Der Fahrer kam nicht. Erst nachdem wir die Agentur erreicht hatten, erfuhren wir, dass es Probleme gäbe und ein Fahrer zwei Stunden später käme, was dann auch der Fall war. Wir wurden, wie gesagt, nicht informiert. Erst auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir dies.
