It was expensive and we didn't have long enough in Makarska, the driver didn't check that everyone was on board for the return and left 5 minutes early. I enjoyed looking around the town but didn't have enough time to see all that I wanted to. It would have been better to have an option of a later return for those who really want to explore the area.

It was quite expensive for effectively what is a bus ride to the nearest town, it would be good if the hotel laid this on for free. It maybe down to the season but there wasn’t much to do in the town to fill 5-6 hours so maybe offer a shorter time frame

Die Lage des Hotels war äußerst ansprechend, und die Unterkunft selbst kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich und das Personal äußerst freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Das kulinarische Angebot war ebenfalls hervorragend, sodass ich keinerlei Beanstandungen äußern kann.??

The service was on time, and left on the dot. So don't be late. Calm drive there, not so much back. Another driver turned up for the returning journey, more chaotic driving, overtaking and passengers felt unsafe. For the price of the trip, very expensive too. Makarska was worth visiting, shame it's expensive, different timings to visit or shorter shuttle runs to the town.

Es war keine gute Organisation, denn keiner der gewünschten Ausflüge konnte stattfinden. Die Poolanlage war zu klein und es gab keine Alternative (Garten o.ae.). Da ich nicht vorhatte, meine Zeit (in der Hitze) ausschließlich am Pool zu verbringen, sondern etwas von Land und Leuten zu sehen, bin ich sehr unzufrieden. Das Preis -Leistungsver- hältnis stimmt so nicht. Ich kann diese Reise nicht weiterempfehlen!!

Shuttle-Fahrer freundlich. Aufenthalt zu kurz (3 Stunden), da man vom Shuttle-Stop bis zum Hafen in Makarska gehen musste. Für ältere Menschen war der Weg lang.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip, went twice. A lovely town with history and a marina, also beautiful views and many facilities. Would have liked to have left the hotel nearer 8.00am than 9.20am, to get more time there.

The price of the transfer is way over priced for a 20 minute ride €28 per person is extortionate. The bus we had on the way back to the hotel was not air conditioned and the heat was unbearable.

The driver said nothing when picking up in a not logged bus. We had to ask if it was the shuttle bus to Makarska, and he nodded quickly. I World have liked if he more clearly could announce that this is the shuttle bus, upon arrival. So you don’t hesitate if you get on the right one or not.

Als je in de buurt bent is dit wel erg leuk om te doen, je wordt afgezet bij de rotonde en kan je weg vervolgen langs het sportcomplex naar de haven, daar is veel te zien en te doen. Wij zijn lekker gaan rondwandelen, links van de haven ligt een leuk parkje waar je heerlijk rustig kunt wandelen, en je komt uit bij het water met leuk uitzicht op de baai / strand en skyline van Makarska. Ook de staatjes achter de boulevard zijn erg leuk, pleintjes en kerkje. Overal terrasjes en cocktailbarretjes

Viel zu teuer, Makarska hat null Sehenswürdigkeiten und kaum Läden um shoppen zu gehen. Der Fahrer nach Hause konnte kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch, hat uns angeschieen wo wir bleiben würden und hat während der Fahrt am Handy gelesen. Total verantwortungslos, dann hat er auch noch die Abfahrt zu Igrane verpasst und musste umdrehen nachdem wir ihm gesagt haben wohin er uns bringen soll.

Driver did not check tickets He then received a phone call on the way -not hands free- and started having an argument with someone. Dropped off at a shopping mall at the top I thought we were going to the bottom of the hill had to climb up in 32 degrees for journey back. Best bit took cash in hand for an extra passenger - this is not great security dropped extra and other passengers off stalled engine. Could not get it working for ten mins. Sauna in coach eventually got going. Terrible shuttle

Wir haben dieses Transfer nur gebucht weil unser ursprünglicher Ausflug am Tag davor gestrichen worden ist (Ausflug nach Dubrovnik, das wir schon seit einen Monat gebucht hatten). Da wir nur eine Woche vor Ort waren und uns gerne entspannen wollten, haben wir nur diesen einzigen Ausflug gebucht. Daher war unsere Enttäuschung groß als 2 Tage vor unsere Heimreise, wegen fehlende Passagiere storniert wurde. Um trotzdem etwas von Kroatien zu sehen, haben wir dieses Transfer gebucht. Viel zu teuer !!

The mini bus was overbooked so 2 guests were left behind. As the driver spoke no English there was no communication or any alternative suggested. He just got into the driver's seat and drove off, leaving them at the pick up point surprised, and I imagine very angry. Poor show Tui. Exactly the same happened on another trip we took ( a boat trip to Hvar and Brac).

