorkelling stop. It was hectic as lots of other boats were also in the same spot and we accidentally got mixed in another snorkelling group. On the second stop just seagrass. We saw 2 rays and a few fish by a rock. No cocktail on Coco beach but we had lovely cocktail on boat. Food was very tasty. Lots of drinks provided. Overall the snorkelling stops were ok.

I HATE lateness, the pick up was 15 mins late to collect us, we were the only ones to collect from our hotel and went straight to the place! Not a great start to the trip. Once there was smooth sailing.

Would have liked more time snorkelling. Approximately only 30 minutes which I feel was not goid value. I took a luxury catermaran trip in Barbados ladt summer which was a full day, all drinks, food etc included for the same price so overall a disappointing trip.

The snorkelling was cut from two locations to one due to weather/seaweed conditions which was disappointing but unavoidable. The staff were very attentive and created a good atmosphere, the on board drinks were good and the food from the floating kitchen was amazing - some of the best we had on our holiday.

The trip with Hispaniola Aquatic Adventures Punta Cana -snorkelling/coral reef - was a memory I will never forget! From beginning to end - fantastic! Staff were unbelievably supportive - safety first at all times. snorkelling at 2 spots - fed fish and have seen so many on one place. Lobster lunch sublime - cooked on floating kitchen, washed down with fresh coconut juice prepared by skilful man with machete - wow!! Would recommend to everyone! 💯 Thank you to ‘Grandma’s’ crew! ❤️

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew were great and looked after everyone, the lead guy( sorry cant remember his name) was superb, knew his stuff and was very engaging. Overall I would recommend this trip to anyone thinking of going on a boat tour with snorkelling. Food was also great. Thanks to all involved.

It was amazing from start to finish! Our guide was a man named Romand (I think) and he was amazing! Constantly making sure everyone is okay! He remembered everyone’s names aswell! My auntie is blind and he made sure she wasn’t left out of anything when it come to the snorkeling parts! It was a beautiful day! I would 10/10 recommend this trip!

This is one very well organised day activity with good professional staff and great all day fun. Snorkeling is great with 2 stops offered, food was good and particularly good the visit by coconut team. One little issue boats and tourist are to close together so a bit more imaginative division of space on the sea would improve things.

We had amazing day fulfilled with do many information, fun and beautiful views. This is unique way to explore a bit of Caribbean… beautiful sea, fishes, atmosphere… touching and planting corals was amazing experience for kids.. we all really enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it.. it was not overcrowded, food was delicious and huge portions, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had lovely day definitely worth of money!

Brilliant really enjoyed this trip the organisers were great the content was even better it was great to see the efforts made by the team led by a marine biologist and to understand the importance of restoring a living reef the team were happy and motivated and really looked after all the guest and very conscious of the safety aspect of snorkelling. The trip included an excellent meal and all drinks a reall joyfully experience would recommend 5 star

Sehr positiv: Coco-Beach war klasse, Platz auf dem Boot mehr als ausreichend, sehr nette Crew, Schnorcheln im Korallenriff war klasse Weniger schön: Beim Essen an Board lagen in der sehr nahen Umgebung einige Boote eng nebeneinander , sodass einem die Musik aller Boote rundum laut beschallte.

Die Mitarbeiter sprachen alle Englisch und haben uns mit toller Musik, Tanzen und Essen versorgst. Danke an Wilkson (ein Mitarbeiter), er hat uns allen tolle Stimmung gemacht. Er fotografierte alle und hat uns alle im Wasser koordiniert, damit das Erlebnis unvergesslich bleibt. Das Boot war mit ca 20-30 Besuchern überschaubar, es war nicht überfüllt. Die Crew hat auf uns alle aufgepasst und uns den Ausflug mit schönen Erinnerungen ermöglicht. Vielen Dank dafür. Gerne wieder

Absolut en trevlig utflykt men förbättringar kan göras. Ett stopp för snorkling, ett stopp för att dricka kokosnöt på en strand, vidare till ett stopp och äta och hinna snorkla en liten stund. Kunde varit mer snorkling och inget stopp för att dricka kokosnöt. Hög musik på båten, stör utflykten. Maten var god. Båtturen kändes säker.

Great experience - plenty of room on the boat and was very safe. Staff were friendly and professional. Trip was very good with plenty of Swiming and opportunities for snorkelling. Food was fantastic and drinks a plenty. Also the ocean marine biologist was very good with information and eco systems. Kids also helped make coral nets to plant in the sea. All the family loved it.

