ich war alleine als Frau dort und der Betreuer sagte mir die Behandlung kostet nur 40 Euro.Als ich dann bezahlen wollte ,wollte die Dame dann 140 Euro.Ich sagte man hat mir 40 euro genannt. Sie hat dann sofort ok gesagt als wäre nichts gewesen.Ich habe komischerweise auch kein Tablet erhalten mit Preisübersicht aber alle Paare schon! man hat versucht mich zu verarschen weil wenn das ein "Fehler gewesen wäre wieso hat man nicht nachgefragt? die Dame hat an der Rezeption nur ok gesagt als ich geme

They try to sell you more massage minutes after you are 10 minutes on the table, very unprofessional and not the right moment.

Sehr sauber. Freundlich. Junge Herren die das Hamam machen, scheint ein bisschen Rutine/Alltag. Ein Glas Wasser oder einen Saft sollte inkl. sein, auch wenn man dann im Package 2 Euro mehr bezahlen sollte.

Lovely setting had the Pasha sultan package and couldn’t fault it . My friend had extra massage at the end and said was good. Staff were friendly and respectful and felt comfortable . Skin was lovely and soft afterwards .

The pickup service was excellent. When we arrived we greeted with smiles and very proffesional staff who explained what we need to do and walked us thru all the steps of our package. Sauna was nice, the hamam foam and peeling was the best part of the package, Gina and Michail were amazing. The massage was ok, but the therapist kept walking in and out of the room for 3 times and when you have a 20 minutes massage , this walking out and stopping spoiles the relaxation.

Beautiful oasis which seemed in the middle of nowhere. Lovely facilities. Clean and tidy. Staff absolutely lovely although when it came to the massage I had two separate members of staff try to get me to upgrade to a longer massage. No hard sell or nagging, they accepted no for an answer and I had 20 mins of absolute relaxation with a lovely masseuse. The only other minus was after the clay mask the only facilities to wash it off were the toilets and trying to get it off with just your hands

Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt. Das Spa ist mondern, sauber und hat kompetente Mitarbeiter/innen. Hammam, Massage usw. waren hervorragend. Das einzige, was nicht so schön war, waren die zwischenzeitlichen Ruhepausen, die wir im Foyer verbringen mußten statt auf einer Liege im Ruheraum. Ansonsten - absolut empfehlenswert.

Excellent spa, felt taken care of and great value for money. You could upgrade your massage which I wish I did instead of my hotels package. Looking forward to attend again.