No air conditioning on bus so we fried. No guide to tell us where to go. Dropped off at the top of the main road where we could have been taken down into the resort. Overall a very disappointing service. We booked with TUI as we felt we would receive a good service. Very disappointing. Very overpriced.

Perhaps a shuttle bus to the main road free so you can catch the local buses. Tuii has thexmanopoly and this is the only way to leave Igrane. Either by Tuii trip or Tuii Shuttle bus. You should say in line you have to pay €28 each to go on it.

Die Fahrt war gut und die Zeit in Makarska von 3 Stunden vollkommen ausreichend. Ich finde aber ein Preis von 26 € pro Person je Richtung nur für die Busfahrt von 20 Minuten je Richtung schon ganz schön Teuer.

We were told that there was only one service bus a day to Makarska and that, sometimes, the bus did not turn up at all. Not wanting to risk getting stuck in Makarska with no return service we felt our only option was to book the shuttle bus. To be honest it was a very expensive trip for what was, in effect, a lift down the road. Very disappointed!

The cost per adult is very high compared to local services who provide a longer period of time in the town. So it was not possible to do all and see all, I would recommend lowering the £26 per person. Either extend the period of time or lower the cost. Pick up at 9.20am and collect others from there hotels. Arriving at the town appx 10am then pick up again at 1.30. Three and a half hours to walk from drop off point into the town doesn’t give you hardly anytime to look around.

The centre seemed lovely, but disappointed that the coach did not drop off where it was advised, so wasted time looking for the centre, due to mobility problems, which was not mentioned on the advice of visit. Also no proper advice given to get to destination, a map would have been really useful, also a map of the actual hotel would have been really useful too.

Price is a bit steep for just a ride to the town but very nice once you’re there. The driver didn’t indicate which way to go into the town which would have been nice. Lucky for us, a couple we met on the bus had been a few times before so told us where to go etc. other than that, we had a great day.

Beautiful place to visit. The minibus driver was very prompt, a couple got left behind as they were 5mins late so be warned. Quaint buildings and side streets. Lots and lots of main st cafes and restaurants with good priced foods and drinks. The semi submarine trip available in the port was a great experience and only €10 each. Only downside was the length of time there, just over 3hrs which was not enough to take it all in.

This was just a bus ride into the closest town no information guide or advice costing €52 for two of us felt expensive. Drop off on outskirts and pick up 3 hrs later. The town itself was worth visiting but if I’d known how to get other transport would have done this

We felt the trip was too expensive. We also felt that the bus could have dropped us down in the front. There was an elderly gentleman with mobility problems however they still dropped at the shopping centre which was a fair walk to the front. The shopping centre was a waist of time.

The shuttle service was fine although the driver a little miserable. We were supposed to be dropped off at the harbour but were dropped at a shopping centre about 10 minutes walk from where we thought we would be. Makarska itself is a nice little place, plenty of restaurants for something to eat and a lovely walk through the trees up to St Peter’s Church. A couple of hours is enough to see what is there and to visit the local shops.

We were picked up in the pouring rain at the ATM and dropped off at a shopping centre, the driver gave no instructions where to meet, we had no TUI guide to tell us of any places of interest to visit, very poor all round certainly not worth 50 euros .

The driver gave no information at all it was just a bus ride - cheaper than a taxi though. The trip in my opinion could have been an hour less as there is not much to see or do 3 1/2 is too long. There is a small bit of old town but very few shops.

Handige shuttle bus als je geen huurauto neemt. Je komt met de shuttlebus vlot in de stad Makarska. Je hebt er dan ruim voldoende tijd om rond te lopen voordat de bus je terug komt halen. Het is een mini bus, met ervaren bestuurders. Er wordt wel niets gezegd over makarska dus verwacht niet dat je een gids aan het stuur hebt, het is een gewone bestuurder dus je van punt A naar B brengt. Het was duidelijk waar en wanneer je terug verwacht werd.

The driver that took us spoke no English and so we were unsure if where we were dropped off was the meeting point for the pick up. That could have been made clearer. Otherwise, a good trip to a local town with sufficient time to grab an ice cream or drink ( or both) as well as visit local shops.

Allt fungerade perfekt. Mindre bra var att det var väldigt varmt och otroligt mycket folk på badstränderna, vilket ni naturligtvis inte kan göra något åt. Jag tycker priset bör ligga på 15 €.