Wir waren nur eine kleine Gruppe. Alles perfekt organisiert. Alle super nett und aufmerksam. Schönes Boot. Die Schnorcheltouren waren klasse, sehr interessant. Essen sehr gut, witzig wie es gebracht wurde. Schade nur, dass es die Tour nicht auch auf deutsch gibt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Utflykten rekommenderar jag starkt! En bussresa på ca 1h från hotellet med upphämtning efter vägen. Intressant men lite svårare genomgång av koraller och hur de restaurerar dem. En kortare båttur följt av snorkling, landsting på en strand där de bjöd på färska kokosnötter, ett lunchstopp vid en restaurangbåt med flytande bar och mer snorkling. Kan tilläggas att maten var inte bara en upplevelse, den var riktigt god också. På det hela taget en mycket bra utflykt som inte tar hela dagen. :) :)

Die Crew des Bootes war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Faszinierend war das Küchenboot von dem wir unser Essen bekommen haben. Große Portion und sehr schmackhaft. Auch die frische Kokosnuss mit Rum am Strand sehr schmackhaft. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ausflug!

Above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we got off the minibus we we're looked after,, everything was explained about how the day was going to be. Give snorkel mask and flippers and a floatation belt if you wanted one, the flotation belt was fitted so no worries about being safe in the water. Help was on hand with a life bouy for anyone struggling. Dinner cooked on a floating kitchen out at sea, amazing. Only downside 4hrs wasn't enough. The time went too quickly. Fantastic experienc.

Coach was late and driver waited for no shows for 15 mins. Didn’t affect our arrival though. The whole day was a nice experience. A little bit more on the restoration perhaps but our lady guide was very good. Boat trip and crew- excellent. But the food from the floating kitchen- amazing Couldn’t believe my eyes at both the kitchen coming alongside and standard of food

Sauberkeit,Freundlichkeit,Hilfsbereitschaft,alles sehr gut,Essen sehr gut,originell suf dem wasser die schwimmende Küche,einfach Klasse.viel Fische gesehen,auch Schildkröten und grosse Fische,auch ein Lob an Frau Kikii vom Tui,sehr nette person.vielen Dank für alles,typisch Tui.Wir haben schon viele Reisen gemacht mit Tui,immer zufrieden,nochmal zu betonen,es ist kein Partyboot gewesen,sehr gut.

A lovely day on board the catamaran. The boat was spotless and the crew were very friendly and caring. Great snorkeling with everyone's safety in mind. Staff were very knowledgeable about the coral reefs and the fish. Food was excellent and plentiful. Too much food if anything. Good range of drinks. Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend thoroughly even for those of older age like me.

The catamaran was beautiful and clean. I also liked the small group experience as I felt very looked after all the way through especially as I am nervous in water. The staff were also attentive and knew what they were doing and what was expected of them. The drink selection was excellent as something for everyone and food outstanding. I would certainly recommend this experience.

We did not like the taxi driver on the way back to the hotel. He was driving quite fast, overtaking other vehicles in a dangerous way and talking on his phone and listening music on a high volume

This was a wonderful experience, and the staff were very informative and kind. There were about 16 people on the boat, so lots of room to sit around. We saw lots of coral, and enjoyed feeding the fish. The only let down was ham in the cheese croissant, it had been described as the veggie option. The main food was lovely! Would certainly recommend this trip

Good mix of education, fun and environmental responsibility. Food was delicious but portions far too big. We could have managed a plate between the two of us as a sharing plate. Bar was varied and free flowing as stated. Enjoyed the coconut milk. Staff were fun and very professional. Safety was ensured at all times and crew were very supportive with anxiety at swimming at sea. The marine biologist was very informative and interesting.

This trip was excellent and exceeded our expectations, we had reservations after booking and reading that it wasn’t good for people with reduced mobility and back problems. My mother is 75 and has some reduced mobility but the guide/staff couldn’t have been more helpful, I’ve had surgery on my back and it in no way caused me any issues. The food was amazing and the crew 10/10 The snorkelling and beach trip was outstanding Do not give this trip a miss you won’t be disappointed !

The trip was perfect for us. We didn't want to spend a long time travelling to any experience really and the transfer time with our friendly driver was only 20 minutes from the TRS Turquesa Hotel. We were welcomed by friendly staff and given a lot of information about the reef and the environment. The service from the drinks, to the food cooked on a boat, to the lovely man who gave us coconuts to drink from was amazing. It was such a lovely trip, would highly recommend

Pick up from hotel was very nice and comfortable. The process of booking in was smooth. Marine biologist knowledgeable. Crew on board helpful and polite. Well looked after. Snorkelling and feeding fish by hand an enjoyable experience. Lunch arrived by kitchen boat an unexpected pleasure.
